Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to examples of embodiments shown in the drawings.
Example 1
The panel frame 2 shown in fig. 1 to 6 mainly includes a plurality of panel runners 21, a plurality of runner connectors 22, and the like, and the plurality of panel runners 21 are connected end to end by the runner connectors 22, so that each runner connector 22 is installed between two adjacent panel runners 21 (i.e., each runner connector 22 is used for connecting two adjacent panel runners 21). In actual use, the wall panel runners 21 and the runner connectors 22 are typically four each, and two adjacent wall panel runners 21 are perpendicular to each other to enclose a square frame structure.
In this embodiment, each wall panel keel 21 comprises a first support plate 211 (the first support plate 211 has two oppositely disposed long and short sides, the long side being commonly referred to as the end side), a first side support plate 212, a second support plate 213 and a position-limiting side plate 214 (shown in fig. 4). The first side support plates 212 have two pieces which are formed (generally integrally formed, hereinafter) at both sides of the first support plate 211 (the two first side support plates 212 are located at the same side of the first support plate 211) to be perpendicular thereto. The second support plate 213 is also provided in two pieces, which are correspondingly formed at the side edges of the two first side support plates 212 (i.e., the long side edges not in contact with the first support plate 211), and extend toward each other to be spaced apart therefrom such that the second support plate 213 is parallel to the first support plate 211. The two limiting side plates 214 are respectively formed at the side edges of the two second supporting plates 213 (i.e., the opposite side edges of the two second supporting plates 213) and extend towards the direction of the first supporting plate 211, so that the limiting side plates 214 are perpendicular to the first supporting plate 211; meanwhile, the position-limiting side plates 214 do not extend to contact with the first support plate 211, so that the corresponding first side support plate 212, second support plate 213, position-limiting side plates 214 and first support plate 211 enclose a receiving space 210 communicating with the outside (i.e. the outside of the wall panel keel 21) (the communication here does not mean that the wall panel keel 2 communicates with the outside through the open end).
In the present embodiment, the keel connector 22 is detachably mounted between two adjacent wall panel keels 21, and as shown in fig. 5 and 6, comprises two plug-in units 221 which are spaced and symmetrically arranged and a connecting unit 222 for connecting the two plug-in units 221 (the connecting unit 222 is located between the two plug-in units 221). The connection unit 222 includes a first connection rib 2221 connected between the two plug units 221 and a second connection rib 2222 connected between the two plug units 221 and connected to the first connection rib 2221, wherein the first connection rib 2221 is generally perpendicular to the second connection rib 2222 (and may be disposed at a specific angle as needed). The plug unit 221 includes an angular connecting block 2211 (the opposite surfaces of the two angular connecting blocks 2211 of different plug units 221 are defined as the inner surfaces thereof, the opposite surfaces are defined as the outer surfaces thereof; the same below), and plug blocks 2212 formed at both ends of the angular connecting block 2211 and matched with the receiving space 210 (i.e. the two plug blocks 2212 are perpendicular to each other and are used for being correspondingly inserted into the receiving spaces 210 of different wall panel keels 21). The plug unit 221 further includes a plurality of first ribs 2213 formed on the outer surface of the plug block 2212 (contacting the first side support plate 212 to avoid the difficulty of disassembly due to excessive friction) and at least one second rib 2214 formed on the inner surface of the plug block 2212 (the inner surface of the plug block 2212 is not planar and has a step structure such that part of the inner surface of the plug block 2212 contacts the surface of the wall panel keel 21 (i.e. the position-limiting side plate 214) and part of the inner surface of the plug block 2212 does not contact the surface of the wall panel keel 21. a plurality of regularly arranged and spaced protrusions may be disposed on the inner surface of the angular connecting block 2211 as required. the connecting unit 222 is generally formed between two angular connecting blocks 2211.
Example 2
A modular wall panel as shown in fig. 1 and 2 comprises a wall panel frame 2 according to example 1, a filler layer 3 (which may be rock wool, aluminum honeycomb or/and paper honeycomb, etc.) disposed in the wall panel frame 2, and panels 1 bonded to both surfaces of the filler layer 3 and extending to cover the side surfaces of the wall panel frame 2 (the panels 1 include panels 11 bonded to the filler layer 3, and barriers 12 formed at the edges of the panels 11 and perpendicular to the panels, and the barriers 12 are covered on the outer surfaces of the wall panel frame 2).
The assembling method of the modular wall panel comprises the following steps: (a) a plurality of wall plate keels 21 and a plurality of keel connecting pieces 22 are sequentially spliced to form a wall plate frame 2 (four in the example); (b) rock wool, aluminum honeycombs or/and paper honeycombs are filled in the wallboard frame 2 to form a filling layer 3; (c) two panels 1 are bonded to respective surfaces of the infill layer 3 with their edges covering the sides of a portion of the panel frame 2.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical concept and features of the present invention, and the purpose of the embodiments is to enable people skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and to implement the present invention, which cannot limit the protection scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes and modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered by the protection scope of the present invention.
