The grinding material homogenizing tank 27 is arranged above and in the middle of the cleaning box 7, and the output end of the grinding material homogenizing tank is connected with the descaling spray head 6 through the sand supply pipe 28 to supply sand for the descaling spray head 6 in the cleaning box 7. The weight sensor 30 is arranged below the grinding material homogenizing tank 27, the grinding material screening device 31 is arranged above the grinding material homogenizing tank 27, the sand supply control valve 29 is arranged below a lower sand opening of the grinding material homogenizing tank 27, and the grinding material homogenizing tank 27 is connected with the descaling spray head 6 through the sand supply pipe 28; a hydraulic conveyor 32 is installed below the abrasive collection tank 24 and connected to the abrasive homogenization tank 27 through a pipe, and a sand pumping water supply pump 36 is connected to the hydraulic conveyor 32 through a pipe. The hydrocyclone 33 is arranged above and at the front part of the cleaning box 7, the water inlet of the hydrocyclone 33 is connected with an overflow collecting box 34 arranged at the side of the cleaning box 7 through the slurry pump 35, the lower outlet of the hydrocyclone is connected with the cleaning box 7 so that the grinding material collecting box 24 can collect and sort the recovered grinding materials, and the upper outlet of the hydrocyclone is connected with the sedimentation tank 39 for discharging sewage containing waste oxide skin and fine grinding materials. The overflow collection tank 34 is located at the side and front position of the cleaning tank 7, and collects the waste water containing abrasive and scale overflowed from the cleaning tank 7. The inlet of the slurry pump 35 is connected with the overflow collection box 34. The structure of the grinding material homogenizing tank adopts a Chinese patent high-pressure water jet sand blasting grinding material supplying tank (patent number: 201320177049.5).
The inlet of the sewage filter 37 is connected with a sewage pump 40 through a water pipe 38, and the outlet thereof is connected with the purified water tank 20. The water inlet of the back flush pump 41 is connected with the clean water tank 20 through a pipeline, and the water outlet thereof is connected with the sewage filter 37.
The cleaning boxes comprise a first cleaning box 49 and a second cleaning box 50, the first cleaning box 49 is located at the front end of the second cleaning box 50, the first cleaning box 49 and the second cleaning box 50 are identical in structure, namely the first cleaning box 49 and the second cleaning box 50 are connected in series to completely clean the upper surface and the lower surface of the metal plate 5 in a covering mode, or the first cleaning box 49 and the second cleaning box 50 are structurally different only in that the arrangement positions of the scale removal spray heads 6 in the width direction of the metal plate 5 are staggered in sequence, namely the first cleaning box 49 and the second cleaning box 50 can respectively and independently clean a certain width in the width direction in sequence to completely clean the upper surface and the lower surface of the metal plate 5 in a covering mode.
According to different width specifications of the metal sheet 5, when the adjustable side guide rollers 14 on the feeding and discharging side limit rollers 4 and the side guide adjusting mechanism 15 can be automatically adjusted to limit, the descaling spray heads 6 with corresponding width areas can be synchronously started and stopped, the descaling spray heads are convenient, quick and energy-saving, and meanwhile, the cleaning box 7, the horizontal conveying rollers 11 in the cleaning box, the fixed side guide rollers 13 in the cleaning box and the adjustable side guide rollers 14 are maximally protected, so that the descaling spray head has strong adaptability.
The added components of the cleaning system for descaling and cleaning sheet metal by high-pressure water jet blasting comprise: the sand supply pipe 28 connected with the grinding material homogenizing tank 27 and the descaling spray head 6 is provided with a shaping hard pipe 44, so that the sand supply effect is prevented from being influenced after the sand supply pipe 28 is deformed and damaged. An anti-blocking pipeline with a valve 47 (arranged beside a sand washing pump 46) can be added on a water pipeline of the sand washing nozzle 45 in the grinding material homogenizing tank 27 to prevent the sand inlet of the sand washing nozzle 45 from being blocked due to siphonage of the water pipeline. A baffle 48 may be added to the descaling spray head 6 below the sheet metal 5 to cover the outlet of the descaling spray head 6 in a vertical direction to prevent the scale spray head 6 from being clogged by abrasive particles falling vertically from the sheet metal 5 or from the top of the inside of the cleaning tank 7 into the nozzles. A high-pressure filter device 43 is added between the high-pressure pump 21 and the descaling spray head 6 to improve the water quality entering the descaling spray head 6 and reduce the blockage of the descaling spray head 6.
The cleaning process of the sheet metal in the cleaning system for descaling and cleaning the sheet metal by high-pressure water jet blasting comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps that firstly, a metal plate 5 is hung on a feeding conveying roller way 1 and pushed by a side positioning pusher 3, meanwhile, the width or the thickness of the metal plate is detected by a feeding detection device 9, the metal plate 5 is pushed to a specified position after a feedback signal is detected, then, the metal plate 5 is subjected to side limiting by a feeding and discharging side limiting roller 4, and then, the feeding conveying roller way 1 and a horizontal conveying roller wheel in a cleaning box are started to convey the metal plate; when the metal plate 5 reaches the inlet position of the first cleaning box 49, the side guide adjusting mechanism 15 automatically adjusts the adjustable side guide roller 14 positioned at the inlet of the first cleaning box 49 to limit the width direction of the metal plate 5 to be fed, and then the metal plate 5 is fed into the first cleaning box 49 and sand-blast-cleaned on the upper side surface and the lower side surface; when the metal plate 5 reaches the outlet position of the first cleaning box 49, the adjustable side guide roller 14 positioned at the outlet of the first cleaning box 49 is automatically adjusted through the side guide adjusting mechanism 15, and the metal plate 5 to be separated is limited in the width direction; the processes of conveying, limiting and cleaning the metal plates 5 in the second cleaning box 50 are similar, and when the metal plates 5 are cleaned in the first cleaning box 49 and the second cleaning box 50, the sand blasting cleaning of the surfaces of the metal plates is finished. Thereafter, the metal plate 5 is introduced into the high-pressure water washing tank 18, and all the adhering substances on the surface thereof are washed away by high-pressure water. And finally, detecting by the blanking detection device 10, starting the blanking conveying roller bed 2 to send out the cleaned metal plate, so that the metal plate 5 completes all cleaning processes in a cleaning system for blasting high-pressure water jet to remove scales and clean the metal plate, and the metal plate 5 is cleaned completely.
In order to prolong the storage time of a part of the metal sheets 5, a blowing device and a drying device can be added after the high-pressure water washing tank 18, and the surface of the metal sheets can be dried.
In this embodiment, optionally, this cleaning system for removing scale and cleaning sheet metal by high-pressure water jet blasting may also be set up such that each cleaning box 7 is cleaned to a width of B, and then N cleaning boxes 7 that can be connected in series are arranged in a staggered manner by gradient of the descaling spray head, so that sheet metal 5 with a width specification of B × N can be cleaned.

