In an embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 6, the control assembly 21 includes a second body 311 and a front cover 212 detachably connected to the second body 311, the second body 311 includes a second rear cover 2111 and a control board 2112 disposed on the second rear cover 2111, the front cover 212 is disposed on a front side wall of the second accommodating space 10b, and the second body 311 is detachably connected to the front cover 212 and can be moved into or out of the second accommodating space 10b from the first opening 11a.
In the maintenance and replacement process, the cover 12 is operated to open the first opening 11a, the second body 311 formed by the second rear cover 2111 and the control board 2112 is detached from the front cover 212, and the second accommodation space 10b is removed from the first opening 11a, thereby facilitating the detection and maintenance of the control board 2112. After the maintenance is finished, the control board 2112 is mounted to the second rear cover 2111 to form the second body 311, the formed second body 311 is sent into the second accommodating space 10b from the first opening 11a and is connected with the front cover 212, so that the cover 12 re-closes the first opening 11a, and the mounting is finished, the operation is simple and quick, and the efficiency is high.
Note that, the detachable manner of the second body 311 and the front cover 212 formed by the control board 2112 and the second rear cover 2111 is not limited. Illustratively, screw holes are formed at positions of the front cover 212 corresponding to the second body 311, when the front cover is mounted, the second body 311 is first extended into the second accommodating space 10b from the first opening 11a, so that the front cover 212 is aligned with the screw holes of the second body 311, and then the screws are extended into the screw holes from one side of the front cover 212, so that the connection can be completed by fastening from outside to inside. In one embodiment, the auxiliary function module 20 includes an illumination lamp 22, and the control module 21 is electrically connected to the illumination lamp 22. That is, the illumination lamp 22 is installed in the second accommodation space 10b, so that water drops can be prevented from splashing on the illumination lamp 22, and potential safety hazards can be avoided.
The specific arrangement position of the illumination lamp 22 is not limited herein, and may be disposed at the bottom of the second accommodation space 10b, for example, or may be disposed on the side wall of the second accommodation space 10b.
The specific number of the illumination lamps 22 is not limited herein, and the auxiliary function unit 20 may include one illumination lamp 22 or may include a plurality of illumination lamps 22, and the auxiliary function unit 20 may include two illumination lamps 22, with the two illumination lamps 22 being distributed at both lateral ends of the second accommodation space 10b, for example. By providing a plurality of illumination lamps 22, the illumination effect is ensured.
The light 22 is connected with the control assembly 21 electricity, and the user can control the light 22 through the control assembly 21, has promoted the convenience.
It should be noted that, the illumination lamp 22 may be detachably mounted in the second accommodating space 10b, so that when the illumination lamp 22 is maintained and replaced, only the cover 12 is opened to detach and take out the illumination lamp 22.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, 8 and 12, the kitchen tool storage box 30 is detachably disposed in the first accommodating space 10a. That is, the kitchen tool storage box 30 can be independently taken out from the head assembly 100, or can be independently placed into the first accommodating space 10a of the head assembly 100, when the kitchen tool is stored, the kitchen tool storage box 30 can be taken out first, and then the kitchen tool is stored in the kitchen tool storage box 30 and then placed into the first accommodating space 10a for storage, so that the operation of a user is facilitated.
In one embodiment, one side of the kitchen tool storage box 30 is overlapped on the top end of the mounting frame 11, and the other side is overlapped on the top end of the first rear cover 14. That is, the kitchen tool storage box 30 is lapped on the top end of the mounting frame 11, and is not completely placed in the first accommodating space 10a, which is equivalent to that the user does not need to stretch hands into the first accommodating space 10a, and the kitchen tool storage box 30 can be taken out only through the lap joint part, so that the convenience of taking is improved.
In one embodiment, the number of the kitchen tool storage boxes 30 is plural. The plurality of kitchen tool storage boxes 30 can be designed according to different kinds of kitchen tools, and the kitchen tools can be reasonably classified and taken more conveniently when the use demands of users are met.
The plurality of kitchen tool storage boxes 30 may be provided at intervals in the lateral direction, or may be provided at intervals in the front-rear direction, for example. The space is fully utilized, and the operation of a user is facilitated.
