Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the pinch-off molding assembly 116 includes two positioning rings 1162, an opening and closing block 1164 and a cam mechanism 1161, the two positioning rings 1162 are spaced apart from each other to form a movable gap, a filling material passage for a filling material roll to pass through is formed between the two positioning rings 1162, three opening and closing blocks 1164 are provided in the movable gap, the three opening and closing blocks 1164 have an open state and a closed state, the three opening and closing blocks 1164 are communicated with the material passage when in the open state, the material passage is blocked by the opening and closing blocks 1164 when in the closed state, specifically, the cam 1161 is connected with a swing block 1163, the swing block 1163 is pivotally connected between the two positioning rings 1162, the swing block 1163 is provided with a roll passage hole communicated with the material passage, and the swing block 1163 is provided with three chutes, the three chutes are centered on the roll passage hole and evenly distributed around the roll passage hole, and the block 1164 is connected with the chute through the guide post in a sliding manner, when the cam 1161 swings in the forward direction, the swing block 1163 drives the block 1164 to slide along the direction of the first end of the chute, so that the three blocks 1164 are folded with each other to clamp the roll of filling material until the roll of filling material is cut off, when the cam 1161 swings in the reverse direction, the swing block 1163 drives the block 1164 to slide along the direction of the second end of the chute, so that the blocks 1164 are opened to cut off the roll of filling material in a shearing manner similar to scissors, thereby ensuring that the roll of filling material is cut off, and forming a section material with the required size of the flaky pastry.
Referring to fig. 4, the pinch-off forming assembly 116 is located at the shortbread conveying mechanism 117, an inlet of the shortbread conveying mechanism 117 is connected with an outlet of a belt conveyor or a chain conveyor provided with a filling station, an outlet of the shortbread conveying mechanism 117 is connected with a tray-loading station, and the shortbread conveying mechanism 117 is lower than the belt conveyor or the chain conveyor provided with the filling station, so as to ensure that a filling roll can fall to an inlet of a roll channel by virtue of self gravity under the guiding action of the guide roller assembly 115. For further making the structure of the full-automatic crisp cake machine more compact, the conveying direction of the crisp cake conveying mechanism 117 is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the belt conveyor or the chain plate conveyor provided with stuffing stations, and is parallel to the conveying direction of the crisp cake conveying mechanism, thus ensuring that the occupied space of the crisp cake forming device 10 is further reduced, and making the whole structure of the full-automatic crisp cake machine more compact.

Referring to fig. 9, the baking tray delivery mechanism 203 includes a baking tray support frame, a baking tray support switching chain transmission component 2031, a baking tray support 2032 and a baking tray delivery transmission belt 2033, wherein the baking tray support frame is provided with an outlet of the baking tray 30 and an inlet of the baking tray 30, the outlet of the baking tray 30 is communicated with the baking station, two sets of the baking tray support switching chain transmission components 2031 are provided, two sets of the baking tray support switching chain transmission components 2031 are arranged at intervals to form a storage space for the baking tray 30, wherein each set of the baking tray support switching chain transmission component 2031 includes two chain transmission mechanisms, a plurality of baking tray supports 2032 are connected between the two chain transmission mechanisms, the baking tray supports 2032 of the two sets of the baking tray support switching chain transmission components 2031 correspond to each other and form a supporting frame for the baking tray 30 to store a plurality of the baking trays 30, and the baking tray delivery chain transmission component 2033 is arranged at the bottom of the frame and is located, when the tray needs to be loaded, the two sets of tray supporting plate switching chain conveying assemblies 2031 switch the tray 30 to a position contacting with the tray delivery conveying belt 2033, so as to put the tray 30 down and convey the tray 30 to the tray loading station through the tray delivery conveying belt 2033.
