Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[ example 1 ]
First, the structure of a seat 1 (vehicle seat) to which the vehicle seat cover of embodiment 1 is applied will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 5. In the following description, the terms "front, rear, up, down, left, right, and the like" refer to the respective directions shown in the respective drawings. In addition, the term "seat width direction" refers to the left-right direction of the seat 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the seat 1 of the present embodiment is configured as a rear seat of an automobile, and includes a seat back 2 serving as a backrest portion of a seated occupant and a seat cushion 3 serving as a sitting portion. The seat 1 is configured as a so-called bench seat in which 3 persons can sit in the same row.
The seat cushion 3 described above includes: a cushion pad 20 made of foamed polyurethane that elastically receives the load of a seated occupant, and a seat cover 10 made of fabric that covers the entire surface of the cushion pad 20 and constitutes the outer surface of the seat cushion 3. Here, the seat cushion cover 10 described above corresponds to a "vehicle seat cover" of the present invention. The seat cushion pad 20 is formed in a basic shape of the seat cushion 3, and is formed by integrally insert-molding a wire-shaped wire frame, which is a framework, into the seat cushion.
The seat cover 10 is formed by sewing a top cover sheet 11 covering the top of the seat cushion 3 and frame cover sheets 12 covering the front, rear, left, and right peripheral side surfaces of the seat cushion 3 in a 1-piece bag shape. The seat cover 10 covers the seat cushion pad 20 from the front side, and then draws and fixes the lower edge portion of the frame cover piece 12 covering the peripheral side surface thereof to the rear side of the seat cushion pad 20, thereby covering the entire surface of the seat cushion pad 20 in a wide range.
The seat cover 10 is configured such that the respective portions of the top cover piece 11 are hung and fixed in a hanging groove, not shown, formed in the seat cushion pad 20, and are stretched along the concave-convex top surface shape of the seat cushion pad 20 so as to be in close contact with each other without causing floating or wrinkles. Here, the top cover sheet 11 corresponds to a "cover sheet" of the present invention.
Specifically, a band-shaped pull-in cotton cloth 13 is sewn to the edge of the tip end of the hood sheet 11 hanging into the hanging groove, not shown, and the pull-in cotton cloth 13 is pulled to the back side of the cushion pad 20 through a through hole 21 penetrating from the hanging groove, not shown, to the back side. The pull-in cotton cloth 13 pulled to the back side of the cushion pad 20 is fixed to the other pull-in cotton cloth 13 pulled to the back side of the cushion pad 20 through the other through hole 21, and is held in a state of being pulled to the back side of the cushion pad 20.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the pull-in cotton cloth 13 pulled to the back side through the through hole 21 of the cushion pad 20 is fixed by engaging the resin hook 14 sewn to the edge on the front end side thereof with the hook 14 sewn to the edge on the front end side of the corresponding pull-in cotton cloth 13 and made of a common member. As shown in fig. 3 to 4, the aforementioned fastener 14 is configured to include a main body plate 14A made of 1 flat plate-like resin plate sewn along the edge portion on the tip end side of the aforementioned drawn cotton cloth 13, and a cantilever-shaped flexible portion 14C that is cut so as to be individually flexible while remaining around by a U-shaped slit 14B formed in the center portion of the main body plate 14A.
The main body plate 14A is formed of a plate material having a thickness of about 1mm made of a polypropylene foamed resin, and the U-shaped slit 14B is punched out at a central portion left around the plate material by pressing. As shown in fig. 4, the main body plate 14A is sewn along the edge of the drawn-in cotton cloth 13 in a state where the drawn-in cotton cloth 13 is overlapped with the edge of the leading end side so that one side of the U-shaped seam of the slit 14B is aligned with the edge of the leading end side (sewn portion 14D).
As shown in fig. 2 to 3, the engaging member 14 having the above-described configuration is engaged with and fixed to the corresponding engaging member 14 on the other side as follows. First, the fastener 14 is rewound from the draw-in cotton cloth 13 toward the draw-in direction of the top cover sheet 11 with the sewing portion 14D as a fulcrum, and is in a state where the U-shaped opening of the slit 14B is directed toward the draw-in direction. Then, the aforementioned hook 14 is pulled in the pull-in direction, and is brought close to the hook 14 on the other side pulled in the direction opposite to the pull-in direction, and the mutually flexible portions 14C are bent so as to rise in a hook-like manner toward the other side and are set so as to be hooked into the slit 14B on the other side.
By the above installation, as shown in fig. 2, the engagement pieces 14 are engaged so that the mutually flexible portions 14C and the end portions of the mutually slits 14B are in contact with each other, and the respective pull-in cotton cloths 13 are fixed so as to be pulled toward each other. The operation of engaging the engaging members 14 with each other can be performed by the same operation as described above, regardless of whether one of the engaging members is attached to the other engaging member in a manner of being aligned on either front or back surface side.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the engaging member 14 is configured such that the flexible portion 14C is configured to be similarly flexed from the main body plate 14A through the slit 14B regardless of the side facing the out-of-plane direction. Therefore, as shown in fig. 5, even if the aforementioned engaging member 14 and the engaging member 14 on the other side are pulled in the direction in which the surfaces and the surface on the opposite side are aligned with each other as shown in fig. 2, the engaging state can be achieved by buckling the mutual flexible portions 14C to be raised in a hook-like form toward the other side and fitting into the slits 14B on the other side.
By adopting such a hooking structure, since each hooking member 14 can be fixed in a straight pulled-in state without twisting and pulling in the direction of the other hooking member 14, the pulling-in tension can be widely applied to the entire width of each pulling-in cotton cloth 13 pulled into the seat cover 10, and the seat cover 10 can be satisfactorily stretched. Moreover, even when the respective engaging members 14 are attached to each other so as to be aligned on either the front or back surface side, the engaging members can be engaged easily by the same engaging operation.
In the case where the structure in which the resin hangers 14 are hooked to each other is close to a surrounding member and interference sound may be generated, at least one of the drawn-in cotton cloths 13 sewn to each hanger 14 may be interposed between the drawn-in cotton cloth and the surrounding member for an extra length. With the above configuration, the generation of noise due to direct interference between the resin member and the surrounding member can be suppressed.
Summary of the invention
As described above, the seat cover 10 of the present embodiment has the following configuration. Specifically, the vehicle seat cover (10) has a cover piece (11) that covers the surface of the seat, and a hook member (14) that is coupled to the cover piece (11), is pulled in, and is hooked to a predetermined member (14).
