Figure 1 shows a schematic view of some embodiments of the sales counter of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1, the sales counter comprises a cabinet body 11, a cabinet door 12, a camera 13, a processor (not shown in the figure) and a storage space 111.
In some embodiments, the cabinet 11 has a storage space 111 for storing goods for sale. The cabinet door 12 is rotatably installed on the cabinet body 11 so that a user can open the cabinet door 11 to take the merchandised goods. For example, the cabinet door 12 may be mounted on one side of the cabinet 11 by a hinge, and the cabinet door 12 may be divided into two parts and mounted on two sides of the cabinet 11.
The camera 13 is installed on the cabinet 11, and the camera 13 can be installed inside or outside the cabinet 11, but it is ensured that the shooting is performed toward the outside of the cabinet 11. For example, the camera 13 may be installed at an edge above the storage space 111 or an edge of a side; the camera 13 is configured to shoot toward the outside of the cabinet 11 for acquiring image information of users and commodities to be sold in the area to be monitored. The processor is used for settling according to the image information to complete the transaction.
In some embodiments, the camera 13 may be used to acquire images of the user's face for the processor to authenticate and log in to the user. For example, if the user does not authorize face shooting, face desensitization processing may be performed on an image shot by the camera 13, and mosaic processing or blocking processing may be performed on a face region detected by the face detection algorithm, so that face data does not appear in each image and the privacy of the face of the user is not touched.
In some embodiments, since the camera 13 is configured to shoot outward, that is, to shoot an image of the user, behavior information of the user during the transaction can be acquired.
For example, the image information captured by the camera 13 may be processed by a target tracking technique to determine whether the user's behavior is to take or put back the product, or whether the user's behavior is abnormal (e.g., theft, destruction of the product, destruction of the cabinet, etc.). In this way, an effective technical approach can be provided for risk analysis. Reliable information support is provided for tracing the risk behavior occurring in the transaction, so that the safety of the sales counter is improved.
For example, the image information captured by the camera 13 may be processed by object detection techniques to identify the type of merchandise that the user has taken or placed back on. Compared with the related technology (which commodity is less in the goods shelf after the door is closed to judge the commodity purchased by the user), the technical scheme of the invention does not need to identify all commodities in the goods shelf, only needs to identify one or more commodities, simplifies the identification process, improves the stability of the system and further improves the accuracy of commodity identification.
In some embodiments, there are a plurality of cameras 13, and the shooting areas of the plurality of cameras 13 cover the whole area to be monitored. The shooting areas of the different cameras 13 may have overlapping areas. For example, the plurality of cameras 13 may be uniformly distributed at the edge of the storage space 111 to photograph shopping courses of users at various angles. In this way, even if one or more cameras 13 are shielded, it is ensured that at least one camera can capture the shopping process of the user, thereby improving reliability and safety.
In some embodiments, the embodiment in fig. 2 may be used to set the mounting position of the camera.
Figure 2 shows a schematic view of further embodiments of sales containers of the present disclosure.
As shown in FIG. 2, a mounting plate 23 is provided along the edge of the storage space 25, and cameras 241 to 244 are mounted on the mounting plate 23.
In some embodiments, the merchandiser further includes a shelf level 26 dividing the storage space 25 into storage areas 251-254. The mounting plate 23 corresponding to each storage area is provided with a camera, and the cameras corresponding to the odd storage areas and the even storage areas are arranged on the mounting plates on different sides.
For example, the storage area 251 is an odd storage area, and the corresponding camera 241 is disposed on one side of the mounting plate 23; the storage area 252 is an even number of storage areas, and the corresponding cameras 242 are arranged on the other side of the mounting plate 23; the storage area 253 is an odd-numbered storage area, and the corresponding camera 243 is arranged on one side of the mounting plate 23; the storage area 254 is an even number of storage areas, and the corresponding cameras 244 are disposed on the other side of the mounting plate 23.
Therefore, each storage area is provided with one camera in a staggered mode, the process of shooting shopping of a user from different angles can be achieved, even if one or more cameras are shielded, the shopping process of the user can be shot by at least one camera, and therefore reliability and safety are improved.
In addition, the camera is arranged at the edge of the storage space (such as on the mounting plate), so that the situation that the camera is shielded by commodities in the storage area is avoided, the space in the storage area is not reserved, the commodity is not limited to be placed, and the low space utilization rate is improved.
In some embodiments, the merchandiser also includes a gravity sensor (not shown) mounted on the shelf level 26 for obtaining weight information for the items for sale. For example, the gravity sensor may be enclosed within the shelf layer 26. For example, the gravity sensor can be a gasket type gravity sensor, and the gravity sensor is simple in processing and production process and low in cost.
The processor may perform settlement based on the weight information and the image information. For example, the actual weight of each type of commodity on sale is prestored, and the commodity type is identified by the change of the gravity sensor sensing value, or the sensing value and the target identification result of the image may be fused to identify the commodity type.
In some embodiments, the shelf layer 26 may be formed from a plurality of spliced shelf boards with gaps between adjacent shelf boards, each of which mounts a gravity sensor. Like this, the goods shelves layer 26 has adopted the components of a whole that can function independently structure, has the clearance between the goods shelves board, and every gravity sensor does not influence each other to can solve the great (for example, the sales counter adopts the width increase that double door design can cause the goods shelves layer) width of goods shelves layer 26 and cause the inaccurate problem of gravity sensor response value.
In some embodiments, the shelf layer 26 may be a unitary shelf board, with the shelf layer 26 being equipped with a gravity sensor for measuring changes in weight carried by the entire shelf layer 26.
In some embodiments, the sales counter further comprises an illumination device (not shown in the figures), which adjusts the illumination brightness thereof according to the light intensity outside the cabinet body 11, so as to provide a stable light source for the camera to shoot and the user. For example, the lighting device may be a light tube or the like enclosed within the shelf layer 26.
Figure 3 shows a partial schematic view of further embodiments of sales containers of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the sales counter further comprises: mounting holes 36 provided in the shelf layer 26; shelf dividers 37 mounted on the shelf layer 26 by mounting holes 36 for dividing the storage area 251 into a plurality of sub-areas.
In some embodiments, the mounting holes 36 and shelf dividers 37 are multiple, and the shelf dividers 37 are removably mounted to the mounting holes 36. In this way, the allocation of space to the storage regions 251 may be adjusted as desired.
In some embodiments, the merchandiser further includes partition members 38 mounted on either side of the shelf level 26, the partition members 38 being spaced a predetermined distance from the interior walls of the cabinet 11 for preventing contact between the products for sale and the interior walls. For example, the spacer members 38 may be staked to the shelf layer 26 through the mounting holes 36. Therefore, the friction between the commodity to be sold and the inner wall can be avoided, and the weight change measured by the weight sensor is accurate.
Figure 4 shows a schematic view of still further embodiments of sales containers of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the sales counter further comprises a display screen 47 for displaying the relevant information of the transaction. For example, the display screen 47 may display information (category, price, etc.) related to the identified product to be sold, information (settlement result, registration information, etc.) related to the present transaction, and the like.
In some embodiments, the sales counter further comprises a communication device (not shown) for data interaction with the cloud and the backend system. For example, information related to the merchandise, identity information of the user, feature database support, and the like may be obtained.
In the above embodiment, the cameras of the sales counter are configured to shoot towards the outside of the cabinet body, so that not only can the commodity information of the transaction be acquired, but also the behavior of the user can be monitored. Therefore, reliable information support can be provided for the risk behavior occurring in the tracing transaction, and the safety of the sales counter is improved.
