step F: the push rod 31 is connected to one side of the piston 30, so that the piston 30 can be pushed by the push rod 31 to slide in the accommodating space 12 in the body 10, thereby driving the centrifugally layered blood sample 40 to move in the body 10 and be sequentially discharged from the flow channel 22a of the cover 20a, and accordingly, the user can accurately extract the desired buffy coat 42.
