(Structure for Cooling working oil)
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 3, the working device oil cooler 27 as an air-cooled cooling device, the fuel cooler 28 as an air-cooled second cooling device, and the transmission oil cooler 29 as an air-cooled third cooling device are provided in a vertically aligned state in a space in the dust box 22 and in a passage path through which air sucked by the cooling fan 19 through the dust box 22 passes. The working-equipment oil cooler 27 cools working-equipment oil, which is an example of working oil, the fuel cooler 28 cools fuel supplied to the engine 17, and the transmission oil cooler 29 cools transmission oil.
The fuel cooler 28 is located above the working device cold oil engine 27, and the transmission cold oil engine 29 is located below the working device cold oil engine 27. The fuel cooler 28, the working device oil cooler 27, and the transmission oil cooler 29 are not overlapped when viewed from the side, but are disposed in a vertically aligned state.
The working device oil is hydraulic oil for supplying to the plurality of hydraulic cylinders for lifting. The running transmission oil is a working oil supplied to a hydrostatic continuously variable transmission (not shown) capable of continuously varying a running speed.
A rectangular ventilation opening 30 having substantially the same shape as the external shape of the air suction operation portion of the radiator 18 is formed in the side portion of the dust box 22 on the radiator 18 side. When the dust box 22 is in the closed position (the state shown in fig. 2 and 3), the working-equipment oil cooler 27, the fuel cooler 28, and the transmission oil cooler 29 are located at positions corresponding to the ventilation openings 30, respectively. Therefore, the cooling air acts on the working device oil cooler 27, the fuel cooler 28, and the transmission oil cooler 29, respectively, to perform a cooling function.
(supporting structure of oil cooler, etc.)
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, an upper lateral frame body 31 as a first lateral frame extending in the lateral direction toward the front-rear direction of the machine body is provided at an intermediate position in the vertical direction between the working device oil cooler 27 and the fuel cooler 28. Further, by releasing the bolt connection, the connection between the upper lateral frame body 31 and the lower lateral frame body 34 and the frame member 33 can be released. Therefore, both lateral side end portions of the upper lateral frame body 31 and the lower lateral frame body 34 are detachably supported by the front longitudinal edge portion 33B and the rear longitudinal edge portion 33C, which are lateral side portions on both lateral sides of the frame member 33.
The releasing operation of the upper lateral frame 31 and the lower lateral frame 34 can be performed from the outside of the dust box 22 through the ventilation opening 30. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the ventilation opening 30 is opened upward in a state where the dust box 22 is switched to the open position. In this state, the dust box 22 can be attached to and detached from the outside through the ventilation opening 30 from above.
The bolt fastening portion of the rear longitudinal edge portion 33C of the frame member 33 of the dust box 22 projects toward the inner circumferential side of the ventilation opening 30. Therefore, when the bolt connection is released and the rear end portions of the upper lateral frame body 31 and the lower lateral frame body 34 are moved upward or downward, the rear end portions can be removed outward through the ventilation opening 30. Further, the mounting can be performed from the outside.
The working device oil cooler 27, the fuel cooler 28, and the transmission oil cooler 29 each have a hose H having flexibility for supplying and discharging working oil and fuel as a refrigerant. As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the dust box 22 has a hose fixing portion 35 at the bottom thereof for holding the hose H. The hose fixing portion 35 is an L-shaped plate when viewed from the front-rear direction, a plurality of insertion holes 36 through which the hose H is inserted are formed in a horizontal surface when the dust box 22 is in the closed posture, and a grommet 37 in a ring shape for protecting the hose H is attached to the insertion holes 36.
The hose fixing portion 35 is attachable to and detachable from the radiator 18 side in the thickness direction (the body left-right direction) of the dust box 22. Specifically, the dust box 22 can be attached and detached from above through the ventilation opening 30 in a state in which it is switched to the closed posture.
As shown in fig. 4, a lower frame member 38 serving also as a lower side edge portion of the frame member 33 is provided at a lower portion of the dust box 22. The lower frame member 38 is formed with a notch 39 into which the hose H can be fitted from the radiator 18 side. The hose fixing portion 35 is placed on the upper side of the lower frame member 38 and fixed by bolt fastening. The gap between the notch 39 and the hose H is closed by fixing the hose by the hose fixing portion 35. The hose fixing portion 35 can be removed by releasing the bolt connection.
As shown in fig. 2, the fuel supply and discharge pipe 40 extending from the fuel cooler 28 is disposed along the upper lateral frame member 31 and the rear longitudinal edge portion 33C of the frame member 33. The fuel supply/discharge pipe 40 passes under the radiator 18, as with the hose H, and extends from the internal space of the dust box 22 to the inside of the engine room 20. Therefore, the rear-side longitudinal edge portion 33C corresponds to a longitudinal frame that supports the fuel supply and discharge pipe 40 in the vertical direction.
The plurality of hoses H can be inserted and removed in the vertical direction while the working device oil cooler 27 and the transmission oil cooler 29 are held in the vertical positions.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the upper lateral frame body 31 and the lower lateral frame body 34 can be detached from above through the ventilation opening 30 in a state where the dust box 22 is switched to the open posture. Further, the bolt connection between the upper portion of the fuel cooler 28 and the lower portion of the transmission-use oil cooler 29 and the frame member 33 can be released.
By releasing the connection with the frame member 33 as described above, the working-equipment oil cooler 27, the fuel cooler 28, and the transmission oil cooler 29 can be removed from the outside integrally with the upper lateral frame 31 and the lower lateral frame 34 through the ventilation opening 30. At this time, the hose fixing portion 35 can also be removed together.
The radiator 18 has a holding portion 41 at an upper central position thereof, and the holding portion 41 is used to hold the working device oil cooler 27, the fuel cooler 28, and the transmission oil cooler 29, which are detached from the dust box 22, in the vertical posture. As shown in fig. 6, the holding portion 41 can be coupled to and support the coupling member 32 provided at the upper portion of the fuel cooler 28 by, for example, bolt coupling.
As shown in fig. 6, the work equipment oil cooler 27, the fuel cooler 28, and the transmission oil cooler 29 can be held in the vertical postures by supporting the coupling member 32 on the holding portion 41. In the state of being held in the vertical posture as described above, the hose H can be inserted and removed in the vertical direction. The hose H can be pulled out for maintenance work. After the completion of the work, the components detached from the dust box 22 as described above can be assembled into the dust box 22 through the ventilation opening 30.
