As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the further example of the present invention, the air exhaust hole and the air vent 12 can be the same air vent (as shown in fig. 1), and the air vent is respectively communicated with the outlet 213 of the first pressure relief channel and the air exhaust device 50, thus, the air exhaust device 50 can exhaust the gas in the cooking cavity through the air vent to realize the negative pressure in the cooking cavity, and simultaneously, the first pressure relief valve 20 can be communicated with the air vent through the first pressure relief channel, so that the external gas can enter the cooking cavity through the first pressure relief channel, and further realize the rapid pressure relief in the cooking cavity, so as to balance the pressure in the cooking cavity with the external air pressure, and facilitate opening the lid assembly 100.
And in other examples of the utility model, air vent 12 and aspirating hole are two gas pockets independent respectively, and air exhaust device 50 communicates with the aspirating hole, and first relief valve 20 communicates with air vent 12, can make things convenient for arranging of air exhaust device 50 and first relief valve 20 like this, simplifies the connecting line.
As shown in fig. 2 and 8, in some examples of the present invention, the pot cover assembly 100 further includes a check valve 40, the check valve 40 is disposed between the air exhaust hole and the air exhaust device 50, and the check valve 40 is configured to be in one-way communication when the air current can only flow from the air exhaust hole to the air exhaust device 50, so that the air in the cooking cavity is exhausted through the check valve 40 by the air exhaust device 50 to realize the vacuum state of the cooking cavity.
As shown in fig. 8, in some examples of the present invention, the check valve 40 has a valve cavity 41 and a valve core 42 disposed in the valve cavity 41, an air inlet 411 of the valve cavity 41 communicates with an air exhaust hole, an air outlet 412 of the valve cavity 41 communicates with an air exhaust device 50, and simultaneously, the valve core 42 moves between the positions of the communicating air inlet 411 and the air outlet 412 and the positions of the disconnecting air inlet 411 and the air outlet 412, so that the gas in the cooking cavity can enter the valve cavity 41 through the air exhaust hole and the air inlet 411, and then enter the air exhaust device 50 through the air outlet 412, thereby realizing the vacuum state in the cooking cavity.
As shown in fig. 8, in a further example of the present invention, the valve core 42 is disposed in the valve cavity 41, and can be opened and closed to open and close the air inlet 411 to realize the opening and closing of the air inlet 411 and the air outlet 412, and meanwhile, in order to realize the one-way conduction of the check valve 40, the valve core 42 is sleeved with an elastic member 43, such as a spring, and two ends of the elastic member 43 are respectively abutted to the inner walls of the valve core 42 and the valve cavity 41 (top wall of the valve cavity 41 in fig. 8), which are far away from the air inlet 411, so as to normally push the valve core 42 to close.
It should be noted that the term "normally pushed" used herein means that the elastic member 43 is in an elastically deformed state, for example, the elastic member 43 is in an elastically compressed state, and at this time, the elastic member 43 pushes the valve core 42 to move toward the air hole 411 under the elastic force of the restored deformation, so as to close the air hole 411.
As shown in fig. 8, in some examples, the valve cavity 41 of the check valve 40 further has an air inlet passage 413, the air inlet passage 413 is communicated with an air exhaust hole, and the outlet 213 of the first pressure relief valve 20 is connected to the air inlet passage 413 through a connecting pipeline, so that the first pressure relief valve 20 and the air exhaust device 50 can be communicated with the cooking cavity through the check valve 40 and share one air exhaust hole, thereby facilitating the structure simplification and making the whole structure of the pot cover assembly 100 more compact.
Further, in some examples, to enhance the sealing reliability between the check valve 40 and the suction hole, a suction hole seal 44 is provided between the check valve 40 and the suction hole.
As shown in fig. 9 and 12, in some embodiments of the present invention, in order to avoid the failure of the first pressure release valve 20, which results in the unable pressure release, the reliability of the rapid pressure release is enhanced, the pot cover assembly 100 further includes a second pressure release valve 60, and the pot cover assembly 10 has an air hole communicating with the cooking cavity, the second pressure release valve 60 is disposed on the pot cover assembly 10, and communicates with the cooking cavity through the air hole, so that the second pressure release valve 60 is used to realize the on-off of the air hole and the atmosphere, and further, the pressure in the cooking cavity is maintained or released.
