The distance between the two central lines of each layer of alignment hole group is the same; the straight tube 15 is a circular tube or a square tube. The currently used workpiece is generally an aluminum square bar, the area enclosed by the upper and lower adjacent straightening hole groups is exactly square, and is matched with the shape of the aluminum square bar, so that the aluminum square bar can be better prevented from being bent; the length of the straight pipe 15 can be determined according to the specific length of the aluminum square bar.

Most of the cross sections of the aluminum square bars of the existing workpieces are square, and the cross section of the workpiece placing groove 18 is matched with the cross section of the aluminum square bar of the workpiece; the outer ring of the shaft shoulder 25 is smaller than the inner diameter of the large hole of the central through hole 24, so that the rotary shaft seat 26 is not influenced by the shaft shoulder 25 in the rotating process. The rotating bearing 20 and the positioning bearing 23 can enable the rotating shaft seat 26 to rotate more smoothly, and can play a role in positioning the rotating shaft seat 26, so that the rotating shaft seat 26 is prevented from randomly swinging in the central through hole 24 of the seat shell 21, the loss of components is reduced, and the service life of the components is prolonged.
A tool positioning hole is formed in one side of the lower portion of the rotary tool 35, a locking hydraulic cylinder 30 is additionally arranged above the lower frame 28, and the locking hydraulic cylinder 30 corresponds to the tool positioning hole in position. When the rotary tool 35 rotates to the welding station in the frame, the piston rod of the locking hydraulic cylinder 30 is ejected out and inserted into the tool positioning hole of the rotary tool 35, so that the rotary tool 35 is positioned and fixed.
The connecting shaft group of the steel claw clamping device 34 comprises two connecting rods 39, the two connecting rods 39 are respectively arranged on two sides of the fixture fixed tire 37, and the fixture fixed side wall 36, the fixture movable side wall 42 and the two connecting rods 39 form a closed ring to form a stress closed cycle, so that the clamping of the steel claw 38 and the protection of the device per se are facilitated. The number of the clamping oil cylinders 41 is 2, the two clamping oil cylinders 41 are symmetrical about the central axis of the fixture fixed tire 37, the central axis of the steel claw 38 is superposed with the central axis of the fixture fixed tire 37, the two clamping oil cylinders 41 are symmetrically distributed, the equal stress of each part of the steel claw 38 is ensured, the phenomenon that one end of the steel claw 38 is tilted to affect welding is avoided, and the quality of a welding product is ensured.
The steel claw clamping device 34 is fixed with one upright column 31 through the shaft sleeve 45, so that the steel claw clamping device 34 and the welding machine frame form stress closed circulation, stress is eliminated, and the device and the welding machine body are prevented from being damaged.
During welding, the rotary tool 35 is rotated out of a welding machine frame consisting of the lower frame 28, the upper frame 32 and the upright column 31 at the beginning, then a square aluminum rod of a workpiece is lifted by matching a travelling crane in a welding workshop, the square aluminum rod of the workpiece is placed into the workpiece placing through hole 12 of the transmission disc 13 and then passes through the bending prevention mechanism 3 to be inserted into the rotary top seat 2, then the workpiece steel claw 38 is placed into the steel claw clamping device 34 and fastened and fixed, then the rotary driving mechanism 6 acts to control the tool base 27 frame 1 to rotate around the upright column 31 again, the bending prevention mechanism 3, the rotary top seat 2, the transmission disc 13 and the square aluminum rod of the workpiece are rotated into the welding machine frame, the welding machine frame stops at a preset position, the locking hydraulic cylinder 30 positions and fixes the tool base 27 frame 1, and at the moment, the square aluminum rod of the workpiece corresponds to the connecting position of the workpiece steel claw 38; then the lower hydraulic cylinder 29 tightly props against the rotary top seat 2 and transmits certain pressure to the workpiece aluminum square rod, meanwhile, the upper hydraulic cylinder 33 tightly props against the steel claw clamping device 34 and transmits certain pressure to the steel claw clamping device 34, at the moment, the main motor 8 rotates and drives the transmission disc 13 to rotate through the transmission device, the transmission disc 13 rotates and drives the workpiece aluminum square rod matched with the shape of the workpiece placing through hole 12 to rotate in the rotary top seat 2, the upper hydraulic cylinder 33 presses down at a preset speed to form friction follow-up and realize friction welding, the rotary top seat 2 measures the rotating position through the angle measuring device 22 while following up, when the preset length and position are reached, the clutch 9 of the main motor 8 is disengaged, the workpiece aluminum square rod stops rotating, and the upper hydraulic cylinder 33 presses down quickly according to the set pressure to realize friction upsetting; maintaining the pressure of the lower hydraulic cylinder 29 and the upper hydraulic cylinder 33 for a period of time to form an ideal welding joint, powering off the main motor 8, and ending the welding process; then the lower hydraulic cylinder 29 and the upper hydraulic cylinder 33 retract, the rotary tool 35 rotates out to the outer side of the welding machine, the steel claw clamping device 34 loosens the steel claw 38, and the total workpiece after welding is taken out by the cooperation of the traveling crane in the processing workshop to enter the next cycle.
The welding machine can directly weld the steel claw and the aluminum guide rod into a whole, realizes comprehensive welding of dissimilar metals of the steel claw and the aluminum guide rod, can improve the conductivity and the strength of a welding product, and can prolong the service life of the welding product; the welding machine controls the motor and the hydraulic system through the PLC, the automation degree is high, and the welding is convenient and fast.
