The palletizing conveyor for waterproofing membranes as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adjustable conveying frame structure (7) comprises a guiding frame (71), a conveying roller (72), a U-shaped connecting frame (73), a second fixing rod (74), an adjusting rod (75), a supporting tube (76), a wing bolt (77) and a fixing seat (78), wherein the conveying roller (72) is sequentially pivoted at an inner middle position of the guiding frame (71) from left to right; the U-shaped connecting frames (73) are respectively connected to the left side and the right side of the lower end of the guide frame (71) through bolts; the second fixing rod (74) is arranged at the lower right corner of the guide frame (71); the upper end of the second fixing rod (74) is coupled to the middle position inside the lower side of the U-shaped connecting frame (73); the adjusting rod (75) is arranged at the left lower corner of the guide frame (71); the upper end of the adjusting rod (75) is coupled to the middle position inside the lower side of the U-shaped connecting frame (73); the lower end of the adjusting rod (75) is inserted in the middle of the upper inner part of the supporting pipe (76); the wing bolt (77) is connected to the middle position of the upper part of the front surface of the support pipe (76); the lower ends of the second fixing rod (74) and the supporting pipe (76) are respectively welded at the middle position of the upper end of the fixed seat (78).
