本实用新型涉及电力自动化供配电系统技术领域,具体是智能一种大功率APP低压自动断路器。
背景技术
目前,在公知的电力自动化低压供配电系统中,如型号为DZ20-225-3300的低压自动断路器是一种既有手动开关作用,又能自动进行失压、欠压、过载、和短路保护的电器。它可用来分配电能,也可用于不是很频繁地启动异步电动机,对电源线路及电动机等实行保护,当它们发生严重的过载或者短路及欠压等故障时能自动切断电路,其功能相当于熔断器式开关与过欠热继电器等组合。而且在分断故障电流后一般不需要变更零部件,已获得了广泛的应用。但随着互联网的发展,这类低压自动断路器普遍没有联网远程控制功能,无法实现无线WIFI控制,在节假日需要停电检修或者紧急情况下,需要人员到现场才能拉闸停电,效率低下,存在用电安全隐患,给企业生产带来直接经济损失。
发明内容
为了克服现有低压自动断路器的不足,本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种智能大功率APP低压自动断路器,以实现远程智能控制。
为实现上述发明目的,本实用新型的复位弹簧、铰链一、弹簧、铰链二与低压自动断路器的本体连接,动触头的两端分别与三相进线端子、三相出线端子的A相、B相、C相动接触,触点连杆一端固定有动触头的一侧与复位弹簧连接,触点连杆的另一端与中间连杆的一端动接触,中间连杆的另一端与铰链一铰接,动断连杆的中部与铰链二铰接,动断连杆的一端与弹簧连接,动断连杆的另一端与电磁铁动接触,电磁铁的一端经手动按钮与三相出线端子的C相连接,电磁铁的另一端与三相出线端子的B相连接;APP开关触点与手动按钮并联。
所述三相出线端子的A相、B相分别与无线WIFI模块的电源输入端连接,无线WIFI模块通过无线WIFI与互联网相连接,无线WIFI模块的输出端驱动APP开关触点动作,远程安装的APP的终端设备控制APP开关触点的断开与闭合,控制低压自动断路器通与断。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,可使低压自动断路器借助于无线WIFI实现智能连接互联网,采用无线智能移动端远程手机APP控制低压自动断路器完成跳闸断电,在通常需要停电或者紧急情况下,外围人员只需随时远程操作,采取有效措施应对即可,可有效提高管理效率,减少危害的发生,保护人民生命财产的安全。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的复位弹簧4、铰链一7、弹簧8、铰链二10与低压自动断路器的本体连接,动触头3的两端分别与三相进线端子1、三相出线端子2的A相、B相、C相动接触,触点连杆5一端固定有动触头3的一侧与复位弹簧4连接,触点连杆5的另一端与中间连杆6的一端动接触,中间连杆6的另一端与铰链一7铰接,动断连杆9的中部与铰链二10铰接,动断连杆9的一端与弹簧8连接,动断连杆9的另一端与电磁铁11动接触,电磁铁11的一端经手动按钮12与三相出线端子2的C相连接,电磁铁11的另一端与三相出线端子2的B相连接;APP开关触点13与手动按钮12并联。
无线WIFI模块14的电源输入端与三相出线端子2的A相、B相电源相连接,得到380V电源后工作,通过无线WIFI与互联网相连接,并且受安装了由无线WIFI模块14提供的APP的终端设备控制,无线WIFI模块14的输出端驱动APP开关触点13动作,远程安装了APP的终端设备可以控制APP开关触点13的断开与闭合,从而实现控制低压自动断路器的通与断。无线WIFI模块14提供有相配套的APP,无线移动终端安装APP后即可通过网络与无线WIFI模块14通讯。无线WIFI模块14为市售成品,如型号为 Sonoff系列模块。
本实用新型在手动按钮12上并联了一个APP开关触点13,手动按钮12闭合或者APP开关触点13闭合后,电磁铁11的线圈得电产生磁场磁力,吸合动断连杆9克服弹簧8拉力动作,动断连杆9动作推动中间连杆6往上运动,从而释放触点连杆5,使得触点连杆5在复位弹簧4的拉力下往左移动,将动触头3断开,低压自动断路器完成跳闸断电,以快速安全地实现通过无线智能移动端来控制低压自动断路器完成跳闸断电。

1.一种智能大功率APP低压自动断路器,其特征在于:复位弹簧(4)、铰链一(7)、弹簧(8)、铰链二(10)与低压自动断路器的本体连接,动触头(3)的两端分别与三相进线端子(1)、三相出线端子(2)的A相、B相、C相动接触,触点连杆(5)一端固定有动触头(3)的一侧与复位弹簧(4)连接,触点连杆(5)的另一端与中间连杆(6)的一端动接触,中间连杆(6)的另一端与铰链一(7)铰接,动断连杆(9)的中部与铰链二(10)铰接,动断连杆(9)的一端与弹簧(8)连接,动断连杆(9)的另一端与电磁铁(11)动接触,电磁铁(11)的一端经手动按钮(12)与三相出线端子(2)的C相连接,电磁铁(11)的另一端与三相出线端子(2)的B相连接;APP开关触点(13)与手动按钮(12)并联。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能大功率APP低压自动断路器,其特征在于:所述三相出线端子(2)的A相、B相分别与无线WIFI模块(14)的电源输入端连接,无线WIFI模块(14)通过无线WIFI与互联网相连接,无线WIFI模块(14)的输出端驱动APP开关触点(13)动作,远程安装的APP的终端设备控制APP开关触点(13)的断开与闭合,控制低压自动断路器通与断。
