Description

Multifunctional sterilizing cabinet
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a disinfected technical field of tableware specifically, relates to a multifunctional disinfection cabinet.
Background
In recent years, disinfection cabinets have become the standard configuration for kitchens in large and medium-sized cities as a means for storing and disinfecting food utensils, such as bowls, chopsticks, dishes, etc.
The disinfection mode adopted by the disinfection cabinet comprises high-temperature heating, ozone, ultraviolet irradiation or the combination of the high-temperature heating, the ozone and the ultraviolet irradiation. Among them, ultraviolet irradiation is one of the most widely used sterilization methods in the sterilization cabinet. Through set up ultraviolet lamp in the sterilizer, can carry out the ultraviolet irradiation disinfection to the tableware in the sterilizer.
However, ultraviolet radiation can only disinfect the irradiated surface. Most of the existing disinfection cabinets are provided with ultraviolet lamps at the top of a disinfection chamber, and the surfaces which cannot be irradiated by the ultraviolet lamps can not be disinfected well. Especially for thin and tall vessels such as bottles (such as milk bottles), cups and the like, the caliber of the vessel is obviously smaller than the height, namely, the inner cavity of the vessel has a certain depth, so that the inner surface is difficult to be irradiated by ultraviolet rays, and therefore, sterilization dead angles exist. In addition, the existing disinfection cabinet has limited inner space, and is not provided with a special disinfection area for the thin and high-shaped vessels, and some users have poor understanding of the ultraviolet irradiation disinfection characteristics, so that the thin and high-shaped vessels can be randomly placed, and the disinfection effect can be greatly influenced.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In order to at least partially solve the problems of the prior art, a multi-functional sterilizing cabinet is provided, which has a multi-functional sterilizing section, including a first ultraviolet sterilizing device and a second ultraviolet sterilizing device, which are respectively located above and below the multi-functional sterilizing section. This multi-functional sterilizer can remind the user to put upright or upside down (preferably upside down) the thin high-shaped household utensils that present sterilizer is difficult to handle and disinfect in this region through setting up multi-functional disinfection district. And, through set up ultraviolet sterilizing equipment respectively in the top of multi-functional disinfection district and below, can shine inner wall and outer wall of thin and high shape household utensils to disinfect to thin and high shape household utensils omnidirectionally, thoroughly. The multifunctional sterilizing area can be used for placing other vessels or tableware without sterilizing the thin and tall vessels.
Illustratively, the multi-functional sterilizer includes: the multifunctional disinfection area is positioned on the shelf, and a first connecting part is arranged in the multifunctional disinfection area; and a bracket on which a second connection part is provided, the second connection part being detachably connected to the first connection part to detachably connect the bracket to the multi-functional sterilizing region on the shelf. Therefore, the limited space in the disinfection cabinet can be reasonably utilized, and the maximization of space utilization is realized. The bracket may have various shapes and structures as long as the function thereof can be achieved.
Illustratively, a plurality of spoon-securing slots are provided on the shelf within the multi-functional sterile zone. In daily use, the frequency of use of the spoon may be lower than that of the container such as a plate, a bowl, etc., and thus the piece area can be utilized as a multi-functional sterilizing area. Therefore, the utilization of the limited space in the multifunctional disinfection cabinet is more reasonable, and the multifunctional disinfection cabinet is convenient for users to use.
Illustratively, a through hole is provided in front of the spoon fixing groove, and the through hole and a portion of the spoon fixing groove form the first connection portion. Therefore, the original structure of the disinfection cabinet can be utilized to realize new functions, so that the product is changed slightly, and the design period of the product is shortened.
Illustratively, the holder has one or more retaining portions for securing the elongated vessel. Therefore, the long and thin vessel can be prevented from shifting or toppling over to influence the sterilization effect when the cabinet door is opened or closed, and particularly the pull type cabinet door can be prevented.
