Cold water enters the first inner container 31 from the cold water inlet 314, is preheated after exchanging heat with the first flue 32, is discharged from the preheated cold water outlet 315, enters the water heater body 2 from the preheated cold water inlet 24 for reheating, is output to a user from the hot water outlet 25 after the reheating is finished, and has the best effect after the water in the water heater flows.
