In addition, the opening and closing mechanism 50 further includes two light curtain sensors 78, which are respectively symmetrically disposed on the side walls of the cigarette poking bin 30 and detect the number of cigarettes through the light emitted from the working end, and the signal output ends of the light curtain sensors 78 are electrically connected with the PLC controller 66. The operating principle of the opening and closing mechanism 50 is as follows: the first clamp 62 can do horizontal reciprocating motion, the motion distance and the motion rhythm of the first clamp are completed by the first electromagnetic valve 58 controlling the first air cylinder 54, and the control signal is transmitted by the PLC; the second clamp 64 can do horizontal reciprocating motion, the motion distance and the motion rhythm of the second clamp are completed by the second electromagnetic valve 60 controlling the second cylinder 56, and the control signal is transmitted by the PLC; the light curtain sensors 78 on the two bottom plates 43 of the cigarette poking mechanism 36 can detect the number of cigarette cartons and transmit signals to the PLC, according to feedback signals of the light curtain sensors 78 on the bottom plates 43, the PLC respectively controls the first electromagnetic valve 58 and the second electromagnetic valve 60 to enable the first air cylinder 54 and the second air cylinder 56 to act, the first clamp 62 and the second clamp 64 are driven to open and close by the action, after the light curtain sensors 78 on the opening and closing mechanism 50 detect that all the cigarette cartons fall down, the signals are transmitted to the PLC, according to the feedback signals of the light curtain sensors 78 on the opening and closing mechanism 50, the PLC respectively controls the first electromagnetic valve 58 and the second electromagnetic valve 60 to enable the first air cylinder 54 and the second air cylinder 56 to act, and the action drives the first clamp 62 and the second clamp 64 to close to complete a cycle.
In order to make the cigarette fall in a more stable posture, as shown in fig. 1, the number of the opening and closing mechanisms 50 is 2 or 3, the adjacent opening and closing mechanisms 50 are parallel to each other, and the spacing height is based on 5 cigarettes. Through setting up a plurality of mechanisms 50 that open and shut and can let and dial and form multilayer structure in the tobacco storehouse 30, this multilayer structure can play better buffering effect, and it can also reduce the impulsive force to mechanism 50 that opens and shuts, extension equipment life. firstly, a replenishing trolley conveys 5 cigarette groups in a superposed state to an inlet 6 of a conveying channel 4, the cigarette groups are conveyed to the position of a limiting plate 8 under the driving of a belt, a rear side pushing piece 17 generates acting force on one side of the cigarette groups through an air cylinder 88 and pushes the cigarette groups to the inlet of a pushing mechanism, and when the cigarette groups are completely pushed to a conveying roller way 26 in a pushing mechanism 24, a pushing piece 28 generates acting force on the rear side of the cigarette groups through the air cylinder 88 and pushes the cigarette groups to a cigarette bin inlet 32; the lower part of the cigarette bin inlet 32 is provided with an opening and closing mechanism 50, the opening and closing mechanism 50 can control the strip cigarette group to fall on the cigarette shifting mechanism 36 positioned at the bottom of the cigarette bin 30, and when the strip cigarette group falls on the cigarette shifting mechanism 36, the cigarette shifting piece 42 shifts the strip cigarettes out of the cigarette bin outlet 34 one by one through the chain 94.