Claims (9)

1. A cleaning system for cleaning sheet metal by high-pressure water jet sand blasting and descaling is characterized by comprising a high-pressure water jet sand blasting and descaling device, a high-pressure water flushing tank (18), a high-pressure water supply system, an abrasive material supply, recovery and sorting system and a sewage circulating treatment system;
the high-pressure water jet sand blasting descaling device comprises a cleaning box (7), a descaling spray head (6) for sand blasting cleaning of the metal sheet (5) and an abrasive collecting box (24), wherein the abrasive collecting box (24) is positioned below the metal sheet (5);
the high-pressure water washing tank (18) is arranged at the outlet end of the cleaning tank (7);
the high-pressure water supply system comprises a water purification tank (20) and a high-pressure pump (21), one end of the high-pressure pump (21) is connected with the water purification tank (20), and the other end of the high-pressure pump is connected with the descaling spray head (6);
the abrasive feeding, recovering and sorting system comprises an abrasive homogenizing tank (27), an abrasive screening device (31), a hydraulic conveyor (32), an overflow collecting box (34) and a hydraulic cyclone (33);
the grinding material homogenizing tank (27) is positioned below the grinding material screening device (31) and above the cleaning box (7), one end of the grinding material homogenizing tank (27) is connected with the grinding material screening device (31), and the other end of the grinding material homogenizing tank is connected with the descaling spray head (6) to supply sand for the grinding material homogenizing tank;
the hydraulic conveyor (32) is positioned below the abrasive collecting box (24), one end of the hydraulic conveyor is connected with the abrasive collecting box (24), and the other end of the hydraulic conveyor is connected with the abrasive screening device (31) and used for returning the collected abrasives to the abrasive homogenizing tank (27);
the overflow collecting box (34) is positioned at the output end of an overflow port of the cleaning box (7), a water inlet of the hydrocyclone (33) is connected with the overflow collecting box (34) through a slurry pump (35), an outlet at the lower part of the hydrocyclone is connected with the cleaning box (7) to recover abrasive materials, and a water outlet at the upper part of the hydrocyclone is connected with a sedimentation tank (39) to discharge sewage;
the sewage circulating treatment system comprises a sewage filter (37) and a sedimentation tank (39), one end of the sewage filter (37) is connected with the water purifying tank (20), and the other end of the sewage filter (37) is connected with the sedimentation tank (39).