Illustratively, the limiting part is a supporting column. As the slender vessels used in daily life can have various calibers, the support column is more widely applicable and can adapt to slender vessels with most calibers. In addition, the support column can prompt a user to invert the slender vessel on the bracket, so that the support column can be inserted into the inverted slender vessel, and a better disinfection effect can be achieved.
Illustratively, the multifunctional disinfection cabinet further comprises a pull-out cabinet door, and the shelf is connected to the pull-out cabinet door. The elongated vessels themselves to be sterilized usually have a high height and in some embodiments, the elongated vessels also need to be turned upside down on the supporting columns, thus requiring a large operating space above the supporting columns, and the pull-out cabinet door can solve this problem well.
Illustratively, the multi-functional sterilizer has an upper chamber and a lower chamber, the multi-functional sterilization zone being located in the upper chamber. The upper chamber and the lower chamber usually adopt different disinfection modes, so that the multifunctional disinfection cabinet can be suitable for tableware made of various materials for daily use. The upper chamber is disinfected by ultraviolet irradiation, the change of the existing multifunctional disinfection cabinet is small, and the product updating period is shortened.
Illustratively, the multifunctional sterilization zone is located near the cabinet door of the multifunctional sterilization cabinet to facilitate the insertion and removal of tall and thin vessels, and racks.
Illustratively, the first ultraviolet disinfection device is located in an intermediate region at the top of the disinfection chamber; and/or at least a portion of the second uv disinfection device is located directly below the multi-functional disinfection zone. The first ultraviolet ray sterilizing device can sterilize all tableware and utensils in the sterilizing chamber. And the second ultraviolet disinfection device is mainly used for disinfecting tableware and/or thin and tall utensils in the multifunctional disinfection area. Therefore, compared with the first ultraviolet disinfection device, the ultraviolet disinfection device with lower power can be selected, thereby reducing the production cost and the use cost.
Illustratively, the receiving device is arranged on the front wall of the multifunctional disinfection cabinet and is used for receiving the operation information of a user; a control device disposed in the multifunctional sterilizing cabinet, the control device being electrically connected to the receiving device and the second ultraviolet sterilizing device (160), the control device controlling the second ultraviolet sterilizing device (160) to be turned on or off based on the operation information acquired from the receiving device. In this way, the user is more flexible to use and power can be saved.

In addition, some technical features that are well known in the art are not described in detail in order to avoid obscuring the present invention.
At present, the multi-functional disinfection cabinet 100 for household use generally comprises a cabinet body 110 and a cabinet door 120. The inner container 130 is located on the top, bottom, side and rear surfaces of the cabinet 110, and the area surrounded by the inner container 130 is a sterilization chamber. A cabinet door 120 is connected to the cabinet 110 from the front to enclose the sterilization chamber, as shown in fig. 1. In a multi-functional disinfection cabinet for home use, a center partition 132 is generally used to divide the space inside the inner container into an upper chamber and a lower chamber, as shown in fig. 2. The upper and lower chambers are provided with cabinet doors 120, respectively. The upper chamber and the lower chamber are generally sterilized in different manners, so that the multi-functional sterilizing cabinet 100 can be applied to tableware of various materials used in daily life. In one set of embodiments, the upper chamber of the multi-functional sterilizer 100 is a low-temperature sterilization zone and the lower chamber is a high-temperature sterilization zone. Namely, the upper chamber is sterilized by ultraviolet irradiation. In another set of embodiments, both the upper and lower chambers are sterilized by a combination of UV irradiation and high temperature sterilization. Therefore, how to distribute the disinfection mode to the upper chamber and the lower chamber, the utility model discloses not restrict as long as can with the utility model provides a disinfection mode combined use can. Embodiments of an upper chamber employing the principles of the present invention will be described herein with reference to the accompanying drawings. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the principles of the present invention may be applied to the lower chamber, or to a cabinet having no levels of layers within the liner, or to any of the levels in a cabinet divided into more levels. The multifunctional disinfection cabinet can be various household disinfection cabinets and various commercial disinfection cabinets.