As shown in fig. 12, in some examples of the present invention, the air hole and the air hole 12 may be the same air hole, and the air hole may communicate with the atmosphere through the first pressure release valve 20, may communicate with the atmosphere through the second pressure release valve 60, or communicate with the atmosphere through the first pressure release valve 20 and the second pressure release valve 60 at the same time, so that the first pressure release valve 20 and the second pressure release valve 60 share one air hole, the structure of the lid assembly 10 is simplified, and the lid assembly 100 is more compact as a whole.
In other examples, to facilitate the arrangement of the first pressure relief valve 20 and the second pressure relief valve 60, and improve reliability, the air passing hole and the vent hole 12 are independent air holes, the first pressure relief valve 20 may be communicated with the vent hole 12, and the second pressure relief valve 60 may be communicated with the air passing hole.
In some examples of the present invention, the second pressure release valve 60 may be an electromagnetic on-off valve, and thus, the electromagnetic on-off valve and the first pressure release valve 20 (mechanical on-off valve) may be utilized to realize the rapid pressure release of the double pressure release valves, thereby improving the reliability of the pressure release.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, in some examples of the present invention, the lid assembly 10 has a plurality of limiting ribs 13 extending in the vertical direction, and the plurality of limiting ribs 13 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the second relief valve 60 so as to limit the horizontal direction of the second relief valve 60, for example, in the example shown in fig. 11, the plurality of limiting ribs 13 may be symmetrically arranged at the circumferential edge of the second relief valve 60 to improve the reliability of limiting the second relief valve 60.
As shown in fig. 11, in a further example of the present invention, in order to facilitate the assembly of the second relief valve 60, the lid assembly 10 is provided with the inclined plane rib 14, the inclined plane rib 14 has the guiding surface 141 and the abutting surface 142, the guiding surface 141 extends downward along the horizontal direction, the abutting surface 142 extends downward along the vertical direction, the guiding surface 141 through the inclined plane rib 14 can facilitate the user to assemble the second relief valve 60, and the abutting surface 142 is utilized to cooperate with the limiting rib 13 for limiting.
As shown in fig. 11, in a further example of the present invention, the lid assembly 10 has an elastic buckle 15, the elastic buckle 15 extends along a vertical direction and has a hook portion 151 at an upper end, and the hook portion 151 faces a top surface of the second pressure release valve 60, so as to cooperate with the lid assembly 10 to limit the second pressure release valve 60 in a vertical direction.
Meanwhile, in order to facilitate air circulation and improve heat dissipation performance, the pot cover assembly 10 is further provided with a supporting rib 16, the second pressure release valve 60 is arranged on the supporting rib 16 to separate the second pressure release valve 60 from the pot cover assembly 10, so that the contact area between the second pressure release valve 60 and the pot cover assembly 10 is reduced, and further, the heat is transmitted to the second pressure release valve 60 through the pot cover assembly 10, and the service life is prolonged.
The cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the pot cover assembly 100 of the cooking appliance according to the above-described embodiment. Claims (19)

1. A lid assembly for a cooking appliance, comprising:
a lid assembly having an air vent adapted to communicate with a cooking cavity of the cooking appliance;
the first pressure relief valve is arranged on the pot cover assembly and comprises a valve body and a valve rod, the valve body is provided with a first pressure relief channel, an inlet of the first pressure relief channel is communicated with the atmosphere, an outlet of the first pressure relief channel is communicated with the vent hole, and the valve rod moves between a position where the inlet and the outlet are communicated and a position where the inlet and the outlet are disconnected;
the transmission piece is rotatably arranged on the pot cover component and is connected with the valve rod to drive the valve rod to move;
and the cover opening assembly is connected with the transmission piece and drives the transmission piece to rotate so as to drive the valve rod to move.
2. The pot cover assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein one end of the valve rod is arranged in the first pressure relief channel and is used for opening and closing the outlet so as to realize the on-off between the inlet and the outlet.
3. The lid assembly of a cooking appliance as claimed in claim 2, wherein an inner wall surface of the first pressure release passage is provided with an inner collar surrounding the outlet, and one end of the valve stem is provided with a first sealing member which abuts against the inner collar in a state where the valve stem closes the outlet.
