In this embodiment, the fixing seat portions 122 of the outer body 10 are respectively provided with a screw hole 125; the combining parts 221 of the upper case cover 20 are respectively provided with a through hole 223; the fastening members 100 are bolts that can pass through the corresponding through holes 223 and then be screwed with the corresponding screw holes 125, so as to lock the inner end of the upper housing cover 20 to the inner end of the outer body 10, thereby ensuring the assembling firmness between the inner end of the upper housing cover 20 and the corresponding portion of the outer body 10.
In the present embodiment, a polygonal inner wall 325 is formed inside the limiting groove 323 of the inner body 30, as shown in fig. 12 and 15, so that after the nut 200 is transversely inserted, the opposite portions of the polygonal outer peripheral wall of the nut 200 can be abutted and limited in a matched manner to limit the rotation of the nut 200.
In this embodiment, the inner body 30 further has a through hole 326 on the top wall surface of the limiting groove 323, as shown in fig. 2 and 10, through which the top end of the fixing screw 400 can pass.
In this embodiment, the inner body 30 is transversely provided with a limiting sectional groove 327 on the outer peripheral wall of the water inlet portion 32, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the limiting sectional groove 327 is respectively communicated with the cold water inlet slot 321 and the hot water inlet slot 322, so that an inlet 328 is formed at the outer side end of the limiting sectional groove 327, a plurality of positioning blocking walls 329 are formed at the inner side end, and communication ports 330 are respectively located at the communication positions; the cold water inlet pipe 41 and the hot water inlet pipe 42 of the water inlet pipe set 40 are respectively provided with a plug 411, 421 for being inserted into the cold water inlet slot 321 and the hot water inlet slot 322, and the plug 411, 421 are respectively formed with an annular limiting groove 412, 422, as shown in fig. 4. A pipe limiting plate 33, as shown in fig. 15, can be inserted into the limiting groove 327 from the inlet 328, and has a plurality of positioning abutting portions 331 formed at the inner side end thereof for abutting against and positioning the positioning blocking wall 329, and two concave arc-shaped engaging portions 332 formed at the inner side end thereof for engaging with the limiting grooves 412, 422 of the cold water inlet pipe 41 and the hot water inlet pipe 42 respectively after passing through the communication port 330, so as to limit the pipe limiting plate from being separated from the inner body 30 along the axial direction.
In this embodiment, the inner body 30 further has a slot 341 recessed from the outer peripheral wall of the water inlet portion 32 to communicate with the upper side of the limiting slot 327, as shown in fig. 9 and 10. The pipe-line limiting sheet 33 is provided with a detent hole 333 at a position opposite to the slot 341, so that a prying object can be inserted into the detent hole 333 through the slot 341 to apply force outwards, thereby prying the pipe-line limiting sheet 33 away from the limiting sectional groove 327.
In this embodiment, the outer peripheral wall of the valve seat 31 of the inner body 30 further protrudes with an adaptor seat 314, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, an insertion hole 315 communicating with the mixed water outlet 313 is formed inside the adaptor seat 314, and the water inlet connector 63 of the inner water outlet pipe 60 can be inserted and positioned. In this embodiment, the inner outlet pipe 60 is integrally molded by plastic material, so that after the water inlet joint 63 at its inner end is inserted into the insertion hole 315 in the connection pipe seat 314 of the inner body, the water outlet head 64 at its outer end is only inserted into the first locking portion 123 of the outer body 10 by using its second locking portion 642, as shown in fig. 5 and 13, so that the inner outlet pipe 60 can be firmly positioned in the channel 703 formed by the upper housing cover 20 and the outer body 10 without worrying about its looseness.
In this embodiment, a plurality of positioning ribs 117 are protruded from the inner wall of the longitudinal tube 11 of the outer body 10, and as shown in fig. 16, a stepped groove 118 is formed on each positioning rib 117; the bottom end of the inner body 30 can be received and positioned in the step groove 118 of the outer body 10, and two positioning blocks 342 are protruded near the periphery of the bottom end, as shown in fig. 15, so as to define a slot 343 between the positioning blocks 342 and to be engaged with one of the positioning ribs 117, thereby restricting the rotation of the inner body 30 and ensuring the accuracy of the installation direction.
In the embodiment, the bowl faucet 1 further includes an adjusting ring 800 screwed on the top of the inner body 30 to limit the mixing water valve 50 in the mounting valve slot 311.
