The embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings and reference numerals, so that those skilled in the art can implement the embodiments of the present invention after reading the specification.
Referring to fig. 1, the preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a packaging and opening device for recycling paper packages for multiple times, which comprises a release substrate 1 and a double-sided adhesive layer 2; wherein the release base material 1 is made of a suitable material which is not easy to be adhered by adhesive, can extend into a continuous strip shape, and can be wound into a bundle for convenient storage, transportation and processing; the separation substrate 1 is formed with a separation tear line 13 along the length thereof, and the separation tear line 13 separates the separation substrate 1 into two regions of a base portion 11 and an extraction tear strip 12, and the separation tear line 13 can separate the base portion 11 from the extraction tear strip 12; wherein, the side of the length direction of the base 11 is formed with a plurality of continuous protrusions 111 protruding to the width direction of the base 11, the protrusions 111 can be of various shapes, and the protrusions 111 can be distributed at equal intervals; the width of the base 11 is greater than the width of the extraction tear strip 12.
As shown in fig. 2, two opposite side surfaces of the double-sided adhesive layer 2 are respectively a first adhesive portion 21 and a second adhesive portion 22 with adhesive properties, the first adhesive portion 21 is adhered to one side surface of the discrete substrate 1, and the second adhesive portion 22 is used for being adhered to the packaging edge surfaces of the main cover boards 3A and 3B of the packaging case 3. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first adhesive portion 21 of the two-sided adhesive layer 2 covers most of the base portion 11 and all of the pull-out tear strip 12, while the first adhesive portion 21 of the two-sided adhesive layer 2 does not cover the protrusions 111.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view showing that the two separated substrates 1 are practically applied to the packing box 3 of the present invention, wherein the packing box 3 includes a first main cover plate 3A and a second main cover plate 3B connected to two opposite sides of the upper opening of the box body, and a first auxiliary cover plate 3C and a second auxiliary cover plate 3D connected to the other opposite sides of the upper opening of the box body. The second pasting part 22 on the release substrate 1 is pasted on the packaging edge surfaces of the first main cover plate 3A and the second main cover plate 3B, respectively, and the two side end surfaces of the first main cover plate 3A and the second main cover plate 3B of the packaging box 3 are provided with cutting seams 31 which are parallel to the two sides of the pull-out tearing strip 12 and have proper length.
When the packaging box 3 is to be packaged, the first auxiliary cover plate 3C and the second auxiliary cover plate 3D are firstly covered on the box body, then the first main cover plate 3A is covered on the first and second auxiliary cover plates 3C and 3D, then the base part 11 on the second main cover plate 3B is torn to expose the first pasting part 21 (as shown in fig. 4 and 5), then the second main cover plate 3B is covered on the first main cover plate 3A, and meanwhile, the first pasting part 21 is pasted on the first main cover plate 3A, so that the packaging is completed. The protruding portion 111 is not adhered with the double-sided adhesive layer 2, so that a user can conveniently tear the base portion 11 of the release substrate 1 from the protruding portion 111.
As shown in fig. 6, when opening the package 3, the user only needs to lift the pull-out tear strip 12 between the two cutting seams 31 from one side end of the second main cover 3B, and then tear the pull-out tear strip 12 along the length direction of the release substrate 1 to break the second main cover 3B until the whole pull-out tear strip 12 is completely torn off the connected second main cover 3B (as shown in fig. 7) to form the tear-off groove 30, so as to open the package 3.
Since the second main cover 3B shown in fig. 7 can not be adhered again, when the packing box 3 is to be reused to package an article, as shown in the eighth drawing, after the cover plates of the packing box 3 are opened and the article is put in, the first sub-cover plate 3C and the second sub-cover plate 3D are covered (as shown in fig. 9), then the second sub-cover plate 3B is covered on the first sub-cover plate 3C and the second sub-cover plate 3D, and after the base portion 11 of the shape-separated substrate 1 on the first main cover plate 3A is torn off to expose the first adhering portion 21 (as shown in fig. 10 and 11), the first main cover plate 3A is covered on the second main cover plate 3B, and at the same time, the first adhering portion 21 is adhered on the second main cover plate 3B (as shown in fig. 12) to complete the package. Similarly, when the packaged package 3 is to be opened, the pull-out tear strip 12 between the two cutting seams 31 is lifted from one side end of the first main cover 3A in the manner described above, and the pull-out tear strip 12 is torn off the first main cover 3A along the length direction of the release substrate 1 until the whole pull-out tear strip 12 is completely torn off, so that the package 3 can be opened.
It should be noted that the discrete substrate 1 is adhered to the package edge faces of the first and second main cover plates 3A and 3B above the package box 3, however, since the bottom of the package box 3 also includes the same first and second main cover plates and the same first and second auxiliary cover plates, the discrete substrate 1 may be additionally adhered to another first and second main cover plates (not shown) below the package box 3, so that the package box may be recycled at least four times on the upper and lower main cover plates of one package box 3.
FIG. 13 is a perspective view of an embodiment of the present invention showing the packaging and opening device applied to a document delivery pouch; the document delivery belt 4 includes a bag 41 and a cover 42 connected to the bag opening 410, the separation substrate 1 of the present invention is adhered to the packaging edge surface of the cover 42, and a cutting slit 421 having a suitable length and parallel to the two sides of the pull-out tear strip 12 is disposed on the two side belt surfaces of the cover 42.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, when packaging is to be performed, the base portion 11 of the release substrate 1 is first peeled off to expose the first adhesive portion 21, and then the cover 42 is folded to adhere the first adhesive portion 21 to the bag 41 (as shown in fig. 16). When the document delivery pocket is to be opened, the pull-out tear strip 12 between the two cutting slits 421 is lifted from one side end of the cover 42, and the pull-out tear strip 12 is torn along the release substrate 1 (as shown in fig. 17) in the same manner as described above until the entire pull-out tear strip 12 is completely torn off the attached cover 42 (as shown in fig. 18), so that the document delivery pocket 4 is opened to expose the pocket opening 410 (as shown in fig. 19).
