Claims (12)

1. A cooking appliance comprising an upper cover assembly (10) and a pot body assembly, the upper cover assembly (10) openably and closably covering the pot body assembly, the upper cover assembly (10) comprising:
a steam cap (40);
a lever structure (50), the lever structure (50) being located below the steam cap (40);
a magnetic structure (60), the magnetic structure (60) being disposed at a first end of the lever structure (50);
the electromagnet (70) and the lever structure (50) are arranged at intervals and matched with the magnetic structure (60), and the electromagnet (70) generates magnetic attraction after being electrified to drive the first end of the lever structure (50) to move downwards so as to enable the second end of the lever structure (50) to move upwards and jack up the steam cap (40) to perform exhaust operation.
2. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the first end of the lever structure (50) has a snap section (51), and the magnetic structure (60) is snapped at the snap section (51).
3. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the lever structure (50) comprises a clamping section (51), a connecting section (52) and a lever arm (53) which are connected in sequence, the magnetic structure (60) is clamped at the clamping section (51), the lever arm (53) is located at a second end of the lever structure (50), and a rotating shaft (80) penetrates through the connecting section (52) to connect the lever structure (50) to a cover assembly of the upper cover assembly (10).
4. The cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the lever arm (53) extends laterally from the top of the connecting section (52), the clamping section (51) extends laterally from the bottom of the connecting section (52) in a direction away from the lever arm (53), and the extending end of the clamping section (51) is provided with an upwardly bent clamping hook (511).
5. The cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the cover assembly has a connecting post (31) protruding toward the lever structure (50), and at least a portion of the connecting post (31) serves as the rotating shaft (80), the connecting section (52) has a pivot hole (521) for the rotating shaft (80) to pass through, and at least a portion of the pivot hole (521) communicates with a rim of the connecting section (52) to form an inlet channel (522), and the width of the inlet channel (522) is smaller than the bore diameter of the pivot hole (521).
6. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the lever structure (50) is plural, the plural lever structures (50) being provided at intervals around a circumference of the steam cap (40).
7. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the magnetic structure (60) comprises:
a mounting bracket (61), the mounting bracket (61) having at least one mounting location;
at least one magnetic piece (62), and each installation position is provided with one corresponding magnetic piece (62).
8. The cooking appliance according to claim 7, wherein the lever structure (50) is plural, the plural lever structures (50) are arranged at intervals around a circumference of the steam cap (40), and the mounting bracket (61) is connected to a first end of each of the lever structures (50).
9. The cooking appliance according to claim 7, wherein the lever structure (50) is one and the first end of the lever structure (50) is fixed with the mounting bracket (61).
10. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the cover assembly of the upper cover assembly (10) comprises a steam decorative cover (30), a steam cover seat (90), a steam frame (100) and a steel ring (110) which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, the steam cap (40) is liftably disposed on the steam decorative cover (30), and the cover assembly further comprises:
the surface cover (120), the surface cover (120) is sleeved on the outer sides of the steam frame (100) and the steel ring (110), and the electromagnet (70) is installed on one side of the steel ring (110) far away from the cooker body assembly;
the upper cover assembly (10) further comprises:
the steam cover is characterized by comprising an exhaust pipe (130) and a cover opening deflector rod (140), wherein at least one of the exhaust pipe (130), the lever structure (50) and the cover opening deflector rod (140) is positioned between the steam frame (100) and the steel ring (110).

the surface cover (120), the surface cover (120) is sleeved on the outer sides of the steam frame (100) and the steel ring (110);

The cooking utensil of claim 7, wherein the connecting column (31) of the cover assembly of the upper cover assembly (10) is of an L-shaped structure or a U-shaped structure, the two ends of the mounting bracket (61) are provided with bayonets (611), the bayonets (611) are clamped with the first end of the lever structure (50), the mounting bracket (61) is of an arc-shaped structure, a plurality of mounting grooves are arranged at intervals in the bending direction of the arc-shaped structure, the mounting grooves serve as the mounting positions, the electromagnet (70) is of an arc-shaped structure, the electromagnet (70) is arranged around the circumference of the exhaust pipe (130) of the upper cover assembly (10), and the shape of the magnetic structure (60) is consistent with the shape of the electromagnet (70).