In some embodiments, the kitchen tool storage box 30 is designed in a detachable structure, and referring to fig. 3, 9, 10 and 11, for example, the kitchen tool storage box 30 includes a box body 31, the box body 31 has a receiving cavity 31c and a second opening 313a communicating with the receiving cavity 31c, the box body 31 includes a second body 311 and a first sub-housing 312, and the first sub-housing 312 and the second body 311 are detachably connected. That is, when the kitchen tool storage box 30 needs to be cleaned, the second body 311 and the first sub-case 312 are only required to be disassembled, so that the box body 31 can be cleaned in multiple directions, so as to clean and sterilize the accommodating cavity 31c of the kitchen tool storage box 30, and the cleanliness of the kitchen tool storage box 30 can be improved.
It should be noted that, the manner in which the second body 311 is detachably connected to the first sub-housing 312 is not limited, and may be a connection manner such as plugging, clamping, fastening connection, or the like, and in an exemplary embodiment, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the opposite sides of the second body 311 have a first rotating connection portion 311a and a first clamping portion 311b, the opposite sides of the first sub-housing 312 have a second rotating connection portion and a second clamping portion 312b, and the first rotating connection portion 311a is detachably connected to the second rotating connection portion 312a in a rotating manner, and the first clamping portion 311b is clamped to the second clamping portion 312 b.
Taking the case 31 shown in fig. 10 as an example, the first rotating connection portion 311a on the second body 311 is a mounting hole, the second rotating connection portion 312a on the first sub-case 312 is a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft can be inserted into the mounting hole, and can be taken out from the mounting hole, when the case 31 is assembled, only the rotating shaft needs to be inserted into the mounting hole, and then the first sub-case 312 or the second body 311 is rotated to enable the first clamping portion 311b to be clamped with the second clamping portion 312b, and similarly, when the case 31 is disassembled, only the first clamping portion 311b is separated from the second clamping portion 312b, and then the rotating shaft needs to be taken out from the mounting hole, so that the first sub-case 312 and the second body 311 can be separated, and the disassembly and assembly process of the case 31 is simple and convenient.
In some embodiments, the first rotating connection portion 311a and the second rotating connection portion 312a may not be provided, for example, the first sub-housing 312 and the second body 311 may be fixed only by the first clamping portion 311b and the second clamping portion 312b, or the first sub-housing 312 and the second body 311 may be fastened by a fastener such as a screw.
It should be noted that, the second body 311 and the first sub-housing 312 may have various structural forms, and the second body 311 and the first sub-housing 312 may have a symmetrical structure or not, and in an exemplary embodiment, please continue to refer to fig. 10, the second body 311 includes a second sub-housing 3111 and a bottom housing 3112 having a receiving slot 3112a, the second sub-housing 3111 is disposed on one side of the top end of the bottom housing 3112, the first sub-housing 312 is disposed on the other side of the top end of the bottom housing 3112, and the receiving cavity 31c is defined by the slot wall of the receiving slot 3112a, the first sub-housing 312 and the second sub-housing 3111 together. That is, the bottom end of the box 31 is the bottom shell 3112 having the accommodating groove 3112a, and the bottom shell 3112 is of a unitary structure, so that the bottom of the box 31 can be better sealed while being conveniently detachably connected to the first sub-shell 312, and in addition, the overflow port 30a and the air inlet 30b are conveniently provided at the bottom of the box 31.
The connection manner of the second sub-housing 3111 and the bottom housing 3112 is not limited, and the second sub-housing 3111 and the bottom housing 3112 are illustratively formed as a unitary structure, e.g., integrally injection molded. The second body 311 of integrated into one piece can reduce spare part quantity, reduces assembly time, promotes assembly efficiency.
Of course, the second body 311 may be a split structure. That is, the second sub-housing 3111 and the bottom housing 3112 are of a split structure, for example, the second sub-housing 3111 and the bottom housing 3112 may be fastened by fastening means such as fastening means, plugging means, gluing means, screws, etc. In this way, the kitchen tool storage box 30 is further facilitated to be sterilized and cleaned.
