In the present embodiment, the main bracket 20, the arc-shaped bracket 21, the light emitting device 22, the sliding sleeve 23 and the connecting rod 24 of the adjustable lighting fixture 2 are substantially the same as the main bracket 10, the arc-shaped bracket 11, the light emitting device 12, the sliding sleeve 13 and the connecting rod 14 of the adjustable lighting fixture 1 of fig. 1A in structure and function. The adjustable lighting fixture of claim 3 wherein the adjustment member has a handle and an associated threaded rod, the threaded rod having an external thread configuration and the adjustment aperture having an internal thread configuration corresponding to the external thread configuration of the threaded rod.
5. The adjustable lighting fixture according to claim 1, wherein a stopping member is disposed at an end of the second rod away from the pivot base, the stopping member being configured to stop the sliding sleeve to prevent the sliding sleeve from separating from the second rod.
6. The adjustable lighting fixture of claim 1 further comprising a sheath disposed over the second rod to prevent the sliding sleeve from abrading the surface of the second rod.
7. The adjustable lighting fixture of claim 1 wherein the lighting apparatus comprises a light module and a housing, the light module being disposed within the housing.
8. The adjustable lighting fixture of claim 7 wherein the housing is ogive-shaped.
9. The adjustable lighting fixture of claim 1 wherein the pivot base comprises a base plate and at least one pivot ear disposed on a lower surface of the base plate, the first pivot portion and the at least one pivot ear being pivotally connected to each other.
10. The adjustable lighting fixture of claim 9 further comprising a cover configured to receive the substrate, wherein a top of the cover is coupled to the first support rod.
11. The adjustable lighting fixture according to claim 10, wherein the cover has at least one slot longitudinally defined therein, the at least one slot corresponding to the at least one pivot lug, and the at least one arc-shaped bracket is disposed through the at least one slot and movable therein.
12. The adjustable lighting fixture of claim 10 further comprising a base plate covering the bottom of the cover and coupled to the second support rod.