In this embodiment, a first limiting groove 119 is concavely formed at the top end of the inner wall of the longitudinal tube 11 of the outer body 10, as shown in fig. 5; the top end of the inner wall of the longitudinal cover 21 of the upper cover 20 is concavely provided with a section of second limiting groove 211, as shown in fig. 8, which can form a complete limiting ring groove 704 together with the first limiting groove 119, as shown in fig. 17. A decorative ring cover 801, the bottom of which is provided with a plurality of flexible hooks 802 protruding along the ring direction, the outer sides of the hooks 802 are respectively formed with a flange 803 for elastically embedding into the limiting ring groove 704.
In this embodiment, the bowl tap 1 further includes a handle 70 having a fixed base 71 and a shank 72 extending from an outer peripheral wall of the fixed base 71; the fixed base 71 has a groove 711 protruding therein for engaging with the valve core 51 of the mixing water valve 50, so that a user can operate the handle 72 of the handle 70 to drive the valve core 51 to rotate.
As can be seen from the above description, the bowl tap 1 of the present embodiment has the following features and advantages:
first, the outer body 10 and the upper housing cover 20 are assembled in two pieces, so that a wider operation space can be provided above the outer body 10, and the inner water passing members such as the inner body 30 and the inner water outlet pipe 60 can be installed therein more easily and quickly.
Secondly, the inner body 30 and the inner water outlet pipe 60 can be integrally molded by plastic materials, so as to avoid the lead precipitation and lead pollution of water source in the traditional manufacturing process by using metal materials such as copper or zinc alloy, thereby effectively avoiding the health hazard to human body and further ensuring the safety of drinking water.
Third, the top housing cover 20 and the outer body 10 can be quickly and accurately engaged and positioned by the structural design of the top and bottom engaging rims 20a and 10a, and the engaging portion 221 of the inner end of the top housing cover 20 and the fixing seat 122 of the outer body 10 are engaged and locked by the fastening member 100 and the fixing seat 122 of the outer body 10, so as to further improve the assembling firmness of the top housing cover 10 and the outer body 20.
Fourth, the inner outlet pipe 60 can be integrally formed by plastic material, so that the plastic material has the hard characteristic of the material, and thus, when the water inlet joint 63 at the inner end is matched with the connection pipe seat 314 of the inner body 30 to be inserted and sleeved with each other, and the water outlet head 64 at the outer end is mutually inserted and positioned with the first fastening part 123 of the outer body 10 by using the second fastening part 642, the inner outlet pipe 60 can be effectively ensured to be quickly and firmly assembled and positioned between the outer body 10 and the upper housing cover 20 without using any fastening member.
Fifth, the inner body 30 can be easily and firmly assembled to the outer body 10 by the bolt 300 being screwed with the nut 200 whose rotation is restricted through the coupling seat 112 of the outer body 10.
Sixth, the fixing screw 400 is screwed with the screw hole 116 of the outer body 10, so that the outer body 10 can be firmly assembled on the table top 2, and the screw hole 116 for assembling and fixing the fixing screw 400 and the through hole 114 for passing the bolt 300 are both disposed on the combining seat 112, thereby simplifying the structure, facilitating the production and manufacture, and facilitating the assembling operation.
Seventh, the design of the pipe-line limiting piece 33 matching with the limiting groove 327 of the inner body 30 can easily, quickly and firmly limit the water inlet pipe set 40 on the inner body 30 without using any fastening member, such as a bolt, etc., without causing any problem of loosening.
Eighth, the design of the detent hole 333 of the pipeline stop piece 33 is convenient for the user to easily pick and detach the pipeline stop piece by a common tool or a specific tool.
As shown in fig. 18 to 21, the present invention further provides a second embodiment of a bowl tap 1, the bowl tap 1 being substantially the same as the bowl tap 1 of the first embodiment, with the only difference:
the inner outlet pipe 60a in this embodiment is formed by inserting a hose 65 between the water inlet joint 63a and the water outlet head 64 a.
The inner body 30a of this embodiment is not designed with the adapter 314 of the first embodiment, so that a portion of the water inlet 63a of this embodiment is directly inserted into the mixed water outlet 313.
