Detailed Description
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be explained. Various features shown in the embodiments shown below may be combined with each other. In addition, each feature may independently form a utility model.
1. Packaging film 1
As shown in fig. 1, a packaging film 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base layer 2 and a sealing layer 3 in this order.
The base material layer 2 is made of a resin such as unstretched polyamide, stretched polyamide, ethylene- α -olefin copolymer, polypropylene, high-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, nylon, etc., the base material layer 2 is preferably made to have a thickness of 10 to 30 μm, more preferably 15 to 25 μm, and the base material layer 2 may be coated with a barrier layer (barrier) made of polyvinylidene chloride, etc.
The sealing layer 3 is a layer having heat sealability and is made of a thermoplastic resin. Examples of the thermoplastic resin and the material having good heat sealing performance include olefin resins such as olefin resins obtained by graft modification of known low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, medium-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, ethylene-propylene copolymers, other ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acids or anhydrides thereof, polyamide resins having a relatively low melting point or a low softening point, polyester resins, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resins, and the like. The sealing layer 3 is preferably formed to have a thickness of 30 to 60 μm, and more preferably 40 to 50 μm.
The sealing layer 3 has a contact layer 3a in contact with the content. The contact layer 3a contains a thermoplastic resin, an antistatic agent, and a lubricant. The antistatic agent is an additive capable of imparting antistatic properties, and the lubricant is an additive capable of imparting lubricity. As shown in examples and comparative examples described later, the release property of the batter is greatly improved by allowing the antistatic agent and the lubricant to be present in the contact layer 3a at the same time.
The thermoplastic resin of the contact layer 3a preferably contains low-density polyethylene and polybutene. This is because in this case, the easy-opening property of the sealing layer 3 (the ease of manually peeling off the sealing portion) tends to be improved. The composition of the contact layer 3a is preferably adjusted so that the sealing strength is 3 to 10N/15 mm.
The antistatic agent preferably contains glycerin fatty acid ester and polyglycerin fatty acid ester. One example of an antistatic agent is RIKEMASTER ESR-793. The blending ratio of the antistatic agent is preferably 5 to 12% by mass, more preferably 6 to 9% by mass, and specifically, for example, 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11, 11.5, and 12% by mass, based on 100% by mass of the entire resin composition constituting the contact layer 3a, and may be a value within a range between any two values exemplified herein. The antistatic agent is generally blended at about 4.5 mass%, but in the present embodiment, the release property is significantly improved by blending the antistatic agent at a higher ratio than usual. In addition, when the blending ratio of the antistatic agent is too large, there is a fear that clogging may be caused when a bag is produced from a film.
The lubricant preferably contains a fatty acid amide. The fatty acid amide preferably contains oleamide and erucamide. By using an antistatic agent composed of these compounds and a lubricant, the releasability is remarkably improved.
The sealing layer 3 is composed of a single layer or a plurality of layers. When the sealing layer 3 is a single layer, the sealing layer 3 as a whole is the contact layer 3 a.
When the sealing layer 3 has a multilayer structure, the ratio of the thickness of the contact layer 3a to the entire thickness of the sealing layer 3 is preferably 10 to 50%, and more preferably 20 to 40%.
When the sealing layer 3 is a multilayer structure, the sealing layer 3 preferably has a contact layer 3a and a polyethylene layer 3 b. The polyethylene layer 3b preferably has a Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) layer 3b1 and a Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) layer 3b2 in this order from the contact layer 3a side. By providing the sealing layer 3 in a multilayer structure, sufficient heat sealability can be ensured, and easy-opening and releasing properties can be exhibited by the contact layer 3 a. The ratio of the thickness of the low-density polyethylene layer 3b2 to the overall thickness of the polyethylene layer 3b is preferably 20 to 80%, more preferably 30 to 70%, and still more preferably 40 to 60%.
The film constituting the sealing layer 3 is preferably formed by Inflation molding (Inflation molding). Since a film formed by inflation molding often has unevenness in wall thickness or unevenness of a micron order, it is particularly significant to improve the detachability of the batter by allowing the antistatic agent and the lubricant to be present in the contact layer 3a at the same time.
The film 1 can be produced by laminating a film constituting the base layer 2 and a film constituting the sealant layer 3 by a dry lamination method, an extrusion lamination method, or the like. An adhesive layer 4 may be provided between the base material layer 2 and the sealing layer 3. The adhesive layer may be formed of a polyurethane adhesive or the like. Further, the surface of the base material layer 2 facing the sealant 3 may be subjected to printing treatment.
