水槽内に設けられ洗濯物を収容して回転駆動される回転ドラムと、前記水槽内への給水、排水及び前記回転ドラムの回転の制御により洗濯、すすぎ、脱水、乾燥の各行程を制御する制御手段と、洗濯、すすぎ時に循環ポンプにて水を循環させる循環送水経路と、乾燥時に前記水槽内の空気を循環させる送風手段を有する循環送風経路と、前記循環送風経路の途中で異物を捕集するフィルタと、前記循環送風経路を通じて前記水槽に供給された空気を前記水槽から吸い込む吸気口とを備え、前記循環送水経路は、循環水を回転ドラム内に吐出する回転ドラム側吐出口と、前記吸気口近傍の循環送風経路側吐出口とに分岐させるとともに、前記回転ドラム側吐出口と前記循環送風経路側吐出口のいずれか一方から循環水を吐出するための切替え弁を設けたドラム式洗濯乾燥機であって、
