Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of carton sealing adhesive tapes, in particular to an improved carton sealing adhesive tape.

Background

The box sealing adhesive tape is also called as packaging adhesive tape, and is usually a single-sided adhesive tape formed by using a polypropylene film or other plastic film as a base layer or a paper base layer and uniformly coating an adhesive layer of about 8-28 micrometers on one surface of the base layer. The sealing adhesive tape is widely applied to light industrial enterprises, companies and personal life, and particularly, the sealing adhesive tape is almost needed for express packages needing to be placed on cartons.

The box sealing adhesive tape is simple and convenient to use, and can well adhere a packaging object, such as sealing a left box cover and a right box cover of a carton; however, it is troublesome to open the packaged box, and the box sealing tape is usually cut along the sealing position by using a sharp tool such as a knife, and even some merchants are actively equipped with a small plastic box opener for the convenience of use of customers, so that the customers cut the box sealing tape, which not only increases the cost additionally, but also causes waste of resources and materials.

Therefore, on the basis of ensuring the packaging function and the effect of the sealing tape, how to realize simple and convenient opening of the sealing tape is always a research focus and a difficulty in the industry.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

The application aims at solving the problem that the sealing adhesive tape is difficult to cut after being used, and provides a new and improved sealing adhesive tape.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the following technical scheme is adopted in the application.

The sealing adhesive tape has the advantages that the adhesive layer is uniformly coated on the surface of the base layer, the isolation belt is not needed to be designed, the packaging function and the effect of the sealing adhesive tape can be effectively guaranteed, the tear line is only a thin line, and the bonding surface of the adhesive layer cannot be influenced. And, the recess or the shrinkage pool of this application do not run through, can avoid leaking gluey, further ensure the adhesive property of joint sealing sticky tape. It can be understood that the joint sealing sticky tape of this application sets up recess or shrinkage pool that does not run through on the basic unit, though do not run through, but in the bottom of recess or shrinkage pool, the thickness of basic unit reduces greatly, consequently, can cut it through dragging the tear line to realize the division of joint sealing sticky tape. When the adhesive tape sealing device is used, the tearing hole groove of the sealing adhesive tape is basically aligned with the sealing opening, and when the adhesive tape sealing device is scratched, the tearing can be realized only by pulling the tearing line, so that the operation is simple and convenient.

Preferably, the substrate is a plastic film or a paper substrate. For example, polypropylene film or kraft paper or the like is used as the base layer.

Preferably, the thickness of the adhesive layer is 8-28 microns.

Preferably, the tear line is a metal or non-metal wire.

Preferably, the non-metallic thread is a fishing line, a kite line or a hemp material line.

It will be appreciated that the purpose of the thread is to facilitate tearing of the tear-out hole slots by pulling, and therefore threads capable of doing so may be used in this application, not limited to fishing lines, kite lines or hemp material lines.

The beneficial effect of this application is: the improved adhesive tape for sealing the box can be cut by simply pulling and tearing the pull line, and is simple and convenient to use; in addition, the design of the tearing line cannot influence the bonding and sealing performance of the sealing adhesive tape.

The present application is described in further detail below with reference to the following detailed description and the attached drawings, and the following examples are only for understanding and explaining the present application and are not to be construed as limiting the present application.

Examples

The improved box sealing adhesive tape of the embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, comprises a base layer 1 and an adhesive layer 2, wherein the adhesive layer 2 is uniformly coated on one surface of the base layer 1; on the base layer 1, one surface coated with the adhesive layer 2 is provided with a groove or a plurality of concave holes at equal intervals along the length direction of the base layer 1 to form a tearing hole groove; the tearing hole groove divides the base layer 1 into two equal parts in the width direction of the base layer 1, and the groove or the concave hole of the tearing hole groove is designed into a non-penetrating structure, namely, the groove or the concave hole does not penetrate through the thickness of the base layer 1; lay one along tearing the hole groove and tear line 3, tear line 3 and press from both sides and locate between basic unit 1 and viscose layer 2, tear the hole groove through tearing tear line 3 and can tear to be divided into two along length direction with basic unit 1. Wherein, if the tearing hole groove is formed by a concave hole, a structure similar to a dotted line is formed on the inner surface of the base layer; if the tearing hole groove is formed by a groove, a groove line is formed on the inner surface of the base layer. The inner surface of the base layer is the surface coated with the adhesive layer.

The tearing line is an independent silk thread, a concave hole or a groove is formed on the surface of the base layer by adopting a dotted line cutting hob or a point line cutter, the cutting depth of the cutter is controlled, the concave hole or the groove does not penetrate through, the tearing line is directly laid after a tearing hole groove is formed, then the viscose is coated, and the silk thread is fixed through the viscose.

Wherein, the base layer 1 is a plastic film or a paper base layer, in this example, a conventional polypropylene film is used as the base layer, the thickness of the adhesive layer 2 is also conventional 8-28 microns, and the tear line 3 is a metal or non-metal wire. The sealing tape of this embodiment is also generally in the form of a rolled product, for example, a paper roll, and the sealing tape is wound around the surface of the paper roll. Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a section of the box sealing adhesive tape, fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a cut surface of the box sealing adhesive tape cut in the width direction, and fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of the box sealing adhesive tape after the box sealing adhesive tape is cut by a tear line. The width, length and thickness of the sealing tape of the present embodiment can be referred to the existing tape.

After the adhesive tape for sealing the box is used, the adhesive tape for sealing the box can be cut off by directly pulling the tearing line, and the adhesive tape for sealing the box is simple and convenient to use as shown in figure 3.

grooves are formed in one surface of the base layer (1) coated with the adhesive layer (2) along the length direction of the base layer (1) or a plurality of concave holes are formed at equal intervals to form tearing hole grooves;

the tearing hole groove divides the base layer (1) into two equal parts in the width direction of the base layer (1), and the groove or concave hole of the tearing hole groove is designed into a non-penetrating structure, namely does not penetrate through the thickness of the base layer (1);

lay one along tearing the hole groove and tear line (3), tear line (3) press from both sides and locate between basic unit (1) and viscose layer (2), tear the hole groove through tearing tear line (3) and can tear to be divided into two along length direction with basic unit (1).

2. A box sealing tape according to claim 1, wherein: the base layer (1) is a plastic film or a paper base layer.

3. A box sealing tape according to claim 2, wherein: the base layer (1) is a polypropylene film.

4. A box sealing tape according to claim 1, wherein: the thickness of the adhesive layer (2) is 8-28 microns.

5. A box sealing tape according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the tearing line (3) is a metal or nonmetal silk thread.

6. A box sealing tape according to claim 5, wherein: the non-metal silk thread is a fishing line, a kite line or a hemp material line.
