The utility model discloses a washing machine has the stoving function concurrently when having washing machine's laundry function, and has effectively improved drying efficiency to ensure the stoving effect, improved user experience effect.
Based on the structure of the washing machine, the embodiment provides a barrel cleaning method of the washing machine, wherein the barrel comprises an inner barrel and an outer barrel of the washing machine, and the outer barrel and the inner barrel are cleaned by controlling water supply to a filter dust nozzle. Specifically, when the user selects the washing-drying course, the washing step of the drum may be performed before the laundry rinsing is performed to remove lint between the inner drum and the outer drum. This is because lint separated from the outer rear wall of the inner tub and the inner rear wall of the outer tub when the tub is cleaned can be discharged together with the rinsing water supplied for rinsing. When a user selects to independently execute a drying program, a step of cleaning the cylinder is carried out before drying is started, and fiber scraps in front of the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder are removed; the removed lint can be discharged by performing a drainage action to discharge lint separated from the outer rear wall of the inner tub and the inner rear wall of the outer tub.
The cleaning method of the cartridge is described in detail as follows:
the washing method of the drum body of the washing machine comprises the following steps: and the barrel cleaning program comprises an interval cleaning step of controlling the clearance of the cleaning water valve to be opened and closed to provide cleaning water for the debris filtering nozzle and a continuous cleaning step of controlling the cleaning water valve to be continuously opened after the interval cleaning step.
The cylinder cleaning program specifically comprises the following steps: and controlling the cleaning water valve to be opened and closed intermittently for 1 to 2 seconds respectively, opening the cleaning water valve after accumulating the time for 16 to 32 seconds, and closing the cleaning water valve after keeping the time for 5 to 20 seconds. This barrel cleaning procedure may be cycled 2 or 3 times.
Further, when the interval cleaning step is executed, the inner cylinder is controlled to rotate forwards and backwards, and the fan is started so as to clean the drying air duct by utilizing the suction force of the fan. And after the interval cleaning step is finished, controlling the fan to continuously run for a preset time, and simultaneously turning on the heater to heat and evaporate the water remained in the drying air duct.
As shown in fig. 29, the specific content of the barrel cleaning procedure is as follows:
when a user selects a washing-drying program, a cylinder cleaning program is executed before the rinsing process is started, a cleaning water valve is opened and closed at intervals, cleaning water is supplied to a cleaning water inlet column at intervals, the cleaning water is sprayed between an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder through a filter dust nozzle, the cleaning water valve is intermittently supplied for a certain time, and then the cleaning water valve is continuously opened for continuous cleaning for a certain time.
Here, the reason why the washing water is intermittently supplied is that when the pressure of the supplied washing water is low, the injection pressure of the washing water can be made temporarily higher in the case where the washing water is intermittently supplied than in the case where the washing water is continuously supplied. That is, the pressure of the washing water supplied by the washing water valve is controlled to be temporarily increased by closing the washing water valve, and the washing water supplied from the condensate water supply device is discharged at a pressure slightly higher than the supplied pressure as the washing water whose pressure is increased is intermittently supplied.
For example, the cleaning water is supplied to the debris nozzle at intervals of about 1 second. That is, the washing water valve was opened for 1 second to supply the washing water, and then closed for 1 second to stop the supply of the washing water. This process is repeatedly performed. Such a process of supplying the cleaning water intermittently is referred to as "intermittent cleaning". Preferably, the interval cleaning duration is 16s to 32 s; in this embodiment, the interval cleaning is performed for 20s by setting to control the cleaning water valve to be intermittently opened and closed for 1s, that is, the cleaning water valve is repeatedly opened and closed for 10 times. The interval cleaning can apply impact force to the fiber scraps tightly attached to the outer rear wall of the inner barrel and the inner rear wall of the outer barrel, so that the fiber scraps have fluidity.
In addition, when the cleaning water valve is opened for the first time, the fan is started, and the suction force of the fan is utilized to clean the fan blades and the fiber scraps on the surface of the air duct.
After the interval washing with the washing water is completed, the washing water valve is opened for a predetermined time to continuously supply the washing water. In this case, the supply of the washing water is continued for about 5 to 20 seconds. Here, the process of continuously supplying the washing water is referred to as "continuous washing". In this embodiment, the continuous cleaning is performed for 10 seconds to completely clean the outer rear wall of the inner cylinder and the inner rear wall of the outer cylinder. The continuous cleaning can separate the flowing fiber scraps from the outer rear wall of the inner cylinder and the inner rear wall of the outer cylinder.
When the cleaning water valve is opened for continuous cleaning, the inner cylinder keeps rotating speed within the range of 40-60rpm for positive and negative rotation. So as to drive the water to move, thereby enabling the water directly impacted or sputtered to clean and cover the outer rear wall area of the inner cylinder and the inner rear wall area of the outer cylinder.
In the above washing process, the drain pump does not operate, i.e., remains in a closed state.
The above barrel wash procedure was cycled 2 or 3 times as needed.
After the cleaning is finished, the fan continues to work for a certain time, and the heater is turned on to heat and evaporate the water remained in the air channel so as to keep the drying air channel free from water accumulation and avoid corrosion to the drying air channel.
Preferably, the above washing process is not performed simultaneously with the supply of the rinsing water or other water. That is, if the supply pressure of the washing water is lower than the normal pressure, if the rinsing or other water supply and the washing water supply are performed simultaneously, the pressure of the supplied washing water becomes lower.
The time and the times of opening and closing the cleaning water valve in the cleaning at the intervals and the time and the times of continuously cleaning can be matched by a user according to the user-defined selection according to the requirement, so that a better cleaning effect is realized.
When a user selects to independently execute the drying program, the cylinder cleaning program is executed before the drying program is started, the cleaning water valve is opened and closed at intervals, the cleaning water is supplied to the cleaning water inlet column at intervals, the cleaning water is sprayed between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder through the filter dust nozzle, the cleaning water valve is intermittently supplied for a certain time, and then the cleaning water valve is continuously opened for continuous cleaning for a certain time.

So as to drive the water to move, thereby enabling the water directly impacted or sputtered to clean and cover the outer rear wall area of the inner cylinder and the inner rear wall area of the outer cylinder.
During the execution of the drum washing and drying processes, the drain pump is kept open for 15-25 s within 2min to drain water, and washed lint and the like are discharged from the lint separated from the outer rear wall of the inner tub and the inner rear wall of the outer tub.

The utility model provides a barrel cleaning method of a washing machine, which can clear fiber scraps and the like remained between an inner barrel and an outer barrel so as to prevent the fiber scraps and the like from easily entering gaps, thereby keeping the continuous good performance of the washing machine; and effectively prevent breeding details, improve user experience.
