In practical use, in order to ensure the safety of detection, a plurality of position sensors 203 may be arranged in series or in parallel, so as to improve the reliability of operation. Meanwhile, the adjusting baffle 207 can be omitted by lengthening the drop tube opening 205, or replaced by adjusting the size, shape and position of a baffle on the drop tube opening 205.

the bobbin sorting operation area comprises a plurality of sets of sorting channels; each set of sorting channel comprises a pipe falling channel, a pipe falling opening and a pipe pushing mechanism;
the pipe falling channel is positioned on one side of the conveying belt and is fixedly arranged below the conveying surface of the conveying belt; the pipe dropping channel is provided with a pipe dropping opening which is opened upwards, and the opening of the pipe dropping opening is flush with the conveying surface of the conveying belt;
the pipe pushing mechanism is positioned on the other side of the conveying belt and is provided with a pipe pushing executing mechanism; the moving direction of the pipe pushing executing mechanism is vertical to the moving direction of the conveying belt; the tail end of the pipe pushing executing mechanism moves towards the direction of the pipe falling opening; the push pipe actuating mechanism is positioned in a plane where the middle of the dropping pipe orifice is positioned;
