Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
The conventional logistics object intelligent distribution device uses electric power as an energy source, so that after goods are distributed, the goods need to be charged, and at present, the intelligent distribution robot is charged only by a manual charging mode. However, such manual charging is inefficient and requires the effort of personnel occupying the logistics site.
Therefore, there is a need for a charging device capable of implementing an automatic charging function for a logistics device.
Fig. 1 schematically shows a cross-sectional view of a charging device according to an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, a charging device 1 according to an embodiment of the present application includes a frame body 2, a charging assembly 3. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the frame body 2 includes a top frame 23, at least one side bracket 21, and a base 22. The charging assembly 3 may be mounted on the frame body 2. For example, according to an embodiment of the present application, the charging assembly 3 may be mounted on the side bracket 21 at a height corresponding to a charging port of the logistics apparatus to be charged.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the charging assembly 3 includes a contact post 31 and a power supply assembly 35. For example, the contact posts 31 may be mounted on the sides of the charging assembly 3 and extend outward to the outside of the frame body 2. The contact post 31 may be provided to be in contact with a charging port thereof when the physical distribution device to be charged is charged, and may be provided as one or more as needed by the physical distribution device to be charged. The contact post 31 may be electrically connected to a power supply assembly 35 to provide power for charging when in contact with a charging port of the logistics apparatus.
The power supply assembly 35 may be provided on the base 22 as required to increase the stability of the charging device 1. In addition, the frame body 2 may further include a charging stand 25 for supporting the charging assembly 3. According to an embodiment of the present application, the charging stand 25 may take the form of a cross bar laterally connected between the side stands 21. In the case where the power supply module 35 is provided on the base 22, the charging stand 25 may support only the contact post 31. In other words, the contact post 31 may be fixed to the charging stand 25. In addition, the charging assembly 3 may further include a fixing assembly 33. The fixing member 33 may be mounted to the side bracket 21 of the frame body 2. In the case where the frame body 2 includes the charging stand 25, the fixing member 33 may be mounted on the charging stand 25. Accordingly, the contact post 31 may be disposed on the fixing member 33.
Fig. 2 schematically illustrates an enlarged view of the vicinity of a charging assembly of a charging device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the charging assembly 2 may further include at least one elastic member 34 for connecting the contact post 31 to the fixing assembly 33. According to an embodiment of the present application, the elastic member 34 may be provided to correspond to the contact pillars 31, so that each contact pillar 31 may be connected to the fixing assembly 33 through the elastic member 34 corresponding thereto. In this case, the contact column 31 may move relative to the fixing member 33 in case of receiving an external force (e.g., the physical distribution device approaches and presses the contact column 31), and may be restored to its original position by means of the elastic member 34 connected thereto in case of releasing the external force (e.g., the physical distribution device is charged and leaves the charging device 1). With this structure, it is possible to provide an appropriate contact buffer for the physical distribution device to be charged when the physical distribution device moves close to the charging device 1.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the charging assembly 2 may further include a guide sleeve 32. The guide sleeve 32 serves to accommodate the contact post 31 and the elastic member 34 so that the contact post 31 can move in the guide sleeve 32. Therefore, similarly to the elastic member 34, the guide sleeves 32 may also be provided in number corresponding to the contact posts 31, so that one elastic member 34 and one contact post 31 may be accommodated in each guide sleeve 32.
Further, according to the embodiment of the present application, the charging device 1 may further include a reinforcing member 4. The reinforcing member 4 may be provided at a connection between at least two of the top frame, the side stand and the base of the frame body 2 to reinforce stability and firmness of connection. For example, the reinforcing member 4 may be in the form of a right triangle with the right angle abutting the junction, thereby enabling reinforcement of the right angle junction formed.
Therefore, utilize the charging device of this application embodiment, through providing the contact post with the commodity circulation device contact to can charge for the commodity circulation device, improve the charging efficiency and the convenience of commodity circulation device greatly.
Fig. 3 schematically shows a usage scenario of a charging device according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 4 schematically shows a usage scenario of a charging device according to an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, an exemplary scenario of charging with the charging device 1 according to the embodiment of the present application will be described. For example, the chargeable logistics apparatus 5 may be equipped with an imaging device to image the environment and identify, for example, the charging apparatus 1 according to an embodiment of the present application. When the charging device 1 is identified, the logistics apparatus 5 can plan a path from the current location of the logistics apparatus 5 to the charging device 1 using a built-in control module, and drive the logistics apparatus 5 to travel to a location in contact with the charging device 1 using a drive module. For example, the physical distribution device 5 may drive itself to travel backward in a straight line while moving near the charging device 1 so that the charging port at the rear thereof is aligned with the contact post 31 of the charging device 1 and comes into contact with the contact post 31 as the physical distribution device 5 moves backward. Thereby initiating the charging process.
When the charging is finished, the charging device 1 may transmit a finishing signal to the distribution device 5 so that the distribution device 5 may drive itself to advance to disengage from the contact column 31.
Therefore, according to the charging device of the embodiment of the application, the contact column can be electrically contacted with the logistics device, so that the logistics device is provided with power, and the logistics device can leave the charging device after charging is finished. Therefore, the charging efficiency and the convenience of the logistics device can be greatly improved by the aid of the scheme.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
