As shown in fig. 8, in some examples of the present invention, the check valve 40 has a valve cavity 41 and a valve core 42 disposed in the valve cavity 41, an air inlet 411 of the valve cavity 41 communicates with an air exhaust hole, an air outlet 412 of the valve cavity 41 communicates with an air exhaust device 50, and simultaneously, the valve core 42 moves between the positions of the communicating air inlet 411 and the air outlet 412 and the positions of the disconnecting air inlet 411 and the air outlet 412, so that the gas in the cooking cavity can enter the valve cavity 41 through the air exhaust hole and the air inlet 411, and then enter the air exhaust device 50 through the air outlet 412, thereby realizing the vacuum state in the cooking cavity.
As shown in fig. 8, in a further example of the present invention, the valve core 42 is disposed in the valve cavity 41, and can be opened and closed to open and close the air inlet 411 to realize the opening and closing of the air inlet 411 and the air outlet 412, and meanwhile, in order to realize the one-way conduction of the check valve 40, the valve core 42 is sleeved with an elastic member 43, such as a spring, and two ends of the elastic member 43 are respectively abutted to the inner walls of the valve core 42 and the valve cavity 41 (top wall of the valve cavity 41 in fig. 8), which are far away from the air inlet 411, so as to normally push the valve core 42 to close.
It should be noted that the term "normally pushed" used herein means that the elastic member 43 is in an elastically deformed state, for example, the elastic member 43 is in an elastically compressed state, and at this time, the elastic member 43 pushes the valve core 42 to move toward the air hole 411 under the elastic force of the restored deformation, so as to close the air hole 411.
As shown in fig. 8, in some examples, the valve cavity 41 of the check valve 40 further has an air inlet passage 413, the air inlet passage 413 is communicated with an air exhaust hole, and the outlet 213 of the pressure relief valve 20 is connected to the air inlet passage 413 through a connecting pipeline, so that the pressure relief valve 20 and the air exhaust device 50 can be communicated with the cooking cavity through the check valve 40 and share one air exhaust hole, thereby facilitating the structure simplification and making the whole structure of the pot cover assembly 100 more compact.
Further, in some examples, to enhance the sealing reliability between the check valve 40 and the suction hole, a suction hole seal 44 is provided between the check valve 40 and the suction hole.
The cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the pot cover assembly 100 of the cooking appliance according to the above-mentioned embodiment. Claims (13)

1. A lid assembly for a cooking appliance, comprising:
a lid assembly having a first vent hole and a venting hole adapted to communicate with a cooking cavity of the cooking appliance;
the electromagnet sealing assembly comprises a movable vent hole sealing piece and an electromagnet assembly, the vent hole sealing piece is used for opening and closing the first vent hole, and the electromagnet assembly drives the vent hole sealing piece to move;
the electromagnetic valve is arranged on the pot cover assembly and used for controlling the on-off between the air passing hole and the outside air.
2. The pot cover assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the pot cover assembly has a plurality of stopper ribs extending upward in a vertical direction, the plurality of stopper ribs being arranged along a circumferential direction of the solenoid valve to horizontally stopper the solenoid valve.
3. The cover assembly of claim 2, wherein the cover assembly further comprises a slope rib, the slope rib comprises a guide surface extending downward along a horizontal direction and an abutting surface extending downward along a vertical direction, and the solenoid valve is commonly limited by the abutting surface and the limiting rib.
4. The pot cover assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the pot cover assembly has an elastic buckle extending upward in a vertical direction, and a hooking portion is provided at an upper end of the elastic buckle on a side facing the solenoid valve, the hooking portion being pressed on a top of the solenoid valve.
5. The pot cover assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the pot cover assembly further comprises a second vent hole communicated with the cooking cavity, and the pot cover assembly of the cooking appliance further comprises a pressure relief valve, and the pressure relief valve is arranged on the pot cover assembly and used for controlling the second vent hole to be connected with outside air.

The lid assembly of the cooking appliance as claimed in claim 5, wherein the air passing hole and the second air passing hole are the same hole and adapted to communicate with the outside air through any one of the solenoid valve and the pressure release valve; or the air passing hole and the second air passing hole are two independent air holes.
7. The lid assembly of a cooking appliance as claimed in claim 5, wherein the pressure relief valve comprises a valve body having a pressure relief passage with an inlet communicating with the outside air and an outlet communicating with the second vent, and a valve stem moving between a position of communicating the inlet and the outlet and a position of disconnecting the inlet and the outlet,
wherein, cooking utensil's pot cover assembly still includes:
the transmission piece is movably arranged on the pot cover component and is connected with the valve rod to drive the valve rod to move;
and the cover opening assembly is connected with the transmission piece and drives the transmission piece to move so as to drive the valve rod to move.

The lid assembly of a cooking appliance as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the lid assembly has a suction hole adapted to communicate with the cooking cavity, and a suction device is provided in the lid assembly and connected to the suction hole for generating a negative pressure in the cooking cavity.
9. The lid assembly of the cooking utensil as claimed in claim 8, wherein the air suction hole and the air passing hole are the same hole and the hole is switchably communicated with the outside air and the air suction device; or the air suction hole and the air passing hole are two mutually independent air holes.
10. The pot cover assembly of the cooking appliance of claim 8, further comprising:
a one-way valve disposed between the extraction aperture and the extraction device, the one-way valve configured to be one-way only when airflow is flowing from the extraction aperture to the extraction device.
11. The pot cover assembly of the cooking appliance as claimed in claim 10, wherein the check valve has a valve chamber and a valve core, an air inlet of the valve chamber is communicated with the air suction hole, an air outlet of the valve chamber is communicated with the air suction device, and the valve core moves between a position of communicating the air inlet and the air outlet and a position of disconnecting the air inlet and the air outlet.
12. The pot cover assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 11, wherein the valve core is disposed in the valve cavity and configured to open and close the air inlet hole and the air outlet hole, the valve core is sleeved with an elastic member, and two ends of the elastic member are respectively abutted against the inner walls of the valve core and the valve cavity far away from the air inlet hole to normally push the valve core to close the air inlet hole.
13. A cooking appliance comprising the pot cover assembly of the cooking appliance of any one of claims 1-12.
