Fig. 3 is an enlarged view of an area 1-1 in fig. 2 of an intelligent battery replacement device according to an embodiment of the present application, where each of the to-be-charged area 6 and the storage area 7 is divided into a plurality of compartments 61, a bottom surface of each compartment 61 is formed by a plurality of rollers 612 arranged in parallel, the rollers 612 can rotate, and a bottom of a battery can slide on the rollers 612 when the battery is transferred into the compartment 61, so as to reduce a moving resistance of the battery on the bottom surface, and facilitate the robot 2 to access the battery at any time. Furthermore, a plurality of rollers 613 are disposed on two sides of the bottom surface, and the rotation direction of the rollers 613 is the same as the battery moving direction, that is, the rotation axis of the rollers 613 is perpendicular to the rotation axis of the roller 612, so that the batteries are tangent to the rollers 613 when being put in or taken out, thereby reducing the friction between the batteries and being more beneficial to the movement of the batteries.
The roller 612 at the front end of the bottom surface of the block 61 is provided with a position sensor 611, and when the battery touches the position sensor 611, the position sensor 611 sends a command to start the controller 8 to complete the next work. In addition, side plates 614 are arranged on two sides of the block 61, and components such as a charging assembly and a sensor can be arranged inside the side plates 614 for detecting the battery state and charging in time.
The structure of the battery compartment 1 will be described and explained below, and fig. 4 is a perspective view of the battery compartment of the intelligent battery replacement device according to an embodiment of the present application, in which the battery includes a battery compartment body 11, a driver 12, and a bottom plate 17, wherein the driver 12 is connected to the controller 8. Wherein, one side of battery compartment body 11 is equipped with bin mouth 111, and battery compartment body 11 passes through supporting seat 13 to be connected on bottom plate 17 and can rotate on bottom plate 17, and driver 12 is connected at the top of battery compartment body 11, and driver 12 starts, and then drives battery compartment body 11 rotatory to change the direction of bin mouth 111. In this embodiment, the driver 12 drives the battery compartment body 11 to rotate, the bottom of the battery compartment body 11 is provided with a shifting piece 14, and the limit switch 15 is arranged on the bottom plate 17 and is in signal connection with the controller 8. When the battery compartment body 11 rotates on the bottom plate 17 under the driving of the driver 12, the limit switch 15 is triggered, the limit switch 15 sends a signal to the controller 8, and the controller 8 sends a stop instruction to the driver 12, so that the battery compartment body 11 stops rotating, and the position of the compartment opening 111 is determined. Therefore, the position of the limit switch 15 can be set according to the requirement of the position of the bin opening 111, and when the bin opening 111 reaches a preset position, the limit switch 15 is triggered, so that the battery bin body 11 stops rotating, and the position of the bin opening 111 is accurately controlled.
The working principle of the limit switch 15 is that the plectrum 14 triggers the limit switch 15 when rotating, that is, when the plectrum 14 is pressed against the limit switch 15, the limit switch 15 is closed to form a passage, and then a signal is sent to the controller 8, and the controller 8 sends a rotation stop instruction to the driver 12 according to the signal, so as to control the battery compartment body 11 to stop rotating. The method that this application adopted is through support 16 with limit switch 15 on bottom plate 17, support 16 is the L type, its top surface and the upper surface of bottom plate 17 are in the coplanar, and support 16 is non-rigid structure, like elastic material etc. can support and press limit switch 15 after and promote limit switch 15 to remove when plectrum 14 rotates, because support 16 has elasticity, thereby limit switch 15 drives support 16 and takes place the bending and makes limit switch 15 move downwards and finally release plectrum 15.
In this embodiment, the number of the limit switches 15 is two, and the two limit switches 15 are arranged along one side of the bottom plate 17. The opposite sides of battery compartment body 11 all are equipped with plectrum 14, and when two plectrums 14 touched different limit switch 15, can stop the bin mouth 111 of battery compartment body 11 at preset position. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the limit switch 15 near the bin opening 111 is used as a first limit switch, and the limit switch 15 far from the bin opening 111 is used as a second limit switch.
