As shown in fig. 4, a preferred embodiment of the midplane assembling apparatus includes a midplane selecting device 23 and a plurality of midplane arraying devices, the plurality of midplane arraying devices respectively arraying the switch midplanes, and the midplane selecting device 23 taking the switch midplanes out of the midplane arraying devices and sequentially placing the switch midplanes into the transportation apparatus 1 for fixation.

The four-axis driving mechanism 232 drives the selection clamping jaw cylinder to align to the switch middle plate in the middle plate arranging device 20, the switch middle plate is clamped and fixed through the selection clamping jaw cylinder, the four-axis driving mechanism 232 drives the selection clamping jaw cylinder to move to the transportation equipment 1, and the switch middle plate is loosened through the selection clamping jaw cylinder, so that the switch middle plate falls into the transportation equipment 1.
As shown in fig. 8, an embodiment of the first middle plate connecting device 24 is provided, the first middle plate connecting device 24 includes a screw rotating cylinder 241 and a screw rotating member 242 connected to the screw rotating cylinder 241, a screw channel is provided in the screw rotating member 242, one end of the screw channel extends to the upper side of the transportation equipment 1, the other end of the screw channel is provided with a screw inlet 243, the screw inlet 243 is connected to a delivery pipe of a screw distributing device (not shown in the figure), the sequenced middle plate screws a22 of the screw distributing device are delivered into the screw rotating member 242 through the delivery pipe, and the screw rotating cylinder 241 drives the screw rotating member 242 to rotate to screw the middle plate screws a22 to the metal middle plate a 21. The screw distributing device is connected with a vibrating disk provided with a middle plate screw A22, and the middle plate screws A22 sent by the vibrating disk enter the conveying pipe in sequence through the matching of the material blocking piece and the air cylinder, and the screw distributing device is not limited specifically here.
Preferably, two first middle plate connecting devices 24 are arranged in parallel, each first middle plate connecting device 24 comprises two screw rotating cylinders 241 and a screw rotating piece 242 connected with the screw rotating cylinders 241, the transportation equipment 1 is provided with transportation vehicles 11, each transportation vehicle 11 simultaneously transports a plurality of switch middle plates, and the two first middle plate connecting devices 24 arranged in parallel can respectively operate the plurality of switch middle plates on each transportation vehicle 11. Of course, it is also possible to provide one middle plate connecting device 24 and connect the middle plate connecting device 24 with the traverse cylinder, or to provide more middle plate connecting devices 24, all falling within the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4 and 9, an embodiment of the second middle plate connecting device 25 is provided, the second middle plate connecting device 25 includes an insert distributing device and an insert assembling device, the insert distributing device includes an insert transporting mechanism 252 and an insert distributing groove 250 connected to one end of the insert transporting mechanism 252, the other end of the insert transporting mechanism 252 is connected to an insert vibrating tray 251, the insert distributing groove 250 is disposed under the transport vehicle 11, an insert blocking member 253 is disposed on a side of the insert distributing groove 250 away from the insert transporting mechanism 252, an insert pressing member 254 is disposed above a side of the insert distributing groove 250 close to the insert transporting mechanism 252, the insert blocking member 253 is used for blocking a frontmost middle plate insert a12, the insert pressing member 254 presses a rear middle plate insert a12 in the insert distributing groove 250, the insert assembling device includes an insert ejecting member 255 disposed under the insert distributing groove 250 and an insert ejecting cylinder 256 connected to the insert ejecting member 255, the insert distributing groove 250 is provided with an avoiding hole for avoiding the insert ejecting piece 255, and the insert ejecting cylinder 256 can drive the insert ejecting piece 255 to move upwards to jack the middle plate insert A12 blocked by the insert blocking piece 253, so that the middle plate insert A12 is arranged in the plastic middle plate A11 fixed above the middle plate insert A12 in the transport carrier 11.

The insert transport mechanism 252 may be a belt or a chute coupled to a linear vibrator, the insert transport mechanism 252 having a length such that the insert transport mechanism 252 may function to store the midplane insert a12 when the midplane screw a22 is assembled without the midplane insert a 12.
As shown in fig. 11, a detection device 51 is disposed on one side of the second midplane connecting device 25, the detection device 51 is used for detecting that the midplane insert a12 is assembled in place, and when the switch midplane which is detected to be unqualified is subsequently moved to other stations, the other stations do not operate. The detection device 51 comprises a detection support 511 and a detection lifting cylinder 512 connected with the detection support 511, wherein a detection proximity switch is arranged on the detection support, the detection lifting cylinder 512 drives the detection proximity switch to move towards a plastic middle plate A11 through the detection support 511, so that the detection proximity switch approaches to the plastic middle plate A11, and the detection proximity switch feeds back whether a middle plate insert A12 is arranged on the plastic middle plate A11 or not, or whether the position of the middle plate insert A12 is accurate or not. Of course, the proximity switch may be a photoelectric sensor to detect whether the proximity switch is assembled in place, or a photo is taken and then the proximity switch is calculated and compared by the control unit to detect whether the proximity switch is assembled in place, which is not limited herein.
As shown in fig. 4, the lower seat assembling apparatus includes a normally open lower seat assembling device 31 and a normally closed lower seat assembling device 33 which are arranged side by side on one side of the transportation apparatus 1, and one sides of the normally open lower seat assembling device 31 and the normally closed lower seat assembling device 33 are respectively engaged with the transportation apparatus 1.
Fig. 13 to 14 show a preferred embodiment of the lower seat assembling apparatus including a lower seat assembling unit, and the normally open lower seat assembling device 31 and the normally closed lower seat assembling device 33 are identical in structure to the lower seat assembling unit, but the normally open lower seat assembling device 31 and the normally closed lower seat assembling device 33 are different in position.

