该MTBE装置甲醇回收塔节能系统,甲醇回收塔9塔底物料经管线连接再沸器6,经过蒸汽加热后,一部分经过再沸器6返回至甲醇回收塔。蒸汽通过管线及蒸汽调节阀连接再沸器,再沸器通过凝结水线及调节阀连接凝结水罐1;采用开关凝结水调节阀控制凝结水外排量的方式给进入再沸器内的物料加热,减少能量损失。 甲醇回收塔9顶物料经管线与塔顶冷却器8、回流罐7相连,回流罐底管线通过回流泵5及回流管线连接甲醇回收塔9。
该 MTBE装置甲醇回收系统,再沸器的蒸汽控制阀全部打开,再沸器与凝结水线上增加自控制阀门连接,通过自动控制凝结水调节阀的开关大小控制进入再沸器内的蒸汽量,达到控制塔底温度的目的。
该 MTBE装置甲醇回收节能系统投用后节约蒸汽效果显著,每年节省蒸汽带来的效益为:
0.2t/h*24h*365天*150元/t=26.28万元/年 ;
具有较好的经济效益。