The principles of the present invention will be described with reference to figures 1-2, which illustrate a multi-functional sterilizer 100 according to one embodiment of the invention from multiple angles. As shown, the multi-functional sterilizer 100 has a multi-functional sterilizing section 140. Illustratively, the multi-function sterilization zone 140 may be located near the cabinet door of the multi-function sterilizer 100 to facilitate the insertion and removal of the tall and thin vessels 200, and the later-mentioned racks 180 (if any). The multi-functional sterilizer 100 may include a first ultraviolet sterilizing device 150 and a second ultraviolet sterilizing device 160. The first ultraviolet sterilizing device 150 is located above the multifunctional sterilizing region 140. The second ultraviolet sterilizing device 160 is located below the multifunctional sterilizing region 140. The first and second uv sterilizing devices 150 and 160 may be, for example, uv sterilizing lamps.
The multi-functional sterilization zone 140 is used to prompt a user to place a thin tall vessel 200 such as a cup, a bottle, etc. in the area for sterilization. The thin and high vessel refers to a vessel with the height larger than the caliber in visual inspection. Including but not limited to feeding bottles, storage jars, and the like. Characters or graphic marks can be arranged in or near the multifunctional disinfection area and used for reminding a user of the use of the multifunctional disinfection area. Alternatively or additionally, the use of the multifunctional sterilization zone may also be specified in the product description. Since the ultraviolet sterilizing devices are disposed above and below the multi-functional sterilizing region 140, the user can be reminded to place the thin and tall vessel 200 in the multi-functional sterilizing region 140 upright or upside down. In this way, the first and second ultraviolet sterilizing devices 150 and 160 can be irradiated to the inner and outer walls of the slim tall vessel 200 to perform effective sterilization. In addition, the user may be reminded that, in the case that there is residual moisture in the thin and high shaped vessel 200, the thin and high shaped vessel 200 is preferably inverted in the multifunctional sterilizing region 140 to allow the moisture to flow out and avoid affecting the sterilizing effect, as shown in fig. 2. Of course, the multi-functional sterilization zone 140 may be used to place other utensils or tableware without sterilizing the tall and thin utensils 200.
The multifunctional sterilizing cabinet 100 can remind the user to place the thin and tall vessel 200 which is difficult to be treated by the existing sterilizing cabinet in the area to be sterilized in a vertical or inverted (preferably inverted) manner by arranging the multifunctional sterilizing area 140. Further, the ultraviolet ray sterilizing devices are respectively disposed above and below the multi-functional sterilizing region 140 to irradiate the inner wall and the outer wall of the thin and tall vessel 200, thereby sterilizing the thin and tall vessel 200 comprehensively and completely.
Illustratively, the periphery of the multi-functional sterilization zone 140 may be a conventional tableware sterilization zone in which conventional tableware may be placed for sterilization. The conventional tableware sterilizing area can comprise a bowl and plate sterilizing area, and bowl and plate slots can be arranged in the bowl and plate sterilizing area and used for sterilizing conventional tableware such as bowls and plates. The conventional dish sterilization zone described above may be the same as or similar to existing sterilization cabinets and will therefore not be described in further detail herein. In this case, the conventional tableware and the tall and thin tableware 200 may be sterilized by using the first ultraviolet sterilizing device 150 in common. Thus, in one embodiment, the first ultraviolet disinfection device 150 may be located in the middle region of the top of the disinfection chamber. In the illustrated embodiment, the multi-functional sterilizing section 140 is located in the upper compartment of the multi-functional sterilizing cabinet 100, and the first ultraviolet sterilizing device 150 may be located in the middle area of the top of the upper compartment, i.e., the middle area of the liner ceiling 134, as shown in fig. 2.
