In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, the pressure oven of the present invention further includes an electromagnet 8, the electromagnet 8 is connected to drive a lever 81 for lifting the floating cover 41 to open the valve port 4201, the electromagnet 8 may be disposed at the right side of the locking device 3, the electromagnet 8 may be mounted on the mounting seat 9, when the electromagnet 8 is powered, the electromagnet 8 attracts the lever 81 to move the lever 81 upward, the lever 81 lifts the floating cover 41 to open the valve port 4201 for pressure relief, so as to unlock the float lock assembly 5, when the electromagnet 8 is powered off and the air pressure in the exhaust pipe 42 is not enough to push the floating cover 41, the floating cover 41 may be reset to close the valve port 1, the power on of the electromagnet 8 may be implemented by operating a corresponding button on a control panel of the pressure oven, the power on of the electromagnet 8 may also be implemented by program control, for example, after the food is baked regularly, the controller of the pressure oven automatically controls the electromagnet 8 to be electrified for pressure relief, in other words, the electromagnet 8 and the ram 81 are arranged, so that the third relocking can realize automatic unlocking.
In some embodiments, the pressure oven of the present invention further includes a switch 7 and a pressure indicator, the pressure indicator may be disposed on a control panel of the pressure oven, as shown in fig. 7, the switch 7 may be mounted in the mounting seat 9, the pressure indicator is electrically connected to the switch 7, as shown in fig. 7, the float 51 is disposed corresponding to the position of the switch 7, the switch 7 may be a micro switch on the market, and the float 51 is provided with a lever 513 for triggering the switch 7. The shift lever 513 is fixedly connected with the floater 51, so that when the floater 51 rises by the air pressure in the baking chamber 101, the shift lever 513 follows the rise, the shift lever 513 presses the switch 7 to trigger the switch-on switch 7, so that the pressure indicator lamp is lightened, a user can intuitively know that high pressure exists in the baking chamber 101 according to the indicating action of the pressure indicator lamp, and when the air pressure in the baking chamber 101 is reduced, the shift lever 513 falls along with the floater 51 to be separated from the switch 7, so that the pressure indicator lamp is extinguished.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the door handle 21 is slidably disposed at the front side of the door assembly 2 from left to right, and the locking member 3 is slidably disposed at the top of the body 10 from front to back, more specifically, as shown in fig. 11, a sliding groove 2102 is formed at the back of the door handle 21, a sliding rail is formed at the front side of the door assembly 2, and the sliding groove 2102 is slidably locked to the sliding rail, so that the door handle 21 can be linearly slid from left to right, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the mounting seat 9 is embedded in the upper portion of the outer shell 11, and the mounting seat 9 is disposed at the outer side of the inner container 12, so that the locking member 3 is specifically located between the outer shell 11 and the inner container 12, and by disposing the locking member 3 at the top of the body 10, it is convenient to dispose the pressure limiting valve assembly 4 to discharge air upwards, so that the floating cover 41 can be reset by gravity, in other words, the exhaust pipe 42 is disposed vertically, as shown in fig. 3, under the condition of arranging the push key 31, the push key 31 can protrude out of the shell 11 to facilitate operation, corresponding gear marks (for example, graphic symbols corresponding to three positions of "locking", "pressure releasing" and "unlocking" of the push key 31) can be arranged on the mounting seat 9, and the door handle 21 is arranged on the front side of the door assembly 2 to facilitate operation of a user.

In conclusion, the pressure oven provided by the invention is provided with the triple-lock structure, so that the occurrence of personal injury accidents caused by opening the door body assembly 2 by misoperation is completely avoided, and the pressure oven provided by the invention has high safety.
