背景技术
据统计,建筑业消耗了地球上大约50%的能源、42%的水资源、50%的材料和48%的耕地。造成生态失衡,产生了全球24%的空气污染、50%的温室效应、40%的水源污染和50%的氯氟烃等,许多是不可再生资源。
绿色建筑在我国治理环境污染、节能减排、调整产业结构方面起着至关重要的作用。过去我国在发展绿色建筑方面,只注重钢结构和混凝土结构而忽略了木结构绿色建筑。钢材、水泥、塑料的不可再生不可持续性已经非常明显。现在发达国家已经公认木建筑以及利用农业废弃物加工的建材,是建筑产业可持续发展的正确方向,然而我国政府部门和社会各界对于新型木建筑的广泛应用还存在着很多误区,木结构的发展还不够普及。
为此,有必要针对木结构绿色建筑及其工业化进行系统性的研发,使我国建筑产业真正实现全过程的绿色、可循环、可再生、可持续。
目前,轻型木结构只用于2至3层的独户住宅和集合住宅。木构件构成结构框架,外包木结构板材。轻型木结构建筑的基础通常为混凝土基础,一层楼板为木楼板或混凝土楼板,并以之为平台建造上一层墙体,以此类推。轻型木结构建筑在屋盖和墙体空间填充保温材料以达到良好的保温效果。屋面和墙面铺设防水材料以满足防水、防潮要求。轻型木结构建筑室内墙板采用石膏板以满足防火要求,外墙外侧面可选用涂料、挂板、贴砖等多种外饰面材料。轻型木结构采用小尺寸规格材和钉连接,多条荷载传递通路使其具有较高的结构安全冗余度,在地震和强风作用下结构安全性能比较高。
低层集合住宅与独户住宅采用相同的技术,需满足同样的建筑标准,分户墙应采用达到规范规定防火等级的材料构件。每户面积一般在100至300平方米之间。
目前,木框架结构技术体系的施钉位置均在墙板或楼板内部,因此墙板或楼板很难工厂预制,因此绝大部分工作在施工现场完成,工期长、成本高、对施工人员技术水平要求较高。为了大幅降低现场作业量、缩短工期、降低成本,实现绿色发展,可持续发展,有必要开发系列模块化木结构房屋技术。

一种模块化木结构房屋外墙转角板,包括封端板、顶梁板、底梁板、室内墙面板、室外墙面板、板内龙骨柱、保温隔声板、保温隔声板定位柱、防火棉、转角板第一榫头、转角板第二榫头,所述模块化木结构房屋外墙转角板的上下两端分别为顶梁板和底梁板,模块化木结构房屋外墙转角板的前后分别为室内墙面板和室外墙面板,模块化木结构房屋外墙转角板的左右两侧均为封端板,其中一侧的封端板的外端设有转角板第一榫头,另一侧的封端板的外端设有转角板第一榫头和转角板第二榫头;所述室内墙面板和室外墙面板相互平行布置,并且中间留有空隙,空隙的宽度与板内龙骨柱的宽度相等,板内龙骨柱均匀布置在室内墙面板和室外墙面板中间的空隙中,并且用工厂用钉分别与室内墙面板和室外墙面板相固定,室内墙面板的左侧与最左侧的保温隔声板定位柱的左侧齐平,室内墙面板的右侧与最右侧的板内龙骨柱的右侧齐平,在板内龙骨柱的四个顶点处,分别布置四个保温隔声板定位柱,保温隔声板定位柱分别与板内龙骨柱以及室内墙面板或室外墙面板通过工厂用钉相固定,在每两个纵向的保温隔声板定位柱的空隙中,放置保温隔声板,在每两个横向的保温隔声板定位柱的空隙中,放置防火棉,防火棉充满室内墙面板或室外墙面板与保温隔声板的空隙。
进一步地,所述封端板的高度与模块化木结构房屋外墙转角板平齐,左侧的封端板的一侧与龙骨柱靠近室内墙面板的一侧平齐,另一侧与室外墙面板的外侧平齐,右侧的封端板的一侧与室内墙面板的外侧平齐,另一侧与室外墙面板的外侧平齐,在模块化木结构房屋外墙转角板左侧的封端板的左侧,设置有转角板第一榫头,与封端板垂直布置,转角板第一榫头布置在封端板横截面长度方向靠近室外墙面板的一侧,转角板第一榫头通过工厂用钉与封端板固定,在转角板第一榫头的外端上侧布置有转角板第二榫头,转角板第二榫头右侧与封端板左侧之间的距离为封端板横截面长度的三分之一,转角板第一榫头、转角板第二榫头以及左侧的封端板的空隙构成转角板第一卯眼,在模块化木结构房屋外墙转角板右侧的封端板的右侧布置有转角板第一榫头,转角板第一榫头与右侧的封端板垂直布置,并且布置在右侧的封端板长度方向的正中间,转角板第一榫头通过工厂用钉与右侧的封端板固定。