Preferably, at least a portion of the second ultraviolet sterilizing device 160 may be located directly below the multifunctional sterilizing region 140, as illustrated in fig. 2. The region corresponding to "right below" refers to a projection region of the multifunctional sterilizing region 140 in the vertical direction. The second uv sterilizing device 160 is mainly used to sterilize the dishes and/or the tall and thin dishes 200 in the multi-functional sterilizing region 140, so that a uv sterilizing device having a smaller power can be selected compared to the first uv sterilizing device 150, thereby reducing the production cost and the use cost. Illustratively, the first UV light disinfection device 150 may employ a UV disinfection lamp of about 10-20 watts (e.g., 15 watts), and the second UV disinfection device 160 may employ a UV disinfection lamp of about 3-7 watts (e.g., 5 watts).
Illustratively, the first ultraviolet sterilizing device 150 and the second ultraviolet sterilizing device 160 may each include a lamp socket and a lamp tube. The lamp tube is mounted on a lamp holder, which can be mounted in the multifunctional disinfection cabinet by, for example, threaded fasteners, snaps, or threads. Illustratively, the lamp holder of the first uv sterilizing device 150 may be fixed to the inner container top plate 134. For example, the lamp holder of the second uv sterilizing device 160 may be fixed to the door frame of the cabinet door 120 or to the partition wall 132.
As described above, the conventional disinfection cabinet mostly uses the upper chamber low-temperature disinfection and the lower chamber high-temperature disinfection, and based on this, the multifunctional disinfection area 140 may be located in the upper chamber. Therefore, the existing multifunctional disinfection cabinet is slightly changed, and the product updating period is shortened.
Further, the multi-functional sterilizer 100 may further include a bracket 180, as shown in fig. 1-2. The multi-functional sterilizing region 140 is positioned on the shelf 170, and as shown in fig. 4, a first connecting portion 172 is provided on the shelf 170 within the multi-functional sterilizing region 140. The bracket 180 is provided with a second connecting portion 182, as shown in fig. 3. The second coupling portion 182 is detachably coupled to the first coupling portion 172 to detachably couple the bracket 180 to the multi-functional sterilizing region 140 on the shelf 170. Illustratively, one of the first and second coupling portions 172 and 182 is, for example, a hole, and the other is, for example, a shaft, which may be inserted into the hole to detachably couple the bracket 180 to the shelf 170. In addition, the first connecting portion 172 is, for example, a groove provided on the shelf 170, and the second connecting portion 182 is, for example, a snap fit that can be received in the groove. The first and second connection parts 172 and 182 may have various structures as long as the bracket 180 can be detachably connected to the shelf 170.
The bracket 180 may have a fence and/or a flange, etc. in which the tall and thin vessels 200 are placed, so that the multi-functional sterilization zone 140 can be clearly divided. Since the bracket 180 is detachably connected to the multi-functional sterilizing section 140 on the shelf 170, the bracket 180 can be mounted on the shelf 170 when it is required to sterilize the slim tall vessels 200. When the tall and thin vessel 200 is not required to be sterilized, the support frame 180 may be removed and the area may be restored to the original functional area. Therefore, the limited space in the disinfection cabinet can be reasonably utilized, and the maximization of space utilization is realized. The bracket 180 may have various shapes and structures as long as its function can be achieved. Preferably, the bracket 180 may be frame-shaped to reduce the weight of the bracket 180.
Illustratively, the multi-functional sterilizer 100 further comprises a receiving device and a control device. The receiving means may be provided on the front wall of the multi-function sterilizer 100, such as on the baffle 122 above the cabinet door 120, as shown in fig. 1-2. The receiving device is used for receiving the operation information of the user. Alternatively, the receiving device is an interactive device such as a touch panel, a key, or the like. Optionally, the receiving device may also be a communication device. The user can send the operation information to the communication device through terminal equipment such as a smart phone and a tablet personal computer. The control device is disposed in the multifunctional sterilizing cabinet 100. The control device is electrically connected to the receiving device and the second uv sterilizing device 160. The control means acquires the operation information from the receiving means and controls the second ultraviolet sterilizing device 160 to be turned on or off based on the operation information.