The lower seat assembling traversing cylinder 308 drives the lower seat grabbing mechanism 307 to horizontally move to aim at the normally open lower seat or the normally closed lower seat in the lower seat arranging device, the lower seat assembling lifting cylinder 309 drives the lower seat grabbing mechanism 307 to vertically move to be close to the lower seat arranging device to clamp the normally open lower seat or the normally closed lower seat, and the lower seat assembling rotating cylinder drives the lower seat grabbing mechanism 307 to horizontally rotate to adjust the angle and then is installed on the switch middle plate fixed in the transportation device 1. As shown in fig. 16, in one embodiment of the blanking device 61, the blanking device 61 includes a blanking grabbing mechanism 67, a blanking traversing cylinder 68 and a blanking lifting cylinder 69, the blanking grabbing mechanism 67 includes a blanking clamping jaw cylinder and two blanking clamping jaws connected to the blanking clamping jaw cylinder, the two clamping jaws are driven by the blanking clamping jaw cylinder to approach and clamp the button switch therebetween, the blanking grabbing mechanism 67 is connected to the blanking lifting cylinder 69, and the blanking lifting cylinder 69 is connected to the blanking traversing cylinder 68.
The blanking transverse moving cylinder 68 drives the blanking grabbing mechanism 67 to horizontally move the button switch in the transportation equipment 1, and the blanking lifting cylinder 69 drives the blanking grabbing mechanism 67 to vertically move to be close to the blanking arranging device to clamp the button switch so as to take out the button switch.

The figure shows a plurality of feeding vibration discs arranged at two sides of the transportation equipment 1 in the length direction, the feeding vibration discs are respectively an insert vibration disc 251, a first middle plate vibration disc 211 and a second middle plate vibration disc 221, and a lower seat vibration disc and a vibration disc provided with a middle plate screw A22 which are not shown in the figure can be arranged at two sides of the transportation equipment 1 in the length direction or not.

The assembly process of the button switch assembly equipment created by the invention comprises the following steps:
the first middle plate arraying device 21 and the second middle plate arraying device 22 are used for arraying a metal middle plate A21 and a plastic middle plate A11 respectively, and the middle plate selecting device 23 takes out the metal middle plate A21 from the first middle plate arraying device 21 or takes out the plastic middle plate A11 from the second middle plate arraying device 22 respectively according to a preset command and puts the plastic middle plate into a carrier 11 of the transportation equipment 1 for fixing.
(1) The transportation equipment 1 drives the switch middle plate to move to the first middle plate connecting device 24, if the switch middle plate is a metal middle plate A21, the first middle plate connecting device 24 installs a middle plate screw A22 on the metal middle plate A21 fixed in the transportation equipment 1, if the switch middle plate is a plastic middle plate A11, the first middle plate connecting device 24 does not act, and the transportation equipment 1 drives the plastic middle plate A11 to continuously move to skip the step;
(2) the transportation equipment 1 drives the switch middle plate to move to the second middle plate connecting device 25, if the switch middle plate is a plastic middle plate A11, the second middle plate connecting device 25 installs a switch insert A12 on the plastic middle plate A11 fixed in the transportation equipment 1, if the switch middle plate is a metal middle plate A21, the second middle plate connecting device 25 does not act, and the transportation equipment 1 drives the metal middle plate A21 to continuously move to skip the step;
(3) the transportation equipment 1 drives the switch middle plate to move to the detection device 51, if the switch middle plate is a plastic middle plate A11, the detection device 51 detects that the middle plate insert A12 is assembled in place, if the switch middle plate is a metal middle plate A21, the detection device 51 does not act, and the transportation equipment 1 drives the metal middle plate A21 to continuously move to skip the step;
(4) the transportation equipment 1 drives the switch middle plate to move to the normally open lower seat assembling device 31, the normally open lower seat assembling device 31 assembles a specified number of normally open lower seats on the switch middle plate as required, the normally open lower seat assembling device 31 does not act without products of the normally open lower seats, and the transportation equipment 1 drives the switch middle plate to continuously move to skip the step;
(5) the transportation equipment 1 drives the switch middle plate to move to the normally closed lower seat assembling device 33, the normally closed lower seat assembling device 33 is assembled on the switch middle plate according to the required specified number of normally closed lower seats, products of the normally closed lower seats are not needed, the normally closed lower seat assembling device 33 does not act, and the transportation equipment 1 drives the switch middle plate to continuously move to skip the step;
(6) the transportation equipment 1 drives the switch middle plate to move to the lower seat connecting device 35, and the lower seat connecting device 35 screws the lower seat screw A01 on the normally open lower seat and/or the normally closed lower seat into the corresponding screw hole on the switch middle plate;
(7) the transportation equipment 1 drives the switch middle plate provided with the normally open lower seat and/or the normally closed lower seat to move to a second detection device 52 for detecting that the normally open lower seat and/or the normally closed lower seat are assembled in place;