进一步地,所述模块化木结构房屋外墙转角板的顶端和底端分别布置有顶梁板和底梁板,顶梁板和底梁板的覆盖范围为从转角板第二榫头至右侧的封端板,顶梁板和底梁板通过工厂用钉分别与板内龙骨柱、保温隔声板定位柱、封端板固定。
进一步地,所述室内墙面板和室外墙面板均采用OSB承重板,所述保温隔声板采用苯板。
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型的优点为连接可靠,承载力较高,施工方便,工业化程度较高,有效的避免了环境污染,有利于降低成本,缩短工期。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细描述。
实施例:如图1至图3所示,本实用新型模块化木结构房屋外墙转角板为工厂预制构件,由封端板1、顶梁板2、底梁板3、室内墙面板4、室外墙面板5、板内龙骨柱6、保温隔声板7、保温隔声板定位柱8、防火棉9、转角板第一榫头12、转角板第二榫头13组成,所述室内墙面板4和室外墙面板5相互平行布置,并且中间留有空隙,空隙的宽度为板内龙骨柱6的宽度,板内龙骨柱6均匀布置在室内墙面板4和室外墙面板5中间的空隙中,并且用工厂用钉10与室内墙面板4和室外墙面板5相固定,室内墙面板4的左侧仅伸至保温隔声板定位柱8,在板内龙骨柱6的4个顶点处,分别布置4个保温隔声板定位柱8,保温隔声板定位柱8分别与板内龙骨柱6以及室内墙面板4或室外墙面板5通过工厂用钉10相固定,在每两个纵向的保温隔声板定位柱8的空隙中,放置保温隔声板7,在每两个横向的保温隔声板定位柱8的空隙中,放置防火棉9,防火棉9充满室内墙面板4或室外墙面板5与保温隔声板7的空隙,在室内墙面板4以及室外墙面板5的左端及右端,设置有封端板1,其高度与模块化木结构房屋外墙转角板平齐,在左侧封端板1的左侧,设置有转角板第一榫头12,与封端板1垂直布置,转角板第一榫头12布置在封端板1横截面长度方向的下三分之一处,通过工厂用钉10与封端板1固定,在转角板第一榫头12的上侧,布置有转角板第二榫头13,转角板第二榫头13右侧与封端板1左侧之间的距离为封端板1横截面长度三分之一,转角板第一榫头12、转角板第二榫头13以及左侧的封端板1的空隙构成转角板第一卯眼14,在右侧封端板1的右侧,布置有转角板第一榫头12,与右侧封端板1垂直布置,转角板第一榫头12横截面的宽度为封端板1横截面长度的三分之一,并且布置在右侧封端板1长度方向的正中间,通过工厂用钉10与右侧封端板1固定,在模块化木结构房屋外墙转角板的顶端和底端,布置有顶梁板2和底梁板3,二者的覆盖范围为从左侧转角板第二榫头13至右侧封端板1,顶梁板2和底梁板3通过工厂用钉10分别与板内龙骨柱6、保温隔声板定位柱8、封端板1固定。
模块化外墙转角板的施钉区11为转角板卯眼14上部所对应的顶梁板2,由上向下施钉,以及室内墙面板4左侧短于室外墙面板5的部分的所对应的顶梁板2的位置,由上向下施钉。
室内墙面板4和室外墙面板5优先采用OSB承重板,保温隔声板7优先采用苯板。
Claims (4)