In addition, since the hose 65 has no rigid characteristics of rigid material, even if the outlet head 64a can be inserted and fixed in the outer body 10 as in the first embodiment, the water inlet joint 63a inserted into the mixed water outlet 313 cannot be released. Therefore, the inner body 30a of the embodiment is provided with a hook block 344 protruding from the outer peripheral wall of the water inlet portion 32 near the bottom end, and is matched with a hose limiting sheet 35, the hose limiting sheet 35 has a plate portion 351, a limiting insertion sheet 352 formed by extending and bending from the front end of the plate portion 351, and a positioning hook portion 353 formed by extending and bending from the rear end of the plate portion 351, and the positioning hook portion 353 is provided with a hook hole 354 for hooking and positioning the hook block 344; two sets of catch grooves 355 are formed on the plate body part 351 and can be respectively nested and positioned on the opposite peripheral walls of the cold water inlet pipe 41 and the hot water inlet pipe 42 of the water inlet pipe group 40; this spacing inserted sheet 352 has a spacing groove 356, can supply nested in the hose 65 is close to this water supply connector 63 a's periphery wall, supports simultaneously this water supply connector 63 a's lateral wall 63b, so, can prevent this water supply connector 63a to break away from this mixed water delivery port 313, and then solves this interior outlet pipe 60a and adopts hose 65 probably causes the unable firm problem of equipment.
In this embodiment, the inner water outlet pipe 60a is assembled by three pieces, namely, the water inlet joint 63a, the water outlet head 64a and the hose 65, and compared with the inner water outlet pipe 60 integrally molded by plastic material in the first embodiment, the inner water outlet pipe has to be molded by multiple times in a sectional manner, so that the production and manufacturing are easier and faster, and a higher product yield can be obtained, so the production and manufacturing cost is lower.
In this embodiment, two protruding columns 23 are protruded on the inner wall of the slot at the boundary between the longitudinal housing cover 21 and the upper housing half 22 of the upper housing cover 20, as shown in fig. 22, and a screw hole 231 is respectively disposed on the protruding columns 23. Two fastening bolts 24 are further provided and are respectively screwed with the screw holes 231 of the protruding columns 23, and a portion of the head portion 241 is pressed against the edge of the plate portion 351, so as to effectively prevent the hose limiting piece 35 from separating from the bottom of the inner body 30 a.
While the present invention has been described in detail and with reference to the embodiments thereof, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that various alternatives and modifications can be made in accordance with the above description; accordingly, all such alternatives and modifications as may be devised based on the disclosure herein are intended to be included within the spirit and scope of the present claims.

Claims (15)

1. A faucet for a sink, adapted to be mounted on a countertop about a sink, comprising:
an outer body having a longitudinal tubular portion and a lower half shell portion extending integrally and transversely from a periphery of a top end of said longitudinal tubular portion; a notch is formed at the top end position of the longitudinal pipe part adjacent to the lower half shell part; an opening is formed at the top end of the lower half-shell part, and a lower joint frame edge is defined by the opening and the periphery of the notch; the inner wall of the groove of the longitudinal pipe part is convexly provided with a combining seat part, a groove hole penetrates through the combining seat part along the axial direction, the top end of the groove hole is provided with a through hole, the bottom end of the groove hole is provided with an embedded hole, and the embedded hole is provided with a section of screw hole; two fixing seat parts are protruded from the inner wall of the groove of the lower half-shell part close to the notch, and two first buckle parts are protruded from the inner wall of the groove far away from the notch;
an upper shell cover, which has a small part of longitudinal shell cover and an upper half shell part which is integrally extended from the periphery of the longitudinal shell cover and only has an upper half part, and the periphery of the longitudinal shell cover and the upper half shell part define an upper joint frame edge together for being relatively embedded in the lower joint frame edge of the outer body, and a complete longitudinal part can be formed by mutually embedding the longitudinal shell cover and the gap of the longitudinal pipe part, so that an upper opening is formed above the longitudinal part, and a complete water outlet pipe part is formed by mutually embedding the upper half shell part and the lower half shell part, so that a channel is formed in the water outlet pipe part; the inner wall of the groove of the upper half shell part is further provided with two combining parts which protrude relative to the fixed seat part of the lower half shell part;
two fasteners which can enter and exit from the top end of the longitudinal pipe part and the longitudinal shell cover of the upper shell cover and fasten the combining part of the upper shell cover to the fixing seat part of the outer body;
