Therefore, in the 3 rd axis direction, the weight applied along both sides of the 1 st driving shaft 1 is equalized, and the weight applied along both sides of the 2 nd driving shaft 2 is equalized, and the force required for driving the 1 st driving shaft 1 and the 2 nd driving shaft 2 of the optical element in the rotational direction is small. Therefore, a device capable of two-axis tilt driving without requiring a large driving force can be provided.
In the present embodiment having this configuration, the placement unit is disposed on the opposite side of the 2 nd drive shaft 2 from the 1 st drive shaft 1, but may be disposed on the opposite side of the 2 nd drive shaft 2 with the 1 st drive shaft 1 interposed therebetween. The 1 st axis may be the Y axis, and the 2 nd axis may be the Z axis. That is, the 1 st drive shaft 1 may extend in the Y axis direction and be supported by the stationary member, and the 2 nd drive shaft 2 may extend in the Z axis direction and be supported by the intermediate member. At this time, the intermediate member rotates about the Y axis with respect to the fixed-side member, and the movable member rotates about the Z axis with respect to the intermediate member. In this manner, any one of the positions of the 1 st drive shaft 1 and the 2 nd drive shaft 2 in the X direction may be the upper side. In this case, the magnets 51 and 52 are preferably provided at positions facing each other in the Y axis direction with the 2 nd drive shaft 2 extending in the Z axis direction interposed therebetween.
In the present embodiment, the magnets 51 and 52 may be attached to the 3 rd member 30 not at the 2 nd drive shaft 2 but at positions sandwiching the 1 st drive shaft 1.
In the present embodiment, the coil 65 may be attached to the movable member and the magnet 55 may be attached to the fixed member as part of the driving mechanism of the prism driving device 8.
In the present embodiment, the 1 st drive shaft 1 is rotatably supported with respect to the stationary member, and fixedly supports the intermediate member. The 2 nd drive shaft 2 is rotatably supported with respect to the intermediate member, and fixedly supports the movable member. However, the opposite is also possible. That is, the 1 st drive shaft 1 is fixed to and supported by the fixed-side member, and rotatably supports the intermediate member. It is also possible to have the 2 nd drive shaft 2 supported stationary relative to the intermediate part and to have the movable part freely rotatable. At this time, a viscoelastic resin is filled between the outer peripheral surface of the 1 st drive shaft 1 and the inner peripheral surface of the vertical hole 251 in the vertical hole 251 of the prism drive device 8, and a viscoelastic agent is filled between the outer peripheral surface of the 1 st drive shaft 1 and the inner peripheral surfaces of the support holes 131 and 141. Further, a viscoelastic resin may be filled between the outer peripheral surface of the 2 nd drive shaft 2 and the inner peripheral surface of the transverse hole in the transverse hole, and a viscoelastic agent may be filled between the outer peripheral surface of the 2 nd drive shaft 2 and the inner peripheral surfaces of the support holes 212 and 222.

Claims (6)

1. An optical element driving device characterized in that,
the orthogonal coordinate system having mutually orthogonal 1 st axis, 2 nd axis and 3 rd axis comprises:
a stationary-side member;
a 1 st drive shaft extending in the 1 st axial direction and supported by the stationary-side member;
an intermediate member supported by the 1 st drive shaft and rotatable about the 1 st axis with respect to the fixed-side member;
a 2 nd drive shaft extending in the 2 nd axial direction and supported by the intermediate member;
a movable member supported by the 2 nd drive shaft, rotatable about the 2 nd axis with respect to the intermediate member, and having a placement portion on which an optical element is placed; and
a drive mechanism that applies a rotational force to the optical element mounted on the movable member,
a part of the drive mechanism is attached to the movable member on the opposite side of the placement portion with the 1 st drive shaft and the 2 nd drive shaft interposed therebetween in the 3 rd axial direction.
2. The optical element driving device according to claim 1,
the drive mechanism includes a magnet attached to the movable member and a coil attached to the fixed-side member so as to face the magnet.
3. The optical element driving device according to claim 2,
the drive mechanism further includes two sets of magnets attached to the movable member at positions sandwiching one of the 1 st drive shaft and the 2 nd drive shaft, and a coil attached to the fixed-side member so as to face each of the two sets of magnets.
4. The optical element driving device according to claim 1,
the 1 st drive shaft and the 2 nd drive shaft cross each other at an interval in the 3 rd axial direction between the placement portion and a part of the drive mechanism.
5. A camera device provided with the optical element driving device according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
6. An electronic apparatus provided with the camera device according to claim 5.
