The installation process of the management device of the present embodiment is as follows: preparing a ring buckle 30, aligning and sliding the sliding groove 422 of the second pad 42 and the sliding block 33 of the ring buckle 30, so that the second pad 42 is connected with the ring buckle 30; preparing a shell 10, placing the first connecting end 31 of the buckle 30 into the first slot 111, placing the first pad 41 into the placement groove 1515, and inserting the first positioning post 151 of the placement groove 1515 into the insertion hole 411 on the lower surface of the first pad 41; placing the electronic functional module on the vertical plate 22 of the plug-in board 20, placing the identification tag to be scanned on the outward side of the vertical plate 22, and placing other functional elements (such as radio frequency tags or sensors) on the inward side of the vertical plate 22; inserting the vertical plate 22 into the shell 10, arranging a plurality of third positioning columns 214 on the inner wall of the top plate 21, arranging positioning holes on the upper surface of the shell 10, inserting the third positioning columns 214 into the positioning holes, and welding the inserting plate 20 and the shell 10 together by laser welding or ultrasonic welding; the inserting plate 20 and the accommodating groove of the second side part 12 of the shell 10 form a backstop groove; inserting two ends of the protective cover 13 into the slots 14 on two sides of the shell 10 from the notch 23, and then packaging and leaving factory; after the product is put in the hand of the user, the user rotates the buckle 30 to make the first pad 41 and the second pad 42 respectively attached to two sides of the connecting end of the target object, and inserts the second connecting end 32 of the buckle 30 into the stopping groove to make the shell 10 and the buckle 30 form a closed ring body which is sleeved on the connecting end of the target object.
After poultry feeding is completed and the poultry are sold, a consumer or a distributor can scan the identification tag to obtain related information, and if the management device needs to be detached, the ring buckle 30 or the inserting plate 20 needs to be damaged, and the closed ring body needs to be opened; or the connection end of the target object is cut off, for example, the poultry claw is cut off, and the management device is entirely removed. For the convenience of the consumer and the distributor, as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 6, the ring buckle 30 of the present embodiment may further be provided with a cutting portion 34, the cutting portion 34 is thinner and thinner than the whole ring buckle 30, and is easier to cut, and the consumer or the distributor may directly cut the cutting portion 34 to open the ring body. The cutting portion 34 may be integrally formed with the entire buckle 30 by using the same material, or may be formed by processing other easily-cut materials and then fixedly connected with the buckle 30. As shown in the drawings, the cutout 34 is provided on the rear side of the front end portion 311 of the first connection end 31.