In one embodiment, the kitchen tool storage box 30 includes a movable cover 32, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the movable cover 32 is openably and closably disposed at the second opening 313a, that is, the movable cover 32 is switched from a closed state closing the second opening 313a to an open state opening the second opening 313a by moving relative to the box body 31.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 10 and 11, the kitchen tool storage box 30 includes an elastic restoring member 33, when an external force acts on the movable cover 32, the movable cover 32 is moved relative to the box body 31, so that the movable cover 32 is switched from a closed state of closing the second opening 313a to an open state of opening the second opening 313a, and the elastic restoring member 33 is elastically deformed; the movable cover 32 is restored by the elastic force of the elastic restoring member 33 when the external force acting on the movable cover 32 is withdrawn, that is, the movable cover 32 can be automatically switched from the opened state to the closed state by the elastic force of the elastic restoring member 33 without manually closing the movable cover 32.
After the kitchen tool is put into the accommodating chamber 31c, since a portion of the kitchen tool protrudes from the second opening 313a, the movable cover 32 is always maintained in an open state by the kitchen tool, and after the kitchen tool is taken out from the accommodating chamber 31c, the movable cover 32 is automatically switched from the open state to the closed state by the elastic force of the elastic restoring member 33.
It should be noted that, for some kitchen tools having relatively small dimensions, the kitchen tool may be completely placed in the accommodating cavity 31c, and the movable cover 32 may be automatically switched from the opened state to the closed state by the elastic force of the elastic restoring member 33 after the kitchen tool is placed in the accommodating cavity 31c.
The kitchen tool accommodation box 30 is provided with the box body 31, the movable cover 32 and the elastic restoring member 33, the movable cover 32 can be switched from the closed state closing the second opening 313a of the box body 31 to the open state opening the second opening 313a by moving relative to the box body 31 under the action of external force, and after the external force acting on the movable cover 32 is removed, the movable cover 32 can be automatically restored under the action of the elastic force of the elastic restoring member 33, thereby, when a user takes out kitchen tools such as chopping boards and cutters from the kitchen tool accommodation box 30, the movable cover 32 can automatically close the second opening 313a, so that foreign matters can be well prevented from falling into the accommodation cavity 31c of the kitchen tool accommodation box 30 from the second opening 313a.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 10, the end of the first sub-housing 312 and the second sub-housing 3111, which is far from the bottom housing 3112, is enclosed to form a second opening, the case 31 includes a fixing cover 313 with a second opening 313a, the fixing cover 313 is disposed at the second opening, and the fixing cover 313 is disposed to make the connection between the first sub-housing 312 and the second sub-housing 3111 more stable, so as to improve the reliability of the kitchen tool storage box 30.
In some embodiments, the case 31 and the fixing cover 313 may be fastened by a fastener such as a screw.
In some embodiments, the case 31 may not be provided with the fixing cover 313, which corresponds to the case 31 having the accommodating cavity 31c and the second opening 313a.
In some embodiments, the movable cover 32 is rotatably disposed on the case 31, that is, the movable cover 32 is capable of switching between the closed state and the open state by rotating with respect to the case 31.
In other embodiments, for the case 31 provided with the fixed cover 313, the movable cover 32 may be rotatably connected to the fixed cover 313.
In one embodiment, the bottom of the kitchen tool receiving box 30 is provided with an overflow port 30a. It can be appreciated that after the kitchen tool is used, the kitchen tool cannot be stored into the kitchen tool storage box 30 in a completely dry state, so that accumulated water is formed at the bottom of the kitchen tool storage box 30, bacteria are easy to breed if the accumulated water cannot be timely discharged out of the kitchen tool storage box 30, an overflow port 30a is formed at the bottom of the kitchen tool storage box 30, the accumulated water in the kitchen tool storage box 30 can be uniformly discharged through the overflow port 30a, and long-term accumulated water in the accommodating cavity 31c is avoided, so that bacteria are bred.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 7, when the head assembly 100 is used with an integrated dishwasher, the overflow port 30a of the kitchen tool holder 30 may communicate with the drain assembly 24 via the drain pipe 241, thereby automatically draining the kitchen tool holder 30 to a designated location, without requiring a user to separately clean the water that has flowed out of the kitchen tool holder.
