本发明公开了一种旋冲式自清洗过滤器，其包括主体、设于所述主体内的筒式滤网，以及可盖在主体顶部的法兰盖；所述筒式滤网和法兰盖均通过螺栓固定在主体上，所述主体包括进口管线、出口管线和排污管线，所述进口管线与主体上部相切，所述出口管线与主体中部相连；所述主体内室分为漩涡产生室、漩涡加速室、集污室三部分，所述漩涡加速室在所述主体中部，呈漏斗形状，可加速漩涡形成，所述集污室在所述主体下部，所述集污室底部有排污管；液体经过进口管线相切进入主体内室，形成漩涡后进入筒式滤网，对滤网表面进行冲刷清洗，杂质进入所述主体集污室沉淀，当杂质集中到一定程度后，打开与所述排污管线相连的排污阀，杂质就可以排出，这样就不用将法兰盖的螺栓逐一打开后清洗，可以提高工作效率，实现连续化生产，稳定工艺过程的目的。

旋冲式自清洗过滤器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种液体管线过滤装置，更具体的说是应用在原油、成品油或其他液体管道上，通过液体旋冲式冲刷滤网实现自动清洗功能的过滤器。
背景技术
目前成品油、原油或者其他液体管道的生产中，液体进入过滤器，杂质被滤网阻挡，清洁流体流出，从而完成过滤过程；当管道流量超过一定数值后，滤网上的压力势能较大，杂质依靠自身重力无法从滤网上滑落，滤网过流面积逐渐减小，会造成过滤器内杂质多的假象。在清洗过滤器时，需要先将生产工艺停止，打开排污管线阀门，排净流体，将过滤器法兰盖的螺栓逐一打开后清洗，然后再进行回装，这样不仅会对生产过程造成影响，而且作业时间较长，效率低。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种旋冲式自清洗过滤器，其包括主体、设于所述主体内筒式滤网以及可盖在主体顶部的法兰盖；所述筒式滤网和法兰盖均通过螺栓固定在主体上，所述主体包括进口管线、出口管线和排污管线；所述进口管线与主体内室上部漩涡产生室相切，所述出口管线与主体中部相连；所述主体内室中部为漩涡加速室，呈漏斗形状，可加速漩涡形成，所述主体底部有集污室，所述集污室底部连有排污管；液体经过进口管线相切进入漩涡产生室，形成漩涡后经过漩涡加速室进入筒式滤网，对滤网表面进行冲刷清洗，杂质会进入所述主体集污室沉淀，当杂质集中到一定程度后，打开与所述排污管线相连的排污阀，杂质就可以排出，这样就不用将法兰盖的螺栓逐一打开后清洗，可以提高工作效率，而且无需停止生产工艺，达到连续化生产，稳定工艺过程的目的。

具体实施方式
参照附图1：筒式滤网7通过圆头螺栓8固定在主体2上，法兰盖9通过六角螺栓10固定盖在主体2上。
参照附图3：筒式滤网下部与滤网支撑凸台13接触，上部与滤网固定凸台15连接固定；入口管线4与主体2相切，液体经过入口管线4进入主体漩涡产生室11时会发生旋转，在漩涡加速室12旋转加速，流体旋冲进入筒式滤网7中，对筒式滤网7内表面进行冲刷，杂质随流体漩涡向下进入主体下部集污室14中沉淀，当杂质集中到一定程度后，打开与排污管线1相连的排污阀，杂质就可以随流体排出，达到对过滤器在线清洗的目的。

Claims (5)

1.一种旋冲式自清洗过滤器，包含主体（2）、筒式滤网（7）、进口管线（4）、出口管线（6）以及排污管线（1），其特征在于进口管线（4）与主体（2）上部相切，出口管线（6）与主体（2）中部相连。
2.如权利要求书1所述主体，其特征在于内室分为旋涡产生室（11）、旋涡加速室（12）和集污室（14）三部分，所述主体下部设有滤网支撑凸台（13），中部有滤网固定凸台（15）。
3.如权利要求书1所述筒式滤网，其特征在于没有筒底，下部与滤网支撑凸台（13）紧密接触，上部与滤网固定凸台（15）连接固定。
4.如权利要求书2所述旋涡加速室，其特征在于其呈漏斗形状。
5.如权利要求书2所述集污室，其特征在于其呈半球形状。
