Preferably, the automatic cleaning machine includes a water circulation unit, wherein the water circulation unit is connected to the cleaning chamber 101, and wherein the water circulation unit is configured to rotatably replace the cleaning liquid in the cleaning chamber 101 at predetermined intervals. It is understood that the time interval for replacing the cleaning liquid may be set to be one time, two times, three times, etc. the cleaning liquid in the cleaning chamber 101 cleans the parts in the material placing basket 700, and those skilled in the art can understand that the present invention is not limited in this respect. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the waterway circulation unit may be implemented to include a fluid valve, a fluid pipe, and the like.
It will also be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the waterway circulation unit may be externally connected to a cleaning solution purification station, so that the cleaning solution in the automatic cleaning machine can be recycled. Preferably, in the present invention, the cleaning liquid is implemented as boiling water.
The carrier 201 of the washing apparatus 20 has a set of flow guide windows 2011. When the components in the material placing basket 700 on the carrying part 201 of the washing device 20 reciprocate between the inside of the cleaning chamber 101 and the inlet 1010, the cleaning liquid in the cleaning chamber 101 can wash the components in the material placing basket 700 on the carrying part 201 through the flow guide window 2011. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, since the parts are washed in the washing chamber 101 by the washing liquid guided by the flow guide windows 2011, stains on the parts in the material placing basket 700 are more easily separated from the parts. In other words, when the components in the material placing basket 700 on the carrying portion 201 move in the cleaning chamber 101 from top to bottom and from bottom to top, the flow guide window 2011 can guide the cleaning liquid in the cleaning chamber 101 to wash the components in the material placing basket 700 from top to bottom and from bottom to top, so that the dust and the dirt on the components in the material placing basket 700 can be washed more easily.

In the present invention, the controller 30 includes a feeding device control circuit 33, wherein the feeding device control circuit 33 is electrically connected to the feeding motor 44 and the control module 31.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, after the driving motor 23 of the washing device 20 receives the relevant control signal of the control module 31, the parts in the material placing basket 700 on the carrying portion 201 are sent into the washing chamber 101 from top to bottom to be washed. Subsequently, the control module 31 controls the driving motor 23 to rotate reversely through the washing apparatus control circuit 32, and the carrying portion 201 lifts the loading basket 700 from bottom to top to the inlet 1010 of the washing chamber 101. Subsequently, the feeding motor 44 drives the transverse sliding mechanism 43 of the feeding device 40 to slide from the feeding side 102 to the discharging side 103 under the control of the control module 31. The material placing basket 700 at the inlet 1010 is correspondingly pushed by the material pushing arm 41 of the feeding device 40 to the adjacent other bearing part 201 towards the discharging side 103. When the material placing basket 700 is fed into another adjacent cleaning chamber 101 from top to bottom for cleaning, the control module 31 of the controller 30 correspondingly controls the feeding motor 44 of the feeding device 40 to rotate reversely, so as to reset the material pushing arm 41.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the controller 30 can be implemented to lift the transverse bracket 24 to the inlet 1010 of the cleaning chamber 101 after driving the transverse bracket 24 to move in the single cleaning chamber 101 from top to bottom and from bottom to top a plurality of times by controlling the driving motor 23. After being washed for multiple times, the stains on the parts are easier to remove.
It can be further understood by those skilled in the art that as the controller 30 cyclically controls the driving motor 23 and the feeding motor 44, the loading basket 700 loaded with the parts to be cleaned, which is loaded from the loading side 102, can sequentially pass through the plurality of cleaning chambers 101 between the loading side 102 and the unloading side 103, so that the parts to be cleaned, which are located in the loading basket 700, can be sequentially and respectively cleaned in the plurality of different cleaning chambers.
It can be understood that when the machine body 10 forms a plurality of the cleaning chambers 101 between the discharging side 102 and the discharging side 103, different cleaning liquids are disposed in different cleaning chambers 101, so that the parts placed in the material placing basket 700 can be sequentially cleaned through the cleaning chambers 101 containing different cleaning liquids, and different kinds of objects to be cleaned on the parts can be respectively removed when the objects to be cleaned pass through the cleaning chambers 101 containing corresponding cleaning liquids.
For example, the upper portion 11 of the body 10 forms 6 cleaning chambers 101 between the discharge side 102 and the discharge side 103.
