4) Planing: planing the dovetail groove according to a set cutting speed v and a set feed amount (cutting amount f and back cutting amount a), and performing rough planing and fine planing, wherein the cutting speed v of rough planing is 60-65 times/min, the cutting amount f is 1.0-1.5mm, and the back cutting amount a is 0.5-1.0 mm; meanwhile, a special cutter with angle deflection cutter grinding is adopted when the dovetail part is planed, the cutting speed v of finish planing is 50-55 times/min, the cutting quantity f is 0.5-0.8 mm, and the back cutting quantity a is 0.3-0.4 mm; the angle adjustment of the working platform and the adjustable supporting device drive the jaw plate to synchronously rotate, and the inner plane of the wedge angle of the dovetail groove is processed until the width and the angle of the dovetail groove meet the technical requirements; the rough planing and the fine planing are both provided with intermediate measurement steps.

3) Correcting a processing station: correcting the angle positions of a dovetail groove to be planed and processed by a jaw plate and a planer working platform by screwing an adjusting screw of an adjustable supporting and positioning device, and performing alignment correction on the processing surface of the dovetail groove, wherein the adjusting screw rotates clockwise, the inclined plane of the jaw plate deflects slightly inwards, the adjusting screw rotates anticlockwise, and the inclined plane of the jaw plate deflects slightly outwards; the calculation model is that when the extension length of a screw rod of a contact surface of an adjusting screw and a jaw plate is 3.4mm, an obtuse angle of 150 degrees is formed between the contact surface (back surface) of the jaw plate and a supporting plate of a supporting frame; when the extension length of the screw rod of the screw is 1.3mm, an obtuse angle of 137 degrees is formed between the contact surface (back surface) of the jaw plate and the supporting plate of the supporting frame; the two angles are the optimal stations for planing the left dovetail groove and the right dovetail groove of the jaw plate; when the processing station of the dovetail groove of the jaw plate meets the planing requirement, the hexagon nut on the adjusting screw is screwed to fix the dovetail groove, and meanwhile, the flat tongs are fixed by applying force.
4) Planing: planing the dovetail groove according to a set cutting speed v and a set feed amount (cutting amount f and back cutting amount a), and performing rough planing and fine planing, wherein the cutting speed v of rough planing is 55-60 times/min, the cutting amount f is 1.0-1.5mm, and the back cutting amount a is 0.5-1.0 mm; meanwhile, a special cutter with angle deflection cutter grinding is adopted when the dovetail part is planed, the cutting speed v of finish planing is 45-50 times/min, the cutting quantity f is 0.5-0.8 mm, and the back cutting quantity a is 0.3-0.4 mm; the angle adjustment of the working platform and the adjustable supporting device drive the jaw plate to synchronously rotate, and the inner plane of the wedge angle of the dovetail groove is processed until the width and the angle of the dovetail groove meet the technical requirements; the rough planing and the fine planing are both provided with intermediate measurement steps.
5) And (4) checking: and (3) measuring and checking the dovetail groove of the jaw plate after finish planing by using a special measuring tool and a sample plate, confirming whether the dovetail groove meets the technical requirements, performing off-machine preparation if the dovetail groove is qualified, performing finish planing and cutting if the dovetail groove is not qualified, and performing re-planing and machining after surfacing if the dovetail groove is out of the machine and is not qualified.
6) Preparing a stock by machine: the method comprises the steps of hoisting a clamp plate which is planed and meets the technical requirements by a hoisting machine to be lifted and separated from the machine, loosening flat-nose pliers after a steel wire rope is pre-tightened, screwing a loosened hexagon nut, anticlockwise rotating to withdraw an adjusting screw, lifting the whole clamp plate to be separated from a horizontal (ox-head) planer working platform, correcting burrs of a machined part, packaging and then delivering to a warehouse beside the machine.
