Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention is provided for illustrative purposes, and other advantages and effects of the present invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a quick packaging and opening device for reusing plastic bags for express delivery and logistics, and a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a release substrate 1 and a double-sided adhesive layer 2. The release base material 1 is made of a proper material which is not easy to be adhered by an adhesive, can extend into a continuous strip shape, and can be wound into a bundle so as to be convenient for storage, transportation and processing; the release substrate 1 is formed with a separation tear line 13 along the length thereof, and the separation tear line 13 separates the release substrate 1 into two regions of a base 11 and a pull tear strip 12, and the separation tear line 13 can separate the base 11 from the pull tear strip 12; wherein, the side edge of the length direction of the base 11 forms a plurality of continuous convex parts 111 protruding to the width direction of the base 11, and the convex parts 111 can be wave-shaped or other various suitable shapes; the projections 111 may be equally spaced; the width of the base 11 is greater than the width of the extraction tear strip 12.
As shown in fig. 2, the opposite two side surfaces of the two-sided adhesive layer 2 are respectively a first adhesive portion 21 and a second adhesive portion 22 having adhesiveness, the first adhesive portion 21 is adhered to one side surface of the release substrate 1, and the second adhesive portion 22 is adhered to the inner side surface of the sealing portion 40 of the adhesive bag 4 (as shown in fig. 3). In a more preferred embodiment, the first adhesive portion 21 of the two-sided adhesive layer 2 covers most of the base portion 11 and all of the pull-out tear strip 12, while the first adhesive portion 21 of the two-sided adhesive layer 2 does not cover the projection 111.
Fig. 3 also shows the structure of a general plastic bag 4, which has a bag body, one side of which is formed with a bag opening 41, one side of the bag opening 41 extends for a certain length to form a sealing part 40, and the inner side (the side facing the bag opening) of the sealing part 40 is used for adhering the release substrate 1. Since the plastic bag 4 is usually made of a thin plastic material, and is easily deformed and not easily torn when the sealing portion 40 is torn, the present embodiment further provides a reinforcing tape 3, in which the reinforcing tape 3 is provided with an adhesive portion 31 having adhesiveness on one side surface, the width of the reinforcing tape 3 is larger than the width of the pull-out tear strip 12 of the release substrate 1, and the adhesive portion 31 of the reinforcing tape 3 is attached to the position (shown in fig. 4 and 5) of the outer side surface of the sealing portion 40 relative to the pull-out tear strip 12, and the width must be larger than the width of the pull-out tear strip 12. In addition, on opposite sides of the sealing portion 40 of the pouch 4, there are provided cutting slits 14 having a certain length parallel to both sides of the pull-out tear strip 12.
When the adhesive bag 4 is to be sealed, the base 11 of the release substrate 1 is first torn to expose the first adhesive portion 21 (see fig. 6) until the base 11 is completely torn (see fig. 7), then the article is placed into the adhesive bag 4 from the bag opening 41, and the sealing portion 41 is then rotated by one hundred eighty degrees relative to the adhesive bag 4 to cover and adhere to the bag opening 41, so that the first adhesive portion 21 adheres to the outer surface of the adhesive bag 4, thereby completing the sealing (see fig. 8). The protruding portion 111 is not adhered with the double-sided tape 2, so that a user can conveniently tear the base portion 11 of the release substrate 1 from the protruding portion 111.
When opening the plastic bag 4, the user only needs to lift the pull-out tear strip 12 between the two cutting seams 14 from either side of the plastic bag 4 (as shown in fig. 9), and then tear the pull-out tear strip 12 along the length direction of the release substrate 1 to break the sealing portion 40 until the whole pull-out tear strip 12 is completely torn away from the connected sealing portion 40 to form a tear-off groove 4A (as shown in fig. 10), so as to open the sealing portion 40 and open the plastic bag 4 (as shown in fig. 11).
When the adhesive bag 4 is to be used repeatedly, as shown in fig. 12, a plurality of release substrates 1 are adhered to the inner side surface of the sealing portion 40 of the adhesive bag 4 in the manner described above, and a single or a plurality of reinforcing tapes are adhered to the outer side surface of the sealing portion 40 of the adhesive bag 4, fig. 12 and 13 show that a second release substrate 1 and a reinforcing tape 3 are adhered, and the number of the release substrates 1 and the number of the reinforcing tapes 3 can be determined according to actual requirements.
When the plastic bag 4 is to be sealed, the base 11 of the release substrate 1 closest to the free end of the sealing portion 40 is torn to expose the first adhering portion 21, and after the base 11 is completely torn, the sealing portion 41 is rotated by one hundred eighty degrees relative to the plastic bag 4 to cover the bag opening 41, so that the first adhering portion 21 is adhered to the outer surface of the plastic bag 4 to complete the sealing.
When the user wants to open the plastic bag 4, he or she only needs to lift the pull-out tear strip 12 between the cutting strips 14 from any side of the release material 1 adhered to the plastic bag 4, and then tear the pull-out tear strip 12 along the length direction of the release substrate 1 to break the sealing portion 40 until the whole pull-out tear strip 12 is completely torn away from the connected sealing portion 40, so as to lift the sealing portion 40 and open the sealing portion 40 of the plastic bag 4.
When the plastic bag is used again for packaging, another group of unused release base materials 1 are used in the same manner, and the base parts of the release base materials are torn off and then are adhered to the plastic bag 4 to complete packaging; the way of opening the plastic bag is the same as the opening way, so the description is omitted.
The more the number of the release base materials 1 and the reinforcing tapes 3 provided at the sealing part of the bag, the more the number of times of repeated use.
As shown in FIG. 14 ~ 16, the adhesive tape can be used for a conventional packaging bag 4 generally commercially available, wherein the conventional packaging bag 4 has a bag body with a bag opening 41 formed at one side thereof, a sealing portion formed by extending a long length from one side of the bag opening 41, a sticking portion 43 formed by coating an adhesive on an inner side of the sealing portion, and a release paper 42 stuck to the sticking portion 43. the release substrate 1 of the present invention can be directly stuck to the inner side of the sealing portion between the bag opening 41 and the sticking portion 43 of the conventional packaging bag 4 commercially available, and a reinforcing tape can be stuck to a position corresponding to the release substrate 1 on the outer side of the sealing portion.
When the plastic bag 4 is to be sealed, the base 11 of the release substrate 1 closest to the free end of the sealing portion 40 of the release paper 42 is torn to expose the first adhering portion 21 (as shown in fig. 15), and the sealing portion is rotated by one hundred eighty degrees relative to the plastic bag 4 to cover the bag opening 41, so that the adhering portion 43 adheres to the outer surface of the plastic 4, thereby completing the sealing.
When the plastic bag 4 is to be opened, the user only needs to lift the pull-out tear strip 12 between the two cutting seams 14 from any side of the release substrate 1 adhered to the plastic bag 4, and then tear the pull-out tear strip 12 along the length direction of the release substrate 1 to break the sealing part until the whole pull-out tear strip 12 is completely torn away from the connected sealing part, so as to open the plastic bag 4.
The foregoing embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles and utilities of the present invention and are not intended to limit the invention. Any person skilled in the art can modify or change the above-mentioned embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, it is intended that all equivalent modifications or changes which can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and technical spirit of the present invention be covered by the claims of the present invention.
