Referring to fig. 8A to 8C of the drawings of the present invention, according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the present invention shows three different embodiments of the material changing module 20. As shown in fig. 8A, the feeding module 21 and the discharging module 22 of the material changing module 20 can feed and discharge the tooling fixture 13 which rotates to the material changing station 101. The material changing module 20 can take out the camera module detected in the tooling fixture 13 from the feeding module 21 and/or the discharging module 22, and then feed the camera module to be detected to the tooling fixture 13. Preferably, the material changing module 20 can simultaneously perform feeding and discharging on the tooling fixture 13 which rotates to the material changing station 101, so as to save the feeding and discharging time of the tooling fixture 13, thereby improving the detection efficiency.
The feeding module 21 comprises a transverse moving slide rail 211, a longitudinal moving device 212, and at least one module pick-and-place device 213, wherein the transverse moving slide rail 211 is movably disposed above the material carrying platform 24, and the transverse moving slide rail 211 can move along the transverse (X-axis) direction of the material carrying platform 24 to pick up the camera module in the blister box with a fixed position. The longitudinal moving device 212 is movably disposed on the lateral moving rail 211, wherein the longitudinal moving device 212 moves along a longitudinal (Y-axis) direction of the lateral moving rail 211. The module pick-and-place device 213 is disposed on the longitudinal moving device 212, wherein the module pick-and-place device 213 is driven to move in a horizontal plane (XY plane) above the material stage 24 so as to pick up the camera module at any position above the material stage 24 and to feed the camera module to the clamp unit 131 at different positions of the tooling fixture 13. The longitudinal moving device 212 is disposed above the transverse moving slide 211, wherein the longitudinal moving device 212 drives the module pick-and-place device 213 to move. It will be appreciated that the movement of the transverse slide 211 and the longitudinal moving device 212 of the loading module 21 enables the module pick-and-place device 213 to pick up the camera module at any position in the blister box above the material stage 24.
The module taking and placing device 213 takes the camera module from the blister box by suction, and moves the taken camera module to the module accommodating cavity 1314 of the clamp unit 131 of the tooling fixture 13. The module picking and placing device 213 further includes at least one nozzle 2131 and a nozzle moving device 2132, wherein the nozzle moving device 2132 drives the nozzle 2131 to move up and down. The suction nozzle 2131 of the module pick-and-place device 213 sucks the camera module in the blister box, and places the camera module in the module accommodating cavity 1314 when the camera module moves to the corresponding position of the clamp unit 131.
The loading module 21 further comprises at least one upper camera 214 and at least one lower camera 216, wherein the upper camera 214 is fixedly disposed on the longitudinal moving device 212, wherein the upper camera 214 is adjacent to the module pick-and-place device 213. The upper camera 214 is located above the material loading platform 24, wherein the upper camera 214 shoots the camera module in the blister pack downwards above the material loading platform 24 so as to determine the taking position of the camera module. It is understood that when the longitudinal moving device 212 moves to the upper side of the blister box, the upper camera 214 takes a picture of the camera module in the blister box to determine the relative position of the camera module in the blister box and the suction position of the suction nozzle 2131 of the module pick-and-place device 213. The longitudinal moving device 212 and the transverse moving device 211 move the module picking and placing device 213 to the upper side of the camera module to be picked up based on the relative position movement between the camera module to be picked up in the blister box and the suction nozzle 2131, wherein the suction nozzle moving device 2132 drives the suction nozzle 2131 to move downwards and suck the camera module.
The lower camera 216 is fixedly disposed on the transverse moving slide rail 211, wherein the lower camera 216 is located at a far end of the longitudinal moving slide rail 212, when the module taking and placing device 213 sucks the camera module to move toward the tooling fixture 13, the lower camera 216 takes a picture of the moving camera module from bottom to top, and a position where the suction nozzle 2131 is disposed is adjusted according to the position of the camera module, so that the module taking and placing device 213 can quickly and accurately feed the camera module to the clamp unit 131 of the tooling fixture 13.
The lower camera 216 shoots the lower bottom contour of the moving camera module, wherein the transverse moving slide rail 211 and the longitudinal moving device 212 timely adjust the moving position of the suction nozzle 2131 of the module pick-and-place device 213 according to the lower bottom contour of the camera module shot by the lower camera 216, so that the suction nozzle 2131 can accurately place the camera module in the module accommodating cavity 1314 of the clamp unit 131.

The lower illumination unit 217 is adjacently disposed on the lower camera 216, wherein the lower illumination unit 217 illuminates from bottom to top, so that the lower camera 216 photographs the moving camera module, so as to extract the lower bottom profile of the camera module.
It should be noted that after the module taking and placing device 213 sucks the camera module from the blister box, when the module taking and placing device 213 cooperates with the camera module to pass over the lower camera 216, the moving speed of the module taking and placing device 213 is slowed down, so that the lower camera 216 can clearly shoot the bottom profile image of the camera module. After the lower camera 216 takes a picture, the module pick-and-place device 213 accelerates in coordination with the camera module so as to rapidly transfer the camera module to the clamp unit 131 of the tooling fixture 13. In short, after the module pick-and-place device 213 sucks the camera module, the moving speed of the longitudinal moving device 212 is reduced in the process of transferring the camera module, and after the lower camera 216 takes a picture, the transferring speed of the longitudinal moving device 212 is increased so as to increase the feeding speed of the feeding module 21.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the structure and function of the loading module 21 are the same as those of the unloading module 22, wherein the loading module 21 and the unloading module 22 can simultaneously load and unload the tooling fixture 13 at the material changing station 101.
In the blanking process of the tooling fixture 13, the fixture unit 131 of the tooling fixture 13 is opened, wherein the tooling fixture 13 sucks the detected camera module from the module accommodating cavity 1314 of the fixture unit 131, and the blanking module 22 transfers the camera module to a corresponding tray based on the detection result of the camera module.
It can be understood that, when the tooling fixture 13 of the objective table 10 rotates to the material changing station, the clamp unit 131 of the tooling fixture 13 is opened, wherein the camera module loaded in the clamp unit 131 is sucked by the blanking module 22 and placed in a corresponding tray according to the detection result, wherein there is a time difference between the actions of the feeding module 21 and the blanking module 22, and the feeding module 21 feeds the clamp unit 131 without the camera module. In other words, the material changing module 20 simultaneously performs the loading and unloading processes of the tooling fixture 13, but is an alternate and cyclic process, and the tooling fixture 13 is closed until the loading and unloading processes of the tooling fixture 13 are all completed.
