Harmful gases such as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in the liquid are subjected to absorption reaction with polarized liquid molecules at a high speed, are finally enriched in the liquid, and are discharged into the adapting groove 39 from the smoke outlet 42 of the flow guide channel 4; the treated gas enters the shell 31 to be further separated from gas liquid in the next filtering operation, and finally the pollution-free gas is released and is discharged into the atmosphere through the smoke discharge pipe 21.