Illustratively, when it is required to sterilize the tall and thin vessel 200 in the multi-functional sterilization zone 140, the user may input an operation information for turning on through the receiving means, and the control means controls the second ultraviolet sterilization device 160 to turn on according to the operation information for turning on. On the contrary, when the general tableware is sterilized only in the multi-functional sterilizing region 140, the user may input the closing operation information through the receiving means, and the control means controls the second ultraviolet sterilizing device 160 to be closed according to the closing operation information. In this way, the user is more flexible to use and power can be saved.
Illustratively, the original function of the multi-function sterilizing region 140 may be a spoon sterilizing region for sterilizing a spoon. In daily use, the spoon may be used less frequently than a dish, bowl, or the like, and thus the piece area may be used as the multi-functional sterilizing section 140. Therefore, the limited space in the multifunctional disinfection cabinet 100 is more reasonably utilized, and the multifunctional disinfection cabinet is convenient for users to use. Accordingly, a plurality of spoon fixing slots 174 are provided in the multi-functional sterilizing region 140 on the shelf 170. Illustratively, the spoon fixing groove 174 may have a shape of a cashew nut.
Further, a part of the spoon fixing groove 174, for example, the spoon fixing groove 174a, may be a part of the first coupling portion 172, and preferably, a through hole 172a is further provided in front of the spoon fixing groove 174, and the spoon fixing groove 174a and the through hole 172a together form the first coupling portion 172. Therefore, the original structure of the disinfection cabinet can be utilized to realize new functions, so that the product is changed slightly, and the design period of the product is shortened.
Preferably, the bracket 180 may have one or more stoppers 184. The limiting portion 184 is used for limiting the elongated vessel 200, as shown in fig. 2-3, so as to prevent the elongated vessel from shifting or toppling over when the cabinet door 120 is opened or closed, thereby affecting the sterilization effect. Especially for the pull-out type cabinet door, the problem that the elongated vessel 200 is displaced or toppled when the cabinet door 120 is opened or closed is more likely to occur. The stopper 184 may have various shapes. Illustratively, the stopper 184 may be a catch groove provided on the bracket 180, and a lower end of the elongated vessel (which is an opening portion of the elongated vessel 200 when the elongated vessel 200 is inverted as shown in the drawing) may be inserted into the catch groove, thereby fixing the elongated vessel 200.
In a preferred embodiment, the restraint portion 184 is a support post, as shown in FIGS. 3-4. As the slender vessels used in daily life can have various calibers, the support column is more widely applicable and can adapt to slender vessels with most calibers. In addition, the support post can prompt the user to invert the elongated vessel on the stand 180 and insert the support post into the inverted elongated vessel 200 to achieve better sterilization. The support column may be an inverted U-shaped column as shown in the figures, and alternatively, the support column may have other shapes, such as a V-shape, a circular ring shape, a straight rod shape, and the like, as long as the function thereof can be achieved.
Preferably, the cabinet door 120 of the multifunctional sterilizer 100 is of a pull type. The shelf 170 is connected to the drawer cabinet door 120 as shown in fig. 1-2. The cabinet door 120 is opened and the shelf 170 is pulled out of the sterilization chamber. Generally, the multifunctional disinfection cabinet 100 is installed in a floor cabinet of a kitchen, and after the pull-out cabinet door 120 is opened, a user can directly take and place tableware and/or utensils from above, so that the multifunctional disinfection cabinet is more convenient to use. Furthermore, for the multi-functional disinfection cabinet 100 with the multi-functional disinfection zone 140, the elongated vessel 200 to be disinfected has a high height, and in some embodiments, the elongated vessel 200 needs to be buckled on the limiting part 184 (such as the supporting column), so that a large operation space needs to be reserved above the supporting column, which is difficult for the limited space in the disinfection chamber. And the pull-out cabinet door can solve the problem well.