1.一种模块化木结构房屋外墙转角板,其特征在于:包括封端板(1)、顶梁板(2)、底梁板(3)、室内墙面板(4)、室外墙面板(5)、板内龙骨柱(6)、保温隔声板(7)、保温隔声板定位柱(8)、防火棉(9)、转角板第一榫头(12)、转角板第二榫头(13),所述模块化木结构房屋外墙转角板的上下两端分别为顶梁板(2)和底梁板(3),模块化木结构房屋外墙转角板的前后分别为室内墙面板(4)和室外墙面板(5),模块化木结构房屋外墙转角板的左右两侧均为封端板(1),其中一侧的封端板(1)的外端设有转角板第一榫头(12),另一侧的封端板(1)的外端设有转角板第一榫头(12)和转角板第二榫头(13);
所述室内墙面板(4)和室外墙面板(5)相互平行布置,并且中间留有空隙,空隙的宽度与板内龙骨柱(6)的宽度相等,板内龙骨柱(6)均匀布置在室内墙面板(4)和室外墙面板(5)中间的空隙中,并且用工厂用钉(10)分别与室内墙面板(4)和室外墙面板(5)相固定,室内墙面板(4)的左侧与最左侧的保温隔声板定位柱(8)的左侧齐平,室内墙面板(4)的右侧与最右侧的板内龙骨柱(6)的右侧齐平,在板内龙骨柱(6)的四个顶点处,分别布置四个保温隔声板定位柱(8),保温隔声板定位柱(8)分别与板内龙骨柱(6)以及室内墙面板(4)或室外墙面板(5)通过工厂用钉(10)相固定,在每两个纵向的保温隔声板定位柱(8)的空隙中,放置保温隔声板(7),在每两个横向的保温隔声板定位柱(8)的空隙中,放置防火棉(9),防火棉(9)充满室内墙面板(4)或室外墙面板(5)与保温隔声板(7)的空隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种模块化木结构房屋外墙转角板,其特征在于:所述封端板(1)的高度与模块化木结构房屋外墙转角板平齐,左侧的封端板(1)的一侧与龙骨柱(6)靠近室内墙面板(4)的一侧平齐,另一侧与室外墙面板(5)的外侧平齐,右侧的封端板(1)的一侧与室内墙面板(4)的外侧平齐,另一侧与室外墙面板(5)的外侧平齐,在模块化木结构房屋外墙转角板左侧的封端板(1)的左侧,设置有转角板第一榫头(12),与封端板(1)垂直布置,转角板第一榫头(12)布置在封端板(1)横截面长度方向靠近室外墙面板(5)的一侧,转角板第一榫头(12)通过工厂用钉(10)与封端板(1)固定,在转角板第一榫头(12)的外端上侧布置有转角板第二榫头(13),转角板第二榫头(13)右侧与封端板(1)左侧之间的距离为封端板(1)横截面长度的三分之一,转角板第一榫头(12)、转角板第二榫头(13)以及左侧的封端板(1)的空隙构成转角板第一卯眼(14),在模块化木结构房屋外墙转角板右侧的封端板(1)的右侧布置有转角板第一榫头(12),转角板第一榫头(12)与右侧的封端板(1)垂直布置,并且布置在右侧的封端板(1)长度方向的正中间,转角板第一榫头(12)通过工厂用钉(10)与右侧的封端板(1)固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种模块化木结构房屋外墙转角板,其特征在于:所述模块化木结构房屋外墙转角板的顶端和底端分别布置有顶梁板(2)和底梁板(3),顶梁板(2)和底梁板(3)的覆盖范围为从转角板第二榫头(13)至右侧的封端板(1),顶梁板(2)和底梁板(3)通过工厂用钉(10)分别与板内龙骨柱(6)、保温隔声板定位柱(8)、封端板(1)固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种模块化木结构房屋外墙转角板,其特征在于:所述室内墙面板(4)和室外墙面板(5)均采用OSB承重板,所述保温隔声板(7)采用苯板。
