本实用新型公开了一种送料机构的校准装置，包括下机架、微调电机、电机固定板、转接板、测试模具针模、下相机光源、下相机、相机固定板、下导轨；所述的微调电机通过电机固定板固定在下机架顶部，转接板安装在微调电机上，测试模具针模安装在转接板顶部；所述的下相机光源和下相机皆安装在相机固定板上且下相机光源位于下相机的上方，相机固定板滑接在下导轨上，下导轨安装在下机架的底部。采用上述方案后，由于本实用新型下相机拍照识别产品上的标记点与板上的标记点是否对准，如果不准，微调电机移动转接板及测试模具针模，使产品与转接板电连接，具有自动调整转接板的功能，自动化程度高。

背景技术
传统的电路板的检测大都需要人工介入，工人的劳动强度大、生产效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种自动化程度高的送料机构的校准装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
本实用新型是一种送料机构的校准装置，包括下机架、微调电机、电机固定板、转接板、测试模具针模、下相机光源、下相机、相机固定板、下导轨；所述的微调电机通过电机固定板固定在下机架顶部，转接板安装在微调电机上，测试模具针模安装在转接板顶部；所述的下相机光源和下相机皆安装在相机固定板上且下相机光源位于下相机的上方，相机固定板滑接在下导轨上，下导轨安装在下机架的底部。
采用上述方案后，由于本实用新型包括下机架、微调电机、电机固定板、转接板、测试模具针模、下相机光源、下相机、相机固定板、下导轨；产品放置在下治具上时，下相机拍照识别产品上的标记点与板上的标记点是否对准，如果不准，微调电机移动转接板及测试模具针模，使产品与转接板电连接，具有自动调整转接板的功能，自动化程度高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型是一种送料机构的校准装置，包括下机架1、微调电机2、电机固定板3、转接板4、测试模具针模5、下相机光源6、下相机7、相机固定板8、下导轨9。
所述的微调电机2通过电机固定板3固定在下机架1顶部，用于与产品连接的转接板4安装在微调电机2上，测试模具针模5安装在转接板4顶部；所述的下相机光源6和下相机7皆安装在相机固定板8上且下相机光源6位于下相机7的上方，相机固定板8滑接在下导轨9上，下导轨9安装在下机架1的底部。
本实用新型的工作原理：
1、上料机械手将产品10放置在测试治具20上；
2、下相机7拍照识别产品上的标记点并通过标记点的位置判断产品位置，微调电机2移动转接板4及测试模具针模5，使产品10与转接板4电连接。

1.一种送料机构的校准装置，其特征在于：包括下机架、微调电机、电机固定板、转接板、测试模具针模、下相机光源、下相机、相机固定板、下导轨；所述的微调电机通过电机固定板固定在下机架顶部，转接板安装在微调电机上，测试模具针模安装在转接板顶部；所述的下相机光源和下相机皆安装在相机固定板上且下相机光源位于下相机的上方，相机固定板滑接在下导轨上，下导轨安装在下机架的底部。
