Detailed Description
The present embodiment first provides a wall-mounted air conditioning indoor unit, as shown in fig. 1, in which arrows indicate flow paths of air flows. This machine in air conditioning includes: the cross-flow fan comprises a casing 100, a first cross-flow fan 200, a second cross-flow fan 300, a heat exchanger 400, a first air guiding device 510 and a second air guiding device 520.
The cross section of the wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit is approximately rectangular. An air inlet 101 is formed at the rear of the housing 100, a first air outlet 102 is formed at the front of the upper portion, and a second air outlet 104 is formed at the front of the lower portion. The intake opening 101, the first outlet opening 102 and the second outlet opening 104 may each extend in a horizontal transverse direction. An air inlet grille can be arranged at the air inlet 101.
The first through flow fan 200 is arranged in the shell 100, and a wind wheel 201 of the first through flow fan 200 extends along the horizontal transverse direction; the first through-flow fan 200 is configured to promote airflow from the inlet 101 into the housing 100 and from the first outlet 102 out of the housing 100. The second crossflow blower 300 is disposed in the casing 100 at a lower side of the first crossflow blower 200; the wind wheel 301 of the second crossflow blower 300 extends in a horizontal transverse direction; the second crossflow blower 300 is configured to induce an airflow into the housing 100 from the intake opening 101 and out of the housing 100 from the second outlet opening 104. The heat exchanger 400 may be disposed inside the air inlet 101, so that the airflow entering through the air inlet 101 enters the first cross flow fan 200 and the second cross flow fan 200 after exchanging heat with the heat exchanger 400. Thus, an upper and a lower independent air supply systems can be formed. The size and the length of the wind wheel 201 of the first cross flow fan 200 are the same as those of the wind wheel 301 of the second cross flow fan 300, and the length of the wind wheel of the cross flow fan is matched with the lengths of the two air outlets.
The indoor unit is provided with two groups of air supply systems, and shares one air inlet 101 and one heat exchanger 400, so that the air can be discharged in two directions up and down, the air is prevented from blowing to people directly, and the air supply angle is increased; if the air supply device can realize upward blowing of cold air, shower type air supply, downward blowing of hot air and carpet type air supply, the air supply experience is obviously improved. And the two cross-flow fans can greatly reduce noise, for example, the noise can be reduced by more than 5 decibels, the product performance is improved, and the air supply comfort level is improved. Further, when the difference between the set temperature of the air conditioner and the room temperature is large, the two groups of air supply systems are started at the same time (at the same rotating speed or different rotating speeds), and the temperature is adjusted rapidly; when the difference between the set temperature of the air conditioner and the room temperature is small, a group of fans is turned off or the air conditioner runs at an extremely low rotating speed, so that cold air can be only sent out from the upper air outlet, and hot air can be only sent out from the lower air outlet. Namely, the two cross-flow fans can be independently opened or closed, so that energy is saved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the first air outlet 102 is disposed on the top wall of the casing 100, and the second air outlet 104 is disposed on the bottom wall of the casing 100. In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the first outlet 102 and the second outlet 104 are both disposed on the front wall of the housing 100. In still other embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the first air outlet 102 is disposed on the front wall of the housing 100; part of the second air outlet 104 is disposed on the bottom wall of the casing 100, and the rest of the second air outlet 104 is disposed on the front wall of the casing 100, so that part or all of the second air outlet 104 is located at the intersection of the front wall of the casing 100 and the bottom wall of the casing 100. The first outlet 102 and the second outlet 104 may have various layout structures to meet various requirements of the wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit, such as installation height, installation position, and use place.
The volute 202 of the first crossflow blower 200 is adjacent to the second crossflow blower 300; the volute 302 of the second crossflow blower 300 is adjacent to the first crossflow blower 200. That is, the first crossflow blower 200 and the second crossflow blower 300 may be disposed in a back-to-back manner, and the air inlet and outlet may be smoother in combination with the position of the air inlet. Optionally, for convenience of manufacturing, the volute and the volute tongue of the first through flow fan 200 are mounted to the housing 100, or are integrally formed with a part of the housing 100. The volute and the volute tongue of the second crossflow blower 300 are mounted to the casing 100 or are integrally formed with a partial structure of the casing 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a partition 600 is disposed between the two heat exchangers, and the partition 600 is located at the middle of the upper and lower positions inside the indoor unit, specifically, the partition 600 may be a partition plate disposed between the inlet of the first crossflow blower 200 and the inlet of the second crossflow blower 300; and the distance between the rear end of the partition 600 and the heat exchanger 400 is within 50 mm.

The intake vent 101 may have an intake area disposed at the rear of the upper wall of the casing 100, an intake area disposed at the rear wall of the casing 100, and an intake area disposed at the rear of the bottom wall of the casing 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit further includes: a first fan motor and a second fan motor. The first fan motor is connected to one end of the wind wheel 201 of the first through-flow fan 200, and is configured to drive the wind wheel 201 of the first through-flow fan 200 to rotate. The second fan motor is connected with one end of the wind wheel 301 of the second crossflow blower 300 and is used for driving the wind wheel 301 of the second crossflow blower 300 to rotate. The first fan motor and the second fan motor may be independently turned on/off. For example, the first crossflow blower 200 and the second crossflow blower 300 may be independently turned on according to the user's requirement, or may be turned on simultaneously. When one of the cross-flow fans is closed, the corresponding air supply system can be kept closed, specifically, the corresponding fan motor is closed, and the corresponding air outlet is closed.
