The paper sheets are orderly stacked together under the thrust of the limiting plate 43, so that the subsequent printing on the paper sheets is facilitated.
Further, referring to fig. 1, a measuring tube 411 is slidably sleeved on the sliding rod 41, a bolt 412 is disposed on a side wall of the measuring tube 411, and an end of the bolt 412, which is far away from the head, penetrates through the sliding plate 42 to be in threaded connection with the measuring tube 411, and then can be abutted against the sliding rod 41. The side of the bracket 1 close to the sliding rod is fixedly connected with a graduated scale 11, and the side of the measuring tube 411 close to each other is respectively on the same plane with the side of the limiting plate 43 close to each other. When the data of the sheet is not required to be measured, the sliding plates 42 are driven so that the sliding plates 42 are away from each other, and when the measuring pipe 411 is slid to both ends on the slide bar 41, the bolts 412 are screwed so that one end of the bolt 412 passes through the measuring pipe 411 and abuts against the side wall of the slide bar 41, so that the sliding plates 42 are not easily moved on the slide bar 41. When the data of the sheets are to be measured, the slide plate 42 is driven so that the stopper plates 43 are brought close to each other and abut the side walls of the plurality of stacked sheets, respectively. By observing the positions of the ends of the two measurement pipes 411 close to each other on the scale 11, data on the paper size can be accurately obtained.
Referring to fig. 4, the inner portion of the end of the sliding plate 42 away from the measuring pipe 411 is slidably provided with a lifting plate 421, and the side wall of the sliding plate 42 is provided with a fastening member 422, and in this embodiment, the fastening member 422 is preferably a bolt 412. Referring to fig. 2, the end of the lifting plate 421 away from the sliding plate 42 is provided with a limit rail 423, and the end of the sliding plate 42 away from the measuring pipe 411 is higher than the paper placing plate 32 on the flat car 31. In the working process, one end of the lifting plate 421 is adjusted to be embedded in the limit guide rail 423, and the lifting plate 421 is fixed on the sliding plate 42 by adjusting the fastener 422, so that the stability of the sliding plate 42 in the left-right movement is improved. When the size of the paper sheet is measured when the area of the paper sheet is smaller than the area of the paper discharge plate 32 on the flat car 31, the elevating plate 421 is adjusted to be contracted in the sliding plate 42. The lifting plate 421 is fixed by the fastener 422, and then the sliding plate 42 is driven, so that the limiting plate 43 on the sliding plate 42 can be abutted against the side wall of a large number of stacked paper sheets, and the measurement of the size of the paper sheets is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 1, the lifting assembly 5 includes two motors 51, two rotating shafts 52 and four steel cables 53, the two motors 51 are respectively fixed on the side wall of one end of the support 1 close to the platform, the two ends of the rotating shafts 52 along the length direction are rotatably connected to the support 1, and the rotating shafts 52 are coaxially and fixedly connected with the output shafts of the motors 51. Two rolling turntables 521 are coaxially and fixedly connected to each rotating shaft 52, one ends of four steel wire ropes 53 are fixed to the rolling turntables 521 and then wound on the rolling turntables 521, and the other ends of the four steel wire ropes are fixedly connected to four corners of the bearing plate 2. When the rotating shaft 52 rotates, the four steel wire ropes 53 are wound on the winding disc at the same time, so that the bearing plate 2 is lifted in the vertical direction, and printing on paper is facilitated. When the rotating shaft 52 rotates in the opposite direction, the four steel wire ropes 53 are released at the same time, so that the supporting plate 2 descends in the vertical direction, and the four steel wire ropes 53 are fixed at the four corners of the supporting plate 2 respectively, so that the ascending and descending stability of the supporting plate 2 is improved.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: before printing on the sheets using the printing press, a large number of sheets are stacked on the paper-receiving plate 32 on the flat car 31. The loading plate 2 is adjusted to the position where the first guide rail 21 is butted against the second guide rail 22, then the flat car 31 is pushed to move on the first guide rail 21, and when the flat car 31 approaches the bracket 1, the positioning assembly 4 is adjusted to stack the papers neatly. When the flat car 31 moves onto the second guide rail 22, the height of the loading plate 2 is adjusted so that the paper placing plate 32 is slightly higher than the lifting plate 333. The cylinder 332 is driven to make the piston rod thereof drive the lifting plates 333 to approach each other, and the lifting plates 333 partially support the paper placing plate 32 while approaching each other, and slightly lift the paper placing plate 32 by a certain height, at which time the paper placing plate 32 is separated from the flat car 31.
Then, the flatbed 31 is moved from the second guide rail 22 on the loading plate 2 to the first guide rail 21, after the loading plate 2 is adjusted to be lifted to the position abutting against the paper placing plate 32, the adjusting cylinder 332 makes the piston rod thereof drive the lifting plate 333 to move away from each other, so that the paper placing plate 32 is stably placed on the loading plate 2, and then the height of the loading plate 2 is adjusted to print the paper. In the process, the paper placing plate 32 for placing a large amount of paper is conveyed to the bearing plate 2 through the flat car 31, on one hand, manual feeding is not needed, so that the paper placing plate 32 can be stably fixed on the bearing plate 2, and the printing of the paper is facilitated; on the other hand, the position of the paper is adjusted through the positioning component 4 before printing, so that the paper can be stacked neatly, and the problem of low efficiency of the paper in the feeding process is effectively solved.