The film 1 preferably has a friction coefficient of 0.15 to 0.20. The manufacturing plant of the batter sometimes has a high temperature and a high humidity, and the film 1 may be caught when passing through the machine due to an excessively large friction coefficient of the film 1. On the other hand, when the friction coefficient of the film 1 is too small, the packaging film 1 may slip during passage through the machine, and the production may be suspended.
2. Packaging bag 11
As shown in fig. 2A and 2B, a packaging bag 11 according to an embodiment of the present invention is configured by forming a film 1 into a bag shape.
The package 11 has a longitudinal seal 12 and transverse seals 13, 14. The longitudinal seal 12 may be formed by: the film 1 is bent into a cylindrical shape, and the seal layers 3 at both ends of the film 1 are overlapped with each other, and the overlapped portion 15 is heat-sealed in a band shape except for the end edge portion thereof. The end edge portions are tear portions 16 and 17 adjacent to the longitudinal seal portion 12. The longitudinal seal 12 can be easily peeled off by grasping and pulling the tear-off portions 16, 17.
The transverse seals 13, 14 may be formed by: the tubular film 1 having the vertical seal portion 12 formed thereon is heat-sealed in a band shape with the seal layers 3 facing each other in a direction perpendicular to the vertical seal portion 12. After the formation of the lateral seal portion 13, the cylindrical film 1 is filled with the batter, and then the lateral seal portion 14 is formed, whereby the batter can be sealed in the packaging bag 11.
The batter may be removed from the package 11 by peeling the longitudinal seal 12 and the transverse seals 13, 14. Since the longitudinal sealing portion 12 and the lateral sealing portions 13, 14 can be peeled off by hand, the batter can be taken out without using scissors or a cutter.
When the packaging bag 11 is opened by peeling the vertical seal portion 12 and the horizontal seal portions 13 and 14, the batter is placed on the flat film 1. In this state, the film 1 is inverted to drop the batter into the inlet of the kneading apparatus, and the batter can be taken out from the packaging bag without touching the batter with hands. In this case, although there is a fear that the batter remains on the film 1, since the film 1 of the present embodiment improves the releasing property of the batter by the presence of both the antistatic agent and the lubricant on the contact layer 3a, the remaining of the batter on the film 1 is suppressed.
[ examples ]
1. Examples/comparative examples
< example 1>
A packaging bag 11 having a shape shown in fig. 2 was produced from the film 1 having a layer structure shown in fig. 1. The cylindrical film 1 after heat sealing the vertical seal portion 12 and the horizontal seal portion 13 is filled with the batter, and then the batter is sealed in the packaging bag 11 by heat sealing the horizontal seal portion 14. The environment when the film 1 was made into a bag and filled with batter was: humidity is above 80%, and room temperature is above 40 deg.C.
The composition of the resin composition constituting the contact layer 3a is as follows.
LDPE: 18.70% by mass
LLDPE: 48.60% by mass
Polybutene-containing additive (TAFMER BL3450, manufactured by mitsui chemicals): 24.30% by mass
Antistatic agents: 7.5% by mass
Lubricants: 0.9% by mass
As the antistatic agent, an antistatic agent RIKEMASTER ESR-793 containing a glycerin fatty acid ester and a polyglycerin fatty acid ester was used. As the lubricant, a lubricant containing fatty acid amide (oleamide and erucamide) is used.
After 6 days from the production, the packaging bag 11 is opened by peeling the vertical seal portion 12 and the horizontal seal portions 13 and 14 to place the batter on the flat film 1, and the film 1 is inverted in this state to drop the batter.
It was found that no batter remained on the film 1 and the release of the batter from the film 1 was good.
< comparative example 1>
A packaging bag 11 in which the batter was sealed was produced in the same manner as in example 1, except that the contact layer 3a did not contain an antistatic agent, and the packaging bag 11 was opened to drop the batter.
Some of the batter remains in the packaging bag 11, and the detachment of the batter from the film 1 is insufficient.
< comparative example 2>
A packaging bag 11 in which a batter was sealed was produced in the same manner as in example 1, except that the contact layer 3a did not contain a lubricant, and the packaging bag 11 was opened to drop the batter.
Some of the batter remains in the packaging bag 11, and the detachment of the batter from the film 1 is insufficient.
2. Results of the study
As shown in the above examples and comparative examples, it is found that only when the antistatic agent and the lubricant are added to the contact layer 3a at the same time, the releasability of the batter from the film 1 is good.