In one embodiment, the bottom of the kitchen tool storage box 30 is provided with an air inlet 30b. It will be appreciated that the air inlet 30b may form an air exchanging channel between the interior and the exterior of the kitchen tool storage box 30, so as to avoid the environment of stains formed in the interior of the kitchen tool storage box 30, which may lead to bacterial growth.
The air inlet 30b may be connected to an external device, and the interior of the kitchen storage tool box may be dried. For example, referring to fig. 7, the handpiece assembly 100 may be used with a hot air assembly 23, where the hot air assembly 23 is a device capable of generating hot air, and the hot air assembly 23 includes an air delivery duct 23a, and the air delivery duct 23a is connected to an air inlet 30b of the kitchen tool storage box 30 to deliver hot air into the kitchen tool storage box 30, and to dry the kitchen tools stored in the kitchen tool storage box 30 with hot air, thereby improving storage quality.
The various embodiments/implementations provided herein may be combined with one another without conflict.

Claims (15)

1. A handpiece assembly, comprising:
the shell assembly is provided with a first accommodating space and a second accommodating space, the shell assembly comprises a mounting frame and a cover body, the mounting frame forms the second accommodating space and a first opening communicated with the second accommodating space, and the cover body is detachably arranged on the first opening;
the auxiliary functional component is arranged in the second accommodating space;
the kitchen tool storage box is arranged in the first accommodating space.

The head assembly of claim 1, wherein the housing assembly includes two side plates and a first rear cover, the two side plates being arranged at a lateral interval, the two side plates being connected to the rear sides of the two side plates at lateral ends of the first rear cover, respectively, the mounting frame being disposed at the front sides of the tops of the two side plates at lateral ends of the mounting frame, respectively, the mounting frame and the first rear cover being disposed at a distance from each other and defining the first accommodation space together with the first rear cover and the two side plates.
3. The handpiece assembly of claim 2, wherein the mounting frame includes a mounting bracket forming the second receiving space, a first opening in communication with the second receiving space, and a first opening at both lateral ends of the second receiving space in communication with the second receiving space, two of the side plates being disposed at the first openings, respectively.
4. The handpiece assembly of claim 3 wherein the mounting frame includes a connector coupled to the side plate and the mounting bracket, and wherein the cover is removably coupled to the connector.
5. The handpiece assembly of claim 3, wherein the auxiliary functional assembly includes a control assembly detachably coupled to the mounting bracket, and a front sidewall of the second receiving space is formed with a relief groove to relief the control assembly.
6. The handpiece assembly of claim 5, wherein the control assembly includes a first body and a front cover detachably connected to the first body, the first body includes a second rear cover and a control board disposed on the second rear cover, the front cover is disposed on a front side wall of the second accommodating space, the first body is detachably connected to the front cover, and is capable of moving into or out of the second accommodating space from the first opening.
7. The handpiece assembly of claim 5, wherein the control assembly includes a touch cover disposed outside the mounting bracket and sealing the relief groove; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the auxiliary function component comprises an illuminating lamp, and the control component is electrically connected with the illuminating lamp.
8. The handpiece assembly of claim 4, wherein the cover includes a cover plate and an inner cover removably coupled to the cover plate, the inner cover being removably coupled to the coupling member.
9. The handpiece assembly of claim 8, wherein the cover plate includes an outer cap and a connection plate connected to the outer cap, the connection plate being detachably connected to the inner cap, and the outer cap or the connection plate being provided with a clamping groove.
10. The hand piece assembly of any one of claims 2-9, wherein the kitchen tool receiving box is detachably disposed in the first receiving space.
11. The hand piece assembly of claim 10, wherein one side of the kitchen tool receiving box is overlapped on the top end of the mounting frame and the other side is overlapped on the top end of the first rear cover.
12. The head assembly of claim 11, wherein the bottom of the kitchen tool receiving box is provided with an overflow port and/or an air inlet port.
13. The hand piece assembly of claim 1, wherein the number of kitchen tool receptacles is a plurality.
14. An integrated dishwasher, comprising a dishwasher host, a console having a sump, and a handpiece assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 13, the handpiece assembly being disposed on the console.
15. The integrated dishwasher of claim 14, comprising a faucet disposed on a lower surface of the mounting frame.
