a virtual cutting device (2) which is provided with a cutter component (21), wherein the cutter component (21) exerts shearing force in a sponge layer (31) of the sponge (3) and cuts the sponge layer (31) into a part a and a part b, and a positioning table (22), and the sponge (3) is arranged on the positioning table (22) with a rubber paper layer (32) thereof deviating from the cutter component (21);
a stripping device (4) having a clamping assembly (41) for clamping the section a or the section b;
-a second gripping device (5) for gripping the section b or a, the second gripping device (5) and the clamping assembly (41) being moved in a staggered manner to peel off the ply (32);
and the controller is used for controlling the working states of the first grabbing device (1), the virtual cutting device (2), the peeling device (4) and the second grabbing device (5) to realize automatic mounting of the sponge (3).
2. The sponge mounting device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of positioning blocks (23) are arranged on the upper end surface of the positioning table (22), and the sponge (3) is placed in an area (c) surrounded by the plurality of positioning blocks (23).
3. The sponge placement device according to claim 2, wherein the area (c) is adapted to the shape of the sponge (3).
4. The sponge mounting device according to claim 3, wherein the cutter assembly (21) comprises:
a support (211) arranged on the upper end surface of the positioning table (22);
the first air cylinder (212) is arranged on the support (211) and the cylinder shaft of the first air cylinder faces downwards;
a tool holder (213) disposed on the cylinder shaft;
a blade (214) disposed on the tool holder (213).
5. The sponge placement device according to claim 4, characterized in that the projection of the blade (214) on the upper end face of the positioning table (22) is within the area (c).
6. The sponge placement device according to claim 5, wherein the projection line of the blade (214) on the upper end surface of the positioning table (22) forms a cutting line, and the cutting line acts on two adjacent sides of the sponge (3) to cut off a corner of the sponge layer (31).
7. The sponge placement device according to claim 1, wherein the peeling device (4) further comprises a base (42), the base (42) being provided on a side end face of the positioning table (22), on which the clamping assembly (41) is mounted.
8. The sponge mounting device according to claim 1, wherein the first gripping device (1) and the second gripping device (5) are configured as manipulators, the functional ends of which are provided with suction cups (6).
9. The sponge placement device according to claim 8, wherein the suction cup (6) is attached to an end surface of the sponge layer (31).
10. The sponge placement device according to claim 9, further comprising a feeding assembly (7) arranged adjacent to the first gripping device (1).
11. The sponge placement device according to claim 10, wherein the feeding assembly (7) comprises:
a conveyor belt (71) on which the sponge (3) is placed;
the driving assembly (72) drives the conveying belt (71) to rotate;
and the detection elements (73) are arranged on two sides of the conveying belt (71) and used for detecting the taking and placing conditions of the sponge (3).
12. The sponge placement device according to claim 11, wherein a plurality of said sponges (3) are placed with their end surfaces at the thickness against said conveyor belt (71).
13. The sponge placement device according to claim 12, wherein the feeding assembly (7) further comprises a plurality of latches (74), the latches (74) acting on the sponge (3) to prevent it from toppling.
14. The sponge placement device according to claim 13, wherein the sponge layer (31) is disposed toward the suction cup (6) when the sponge (3) is placed on the conveyor belt (71).
15. The sponge placement device according to claim 1, further comprising a placement table (8) disposed adjacent to the second gripping device (5) on which the piece to be attached (9) is placed, the second gripping device (5) placing the sponge (3) on the piece to be attached (9).
16. The sponge placement device according to claim 15, wherein the placement table (8) has a plurality of layers of movable trays (81), and the piece (9) to be placed is disposed on the movable trays (81).
17. A production line, comprising:
a sponge placement device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 16.
