Abstract
本结构涉及一种钣金控制柜，具体涉及一种控制柜柜门的连接结构。包括：控制柜体有四面向外的翻边，分体铰链的底座焊接在翻边上；外包柜门与分体铰链转轴焊接，安装时转轴插入柜体铰链底座固定，可以灵活转动；柜门和柜体设计有安装锁孔，可以根据客户需要增加防盗锁。本设计要解决的技术问题在于，提供一种结构简单，运输方便，安装简易的控制柜方案。

技术领域
本结构涉及一种钣金控制柜，具体涉及一种控制柜柜门的连接结构。
背景技术
现代社会出于便利性需求，需要安装越来越多的室外电控柜，对于电控柜的防水性能和安装简易型也有了更高的要求。目前市场上的电控柜设计方案普遍存在加工工艺复杂、运输易遗失配件、安装工序多等问题，导致成本较高，能否优化设计方案，降低加工、运输、安装等环节的成本，是时下的一个重要课题。
发明内容
本结构要解决的技术问题在于，提供一种结构简单、运输方便、安装简易的控制柜方案。
为了实现方案需要，本设计提供了一种控制柜的新结构，包括外翻式防水柜体、外包柜门、分体式铰链。其特征在于：控制柜体有四面向外的翻边，分体铰链的底座焊接在翻边上，翻边起到能防止水滴溅落侵入柜体内部的作用。
进一步的，外包柜门与分体铰链转轴焊接，安装时转轴插入柜体铰链底座固定，转动灵活。
进一步的，柜门关闭时，柜体的翻边卡住柜门，上紧固定螺丝后使柜门稳固不晃动。
进一步的，柜门和柜体设计有安装锁孔，可以根据客户需要增加防盗锁。
本设计方案的有益效果是：1、将常见的控制柜向内折弯的防水槽改成了向外的翻边，对于钣金加工来说，降低了生产难度和加工时间，良品率和生产效率都得到了提升。2、分体式铰链与常规用合页式铰链或插销式铰链相比，通过钣金加工时一次性焊接取消了多个螺栓紧固的工序，简化了流程，提升了装配速率。3、运输过程中，由于柜门和柜体自我限位，结构稳定，不存在插销掉落的情况，不需要专门对铰链连接处做固定处理，方便运输。

具体实施方式
柜门1与柜体2通过分体铰链3连接，其中铰链3由铰链轴5和铰链底座6组成，铰链轴5与柜门1焊接为一体（图2），铰链底座6与柜体2焊接为一体（图3）。装配好后，关闭柜门，防水翻边4正好卡住柜门保持稳固（图4）。

Claims (3)
1.一种钣金控制柜的结构，包括柜体外翻防水边、外包柜门、分体式铰链，分体式铰链包括铰链轴和铰链底座，其特征在于：铰链轴与柜门整体焊接，铰链底座与柜体整体焊接，通过铰链配合将柜门柜体装配在一起，实现柜门开闭。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种钣金控制柜的结构，其特征在于：当柜门打开时，只需向上推举，即可方便拆卸；当柜门关闭时，由于翻边与柜门卡位，柜门契合稳固，安全可靠。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种钣金控制柜的结构，其特征在于：设计有防盗安全锁专用安装孔，可供客户自行加装防盗安全锁。