When the driver 12 drives the battery compartment body 11 to rotate, the position of the compartment opening 111 stays at the position shown in fig. 1 when the poking piece 14 presses against the first limit switch. When the controller 8 controls the driver 12 to start, and the driver 12 drives the battery compartment body 11 to continue rotating, for example, clockwise, the shifting piece 14 on the other side of the battery compartment body 11 triggers the second limit switch, so that the battery compartment body 11 stops rotating, and at this time, the battery compartment body 11 rotates 180 degrees. By arranging the limit switches 15 at different positions, the bin opening 111 faces to the preset position, control is accurate, and intellectualization can be realized.
In another embodiment, two limit switches 15 are provided diagonally along both sides of the base plate 17. Only one shifting piece 14 can be arranged on the battery compartment body 11, and the position of the compartment opening 111 can be changed by changing the arrangement position of the limit switch 15. Two limit switches 15 are arranged, so that the battery compartment body 11 can rotate reversibly, namely, when the battery compartment body rotates clockwise or anticlockwise, the battery compartment body is programmed to stop rotating after triggering the second limit switch 15.
According to another embodiment of the application, a shifting piece 14 is arranged on one side surface of the battery compartment body 11, two limit switches 15 are arranged on two side edges of the bottom plate 17 in a diagonal manner, the shifting piece 14 rotates to trigger a first limit switch and then continues to rotate 180 degrees until a second limit switch is triggered, and then the controller 8 receives a signal and then stops rotating the battery compartment body 11.
Similarly, the limit switches 15 and the shifting piece 14 at different positions are arranged, so that the bin opening 111 of the battery bin body 11 can rotate at different angles, and if the bottom plate 17 is designed into a regular triangle, and the two limit switches 15 are respectively arranged at the midpoints of two adjacent sides of the regular triangle, the shifting piece 14 rotates at an angle of 120 ° after continuously triggering the two limit switches 15. Therefore, those skilled in the art can design different positions, numbers and combinations of the shifting pieces 14 and the limit switches 15 according to actual needs through simple derivation, and finally realize the rotation of the bin opening 111 at different angles.
In another embodiment of the present application, the rotation direction of the compartment opening 111 is controlled by using a timer (not shown), wherein the timer is connected to the driver 12 and the controller 8, a preset program is used, for example, 3 seconds are required for 180 ° rotation, the response time of the timer is set to 3 seconds, after the driver 12 runs for 3 seconds, the timer sends a signal to the controller 8, and the controller 8 sends a command to stop the rotation of the battery compartment body 11, so as to ensure that the compartment opening 111 rotates to a preset position.
When a user needs to replace a battery, the rotary battery compartment 1 puts the battery to be charged into the battery storage compartment 4, the sensor detects that the battery is put into the battery compartment 1, sends a signal to the controller 8, the controller 8 starts the driver 12 to drive the battery compartment body 11 to rotate, and the compartment opening 111 of the battery compartment body 11 is rotated to a position facing the user under the action of the controller 8, for example, rotated by 180 degrees, so that the battery can be conveniently taken or replaced; when the user finishes the battery replacement operation, the battery output bin 5 detects that the battery in the battery bin 1 is taken away, sends a signal to the controller 8, the controller 8 starts the driver 12 to rotate the battery bin body 11, and under the action of the controller 8, when the bin opening 111 of the battery bin body 11 faces away from the user, the battery bin body 11 stops rotating. Above-mentioned rotary type battery compartment changes the direction of storehouse mouth 111 through the mode of rotatory battery compartment body 11, can convenience of customers's battery of taking, practices thrift and trades the electric time to it is effectual to have better theftproof, is favorable to reducing the cost of manufacture.
The battery transfer device 3 will be specifically described and explained below, and in the present embodiment, the battery transfer device 3 includes a robot 2 and a conveying unit, and the robot 2 and the conveying unit are connected. Fig. 5 is a perspective view of a robot of an intelligent charging apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, where the robot 2 includes a clamping portion 21 and an adjusting mechanism 22.
