Description

本实用新型涉及一种快速除污器。
在公知技术中，除污器是由滤网、外壳组成，其靠介质径向流过滤网，使杂质、污物被滤网过滤。但缺点是当污物堵塞滤网后，使除污器阻力加大导致停机，还需要清洗滤网，影响正常工作。
本实用新型的目的是克服公知技术中的不足而提供一种快速除污器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
本实用新型的异型蝶阀的阀体内利用筋板固定有一圆环，其内径装有通过转轴并可旋转的蝶板，阀体外部装有通过转轴控制蝶板的手把，另外在圆环的两端分别装有圆形滤网，滤网内径与圆形内径相同，滤网另两端再分别装有进口法兰和排污管，利用进口法兰和装于异型蝶阀上的两个法兰连接有外壳，而排污管另一端伸出外壳并装有法兰，外壳的另一端装有出口法兰，外壳内径与异型蝶阀阀体内的圆环外径形成环形通道。
本实用新型的优点是操作简单；当滤网有污物堵塞时；靠自身调整异型蝶阀冲刷滤网、保证不停机正常使用。

下面结合附图对本实用新型实施例进一步详述：
本装置的异型蝶阀1的用铸体制造的阀体2内利用3处的筋板在4处固定有一圆环，圆环的内径装有通过转轴5并可旋转的蝶板6，在阀体外部装有通过转轴控制蝶板的手把7；另外圆环的两端分别都装有用不锈钢板制造的圆形滤网8，滤网内径与圆环内径相同，在滤网的另外两端分别装有进口法兰9和排污管10，再利用进口法兰和装在异形蝶阀上的两个法兰11连结有外壳12，排污管一端与滤网一端相连结后，其另一端伸出外壳后端头装有法兰13，为的是用于与外部管路相连，外壳的另一端头与出口法兰14相连；外壳内径与蝶阀的阀体内圆环外径形成环形通道。
本实用新型的工作原理如下：
当除污器正常使用时，蝶板处于开启状态，介质经滤网过滤后流过，当滤网被污物堵塞或除污器内部污物较多时，利用排污管排污并关闭蝶阀蝶板，这样介质经滤网过滤后，沿圆环与外壳间环形通道流过，并靠压力差的作用，反向冲刷滤网，使污物沿排污管排出，全部过程不需要停操作。

1、一种快速除污器，是由滤网、外壳组成，其特征在于异型蝶阀的阀体内利用筋板固定有一圆环，其内径装有通过转轴并可旋转的蝶板，阀体外部装有通过转轴控制蝶板的手把，另外在圆环的两端分别装有滤网，滤网内径与圆环内径相同，滤网另两端再分别装有进口法兰和排污管，利用进口法兰和装于异型蝶阀上的两个法兰连接有外壳，而排污管另一端伸出外壳并装有法兰，外壳的另一端装有出口法兰，外壳内径与异型蝶阀阀体内的圆环外径形成环形通道。