4. The pot cover assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the first pressure relief valve further comprises a pull tab and a connecting rod, the connecting rod is connected between the pull tab and the valve rod, the cross-sectional area of the connecting rod is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the valve rod and the cross-sectional area of the pull tab, and the transmission member is connected with the valve rod through cooperation with the connecting rod.
5. The lid assembly of cooking utensil of claim 1, wherein the first pressure relief valve further comprises a reset member, the reset member is sleeved on the valve rod, and two ends of the reset member are respectively abutted against the valve rod and the valve body to normally push the valve rod to close the outlet.
6. The pot cover assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 5, wherein the valve stem is disposed in the valve body, a lateral peripheral wall of the valve stem is provided with a convex supporting edge, and the reset member abuts between the supporting edge and an inner wall of the valve body.
7. The lid assembly of a cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the valve body comprises:
a valve seat provided to the lid assembly and having a guide passage extending along a center line of the outlet, the valve stem being movable along the guide passage;
the valve cover is arranged at the top of the valve seat and defines the first pressure relief channel together with the valve seat, and the outlet is arranged on the valve cover.
8. The pot cover assembly of the cooking appliance as claimed in claim 7, wherein the inlet is formed in a side peripheral wall of the pot cover, the diameter of the inlet is d, and d is greater than or equal to 1mm and less than or equal to 2 mm.
9. The pot cover assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 7, wherein the inlet comprises a plurality of inlets, the sum of cross-sectional areas of the plurality of inlets is s, and s is larger than or equal to 3.14mm2
10. The cover assembly of a cooking appliance as claimed in claim 7, wherein the cover assembly has a cover fixing buckle extending upward in a vertical direction, and the valve seat is provided with at least two valve seat fixing buckles engaged with the cover fixing buckle.
11. The lid assembly of a cooking appliance of claim 10, wherein the valve seat retainer button comprises:
one end of the first straight section is connected with the valve seat, and the other end of the first straight section extends upwards along the vertical direction;
one end of the bending section is connected with the other end of the first straight section;
the second straight section and the first straight section are arranged at intervals, one end of the second straight section is connected with the other end of the bent section, and the other end of the second straight section forms a valve seat clamping part which is suitable for being clamped with the pot cover fixing buckle.
12. The pot cover assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 7, wherein the peripheral wall of the valve cover is provided with at least two spaced apart valve cover fixing fasteners, the valve seat is provided with at least two spaced apart valve seat fixing holes, and the at least two valve cover fixing fasteners are engaged with the at least two valve seat fixing holes in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
13. The lid assembly of a cooking appliance as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lid assembly is provided with a support base, the transmission member is formed in a rod shape, the transmission member is rotatably provided at the support base, one end of the transmission member is connected to the valve rod, and the other end of the transmission member is connected to the lid opening assembly.
14. The lid assembly of claim 1, wherein the lid assembly has a suction hole adapted to communicate with the cooking cavity, and a suction device is disposed in the lid assembly and connected to the suction hole for generating a negative pressure in the cooking cavity.
15. The lid assembly of claim 14, wherein the air hole and the vent hole are the same air hole and the air hole is switchably communicated with the outlet of the first pressure release channel and the air suction device; or the air suction hole and the air vent are two air holes which are independent mutually.
16. The pot cover assembly of the cooking appliance of claim 14, further comprising:
a one-way valve disposed between the extraction aperture and the extraction device, the one-way valve configured to be one-way only when airflow is flowing from the extraction aperture to the extraction device.
17. The pot cover assembly of the cooking appliance as claimed in claim 16, wherein the check valve has a valve chamber and a valve core, an air inlet of the valve chamber is communicated with the air suction hole, an air outlet of the valve chamber is communicated with the air suction device, and the valve core moves between a position of communicating the air inlet and the air outlet and a position of disconnecting the air inlet and the air outlet.
18. The pot cover assembly of the cooking appliance as claimed in claim 17, wherein the valve core is disposed in the valve cavity for opening and closing the air inlet hole to open and close the air inlet hole and the air outlet hole,
the valve core is sleeved with an elastic piece, and two ends of the elastic piece are respectively abutted against the valve core and the inner wall of the valve cavity far away from the air inlet hole so as to normally push the valve core to close the air inlet hole.
19. A cooking appliance comprising the pot cover assembly of the cooking appliance of any one of claims 1-18.
