背景技术
随着3C数码产品和电动汽车的快速普及,软包锂离子电芯的消费需求日益增长,软包锂离子电芯结构中,卷芯是封装在成型后的铝塑膜膜壳内部,卷芯与膜壳之间附着力差,使用过程中跌落容易失效,造成封边裂口漏液,存在安全隐患,急需改善。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决电芯使用过程中卷芯和膜壳之间可能发生跌落失效的问题,提供一种避免跌落失效的锂离子电池。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案如下:
一种避免跌落失效的锂离子电池,在卷芯和铝塑膜之间设置有双层热熔胶,所述双层热熔胶为SIS胶层和PP胶层,所述SIS胶层的一侧和PP胶层的一侧粘接,所述SIS胶层的另一侧与卷芯粘贴固定,所述PP胶层的另一侧与铝塑膜粘贴固定。
本实用新型相对于现有技术的有益效果为:本实用新型通过在卷芯和铝塑膜之间设置双层热熔胶,其中与铝塑膜粘合的胶为PP胶,通过加热作用,胶带PP与膜壳PP热熔粘合,使卷芯和膜壳形成更稳定的粘合,避免卷芯跌落失效。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步的说明,但并不局限于此,凡是对本实用新型技术方案进行修正或等同替换,而不脱离本实用新型技术方案的精神范围,均应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之中。
本实用新型中,SIS胶层1通过贴合粘附在PP胶层2上,形成双层热熔胶;使用时,在卷绕工序SIS胶层1与卷芯面贴合,固定在卷芯表面,SIS胶层1在常温下自带粘性可以很好的粘附在卷芯表面,如图2所示;贴有新型胶带的卷芯入壳示意图如图3所示,封装工序PP胶层2和铝塑膜PP贴合,通过专用热压封头对胶带区域进行热压(温度170℃左右,高于PP的熔点),使PP胶层2和铝塑膜PP层热熔在一起,卷芯可以稳固的固定在膜壳内部,避免电芯跌落失效问题。
具体实施方式一:本实施方式记载的是一种避免跌落失效的锂离子电池,如图1~4所示,在卷芯和铝塑膜之间设置有双层热熔胶,所述双层热熔胶为SIS(苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)胶层1和PP(聚丙烯)胶层2,所述SIS胶层1的一侧和PP胶层2的一侧粘接,所述SIS胶层1的另一侧与卷芯粘贴固定,所述PP胶层2的另一侧与铝塑膜粘贴固定,两层胶的厚度依据实际需求任意调整。

1.一种避免跌落失效的锂离子电池,其特征在于:在卷芯和铝塑膜之间设置有双层热熔胶,所述双层热熔胶为SIS胶层(1)和PP胶层(2),所述SIS胶层(1)的一侧和PP胶层(2)的一侧粘接,所述SIS胶层(1)的另一侧与卷芯粘贴固定,所述PP胶层(2)的另一侧与铝塑膜粘贴固定。
