Non-standard folding box
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a container especially relates to a size is non-standard folding box.
Background
With the popularity of container transportation applications and the increasing level of special container manufacturing, non-standard size containers are also used, such as 2500mm wide, 1.5 times the standard container width or 45 ft, 53 ft long containers, to accommodate the transportation of different physical dimensions of cargo. Containers of this type are provided with corner fittings at standard container lifting locations, such as 40 feet X8 feet or 20 feet X8 feet, due to the limitations imposed by the size of the standard spreader lifts.
In order to save space for stacking and transporting empty containers, a container structure with non-standard dimensions is designed to be foldable at the end, and is called a non-standard folding container. However, when the end of the folding box is folded, the corner fittings originally arranged at the standard lifting positions at the top of the end cannot be normally used.

When the end frame 2 is erected, the end faces of the top holes of the first vertex angle piece 5 face the outer sides of the two end parts of the container, and the end faces of the top holes of the second vertex angle piece 6 and the third vertex angle piece 7 face the outer sides of the top of the container.
The utility model discloses following beneficial effect has:
the utility model discloses the space of pile, transportation when can saving the empty case.
The utility model relates to a space of pile and transportation when non-standard folding box can save the empty case, can solve the problem that lifts by crane the position at standard hoist after its end frame is folding again. For the non-standard folding box with the width larger than 8 feet and the length larger than 20 feet, after the end frame is folded, the lifting position of the standard 20 feet X8 feet is arranged on the end frame, the loading space in the box does not need to be additionally occupied for arranging the lifting position, and the non-standard lifting appliance does not need to be used for lifting the non-standard folding box, so that the universality and the use economy of the non-standard container are improved.

Detailed Description
To further illustrate the technical means and effects of the present invention adopted to achieve the intended purpose, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The accompanying drawings, which are included to provide a further understanding of the invention and are incorporated in and constitute a part of this specification, illustrate embodiments of the invention and together with the description serve to explain the principles of the invention.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1a and 1b, a non-standard folding box with a length of not less than 20 feet and/or a width of not less than 8 feet is provided with a first top corner fitting 5 on a top cross beam 1. After the end frames 2 are folded and secured by the end frame securement devices 4, the container can be lifted using a 20 foot X8 foot spreader.
Example 2
