Claims (10)

1. A microminiature multifunctional automatic bag winding machine is characterized by comprising:
a frame shell of the rolling machine;
the tape transport mechanism is arranged on the frame shell of the wrapping machine and is used for counting and driving the carrier tape;
the carrier tape caching mechanism is arranged on the tape transport mechanism and used for caching the carrier tape compiled at the front section;
the winding mechanism is arranged on the left side of the carrier tape caching mechanism and used for winding the carrier tape;
the rotary disc storage mechanism is arranged at the top of the frame shell of the wrapping machine and used for storing a Rell rotary disc;
the tail rubber buffer memory mechanism is arranged on the tape transport mechanism and used for storing tail rubber;
the tail rubber cutting mechanism is arranged on the left side of the tail rubber cache mechanism and is used for cutting off tail rubber;
the tail glue pasting mechanism is arranged on the right side of the winding mechanism and used for pasting tail glue;
the disc collecting mechanism is arranged below the winding mechanism and used for storing a Rell turntable pasted with tail rubber;

the carrier band caching mechanism comprises a limiting cover plate arranged above the track in a covering mode, a guiding limiting wheel arranged in the middle of the track and an incoming material inductor arranged at the entrance of the track.
2. The micro-miniature multi-functional automatic bale winder of claim 1, wherein said carousel storage mechanism comprises:
a plurality of limiting rods which are vertically arranged and used for limiting the placing position of the time empty load plate;
the separating pieces are arranged at the bottoms of the limiting rods and used for clamping the Rell turntables;

the turntable origin sensor is arranged on the separating jacking mechanism and used for detecting the original position of the Rell turntable;
and the rotating motor is arranged on the separating jacking mechanism and used for driving the Rell turntable to do circular motion.
3. The micro-miniature multi-functional automatic winder according to claim 2, wherein said winding mechanism comprises a winding spindle, a winding motor for driving said winding spindle, a tray sensor disposed around said winding spindle, and a ram cylinder spaced from said winding spindle.

The micro-miniature multi-functional automatic wrapping machine of claim 1, wherein said tail gum buffer mechanism comprises a stainless steel bottom plate fixed on the housing of said wrapping machine frame, a rotating shaft of adhesive tape disposed on said stainless steel bottom plate and a organic glass cover plate covering said stainless steel bottom plate.

The micro-miniature multi-functional automatic wrapping machine according to claim 4, wherein said tail-cutting glue mechanism comprises a tape tensioning wheel fixed on a housing of said wrapping machine frame, a tape feeding cylinder for driving the whole tail-cutting glue mechanism, a tape clamping link rod for clamping tail glue, a tape tensioning cylinder for driving said tape clamping link rod, a tail-cutting glue blade for cutting tail glue, and a tape cutting cylinder for driving said tail-cutting glue blade.
6. The micro-miniature multi-functional automatic wrapping machine according to claim 5, wherein said tail glue attaching mechanism comprises a vertical synchronous pulley, a tape suction nozzle mounted on said synchronous pulley, and an auxiliary slide rail slidably connected to said tape suction nozzle.
7. The micro-miniature multi-functional automatic ladle machine according to claim 1, wherein said closing mechanism comprises an elevating mechanism for carrying a rotary disk with a tail rubber, a limiting plate disposed on both sides of said elevating mechanism, a falling tray sensor and an upper limiting sensor disposed on said limiting plate.
8. The micro-miniature multi-function automatic wrapping machine of claim 1, further comprising a human-machine interface parameter setting machine controller.
9. The micro-miniature multi-functional automatic wrapping machine of claim 1, further comprising an electric cabinet.
10. The micro-miniature multi-function automatic wrapping machine of claim 1, further comprising a malfunction warning lamp.
