The portable washing machine as claimed in claim 9, wherein a UV lamp is provided at a middle portion inside the cabinet, and the upper casing and/or the lower casing are correspondingly provided with a sealed transparent window; a circuit board for controlling the driving motor and the UV lamp to work is arranged at the upper part in the shell, and the driving motor and the UV lamp are correspondingly and electrically connected with the circuit board; the outer surface of the upper part of the shell is provided with a three-pin power socket, the three-pin power socket is correspondingly and electrically connected with the circuit board, and the three-pin power socket is provided with a pluggable power line; and the transparent window is provided with scale marks.