The cleaning system for descaling and cleaning sheet metal by high-pressure water jet blasting according to claim 1, further comprising a sheet metal conveying system, wherein the sheet metal conveying system comprises a feeding rollgang (1) and a discharging rollgang (2) installed at both ends of an inlet of the cleaning box (7) and an outlet of the high-pressure water flushing box (18), and horizontal conveying rollers (11) in the cleaning box, and
a side guide roller (13) is fixed in the cleaning box and is fixedly arranged on the same side of the sheet metal (5) along the conveying direction and on one side of the descaling spray head (6) in the spraying direction;
and the adjustable side guide roller (14) is arranged on the other side of the metal plate (5) along the conveying direction and is positioned at the outer side of the fixed side guide roller (13) in the outermost cleaning box close to the inlet and the outlet of the cleaning box (7), and when the metal plate (5) leaves the adjustable side guide roller (14) and is cleaned midway in the cleaning box (7), the width of the metal plate is positioned by the fixed side guide roller (13) in the cleaning box.

The cleaning system for descaling and cleaning sheet metal by high-pressure water jet blasting according to claim 2, characterized in that the distance between the axes of any continuous 3 fixed side guide rollers (13) in the cleaning box (7) and the distance between the axis of the adjustable side guide roller (14) and the axis of the closest 2 nd fixed side guide roller (13) in the cleaning box are both smaller than the length of the sheet metal (5) to be conveyed.

The cleaning system for descaling and cleaning sheet metal by water jet blasting according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the sheet metal (5) is cleaned by at least two of the cleaning box internal fixed side guide rollers (13) at all times, or the adjustable side guide rollers (14) and the cleaning box internal fixed side guide rollers (13) jointly limit the width of the sheet metal.

The cleaning system for descaling and cleaning sheet metal by high-pressure water jet blasting according to claim 2, wherein the sheet metal conveying system further comprises feeding and discharging side limit rollers (4) which are installed on the feeding rollgang (1) and the discharging rollgang (2) and located on both sides of the conveying direction of the sheet metal (5), and when the sheet metal (5) is located on the feeding rollgang (1) or the discharging rollgang (2) in whole or in part, the width of the sheet metal (5) is limited.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the adjustable side guide rollers (14) are automatically adjusted and moved in parallel by a side guide adjustment mechanism (15) to accommodate sheet metal of different gauge widths.
7. A system for high-pressure water jet descaling and cleaning of sheet metal according to claim 2, characterized in that pressure rollers (8) are arranged in the cleaning box above the horizontal conveyor rollers (11) between which the sheet metal (5) is transported.

The cleaning system for descaling and cleaning sheet metal by high-pressure water jet blasting according to claim 6, characterized in that the feeding rollerway (1) and the blanking rollerway (2) are both composed of two or more horizontal conveyor rollers (16), and pressure rollers (8) are arranged above the horizontal conveyor rollers (16).

The cleaning system for descaling and cleaning sheet metal by high-pressure water jet blasting according to claim 8, wherein the sheet metal conveying system further comprises a feeding detection device (9) and a discharging detection device (10) which are respectively arranged at the feeding rollgang (1) and the discharging rollgang (2) and used for determining the distance or position to be moved by the feeding side limit roller (4), the adjustable side guide roller (14) and the pressure roller (8) by detecting the width and thickness of the sheet metal (5).