an inner body which can be embedded and positioned in the longitudinal pipe part of the outer body from top to bottom and is provided with a valve seat part and a water inlet part connected with the valve seat part; a mounting valve groove is defined in the valve seat part, and a mixed water outlet is formed on the wall around the mounting valve groove and corresponds to the inner side end of the channel; the water inlet part is provided with a cold water inlet slot and a hot water inlet slot which are respectively communicated with the bottom of the mounting valve slot; the peripheral wall surface of the water inlet part is concavely provided with a limiting groove, and the bottom wall surface is provided with a through hole communicated with the limiting groove;
the nut can be transversely embedded into the limit groove of the inner body and limited in rotation;
the bolt can sequentially penetrate through the placing-in hole and the penetrating hole of the outer body and the penetrating hole of the inner body from bottom to top and then is screwed with the nut, so that the inner body is screwed and locked in the longitudinal pipe part of the outer body;
the fixing screw rod can sequentially penetrate through a mounting hole of the table board from bottom to top and then is screwed and fixed with the screw hole of the outer body;
at least one gasket, which is sleeved on the fixing screw rod;
the screw assembly can be screwed with the fixing screw rod so as to tightly press the gasket on the edge of the bottom wall around the mounting hole of the table top, so that the outer body is fastened above the table top;
a water inlet pipe set, including a cold water inlet pipe and a hot water inlet pipe, respectively inserted into the cold water inlet slot and the hot water inlet slot positioned at the bottom of the inner body, for supplying cold water and hot water;
the mixed water valve can be installed and positioned in the installation valve groove of the inner body and is provided with a valve core, and the valve core can be rotationally adjusted to switch and control the cold water and the hot water entering the installation valve groove to flow to the mixed water outlet and adjust the mixing ratio of the cold water and the hot water;
an inner water outlet pipe having a water inlet end and a water outlet end; the water inlet end is provided with a water inlet connector which is used for being connected with the mixed water outlet of the inner body in an inserting way; the water outlet end is provided with a water outlet head part, the water outlet head part is provided with a water outlet facing downwards, and two second clamping parts are arranged on the peripheral wall surface in a protruding mode and can be mutually embedded, clamped and positioned with the first clamping parts of the outer body, so that the water outlet head part is prevented from moving in the horizontal direction.
2. The faucet of claim 1, wherein the first engaging portions of the outer body are a locking block disposed on two sides of the inner wall of the trough; the second clamping parts of the inner water outlet pipe are respectively a clamping groove arranged on two sides of the water outlet head part and used for being mutually embedded and clamped and positioned with each corresponding clamping block.
3. The bowl tap as claimed in claim 1, wherein an insert is protruded from an outer side end of an inner wall of the lower half groove of the outer body; the outer side end of the inner wall of the upper shell part of the upper shell cover is oppositely provided with a slot for being mutually embedded and clamped with the inserting block for positioning, so that the outer side end of the upper shell cover is embedded and clamped and fixed on the outer side end of the outer body.
4. The bowl faucet of claim 1, wherein the fixing seats of the outer body each have a screw hole; the combination parts of the upper shell cover are respectively provided with a through hole; the fastening pieces are respectively bolts which can penetrate through the corresponding through holes and then are mutually screwed with the corresponding screw holes, so that the inner side end of the upper shell cover is locked and fixed at the inner side end of the outer body.
5. The faucet of claim 1, wherein the inner body defines a polygonal inner wall within the retaining groove, such that when the nut is laterally inserted, the opposing portions of the polygonal outer peripheral wall of the inner body are engaged against the retaining groove to limit the nut from rotating.
6. The faucet of claim 5, wherein the inner body further comprises a through hole on a top wall surface of the retaining groove for allowing a top end of the fixing screw to pass therethrough.
7. The faucet of claim 1, wherein the inner body has a limiting slot on the outer peripheral wall of the water inlet portion thereof, the limiting slot being connected to the cold water inlet slot and the hot water inlet slot, respectively, such that an inlet is formed at the outer side end of the limiting slot, and a plurality of positioning walls and connecting openings are formed at the inner side end of the limiting slot; the cold water inlet pipe and the hot water inlet pipe of the water inlet pipe group are respectively provided with a plug-in connector for being inserted into the cold water inlet slot and the hot water inlet slot, and an annular limiting groove is formed in each plug-in connector; a pipeline limiting sheet which can be transversely inserted into the limiting groove from the inlet, a plurality of positioning abutting parts are formed at the inner side end of the pipeline limiting sheet and can be abutted and positioned on the positioning blocking wall, two concave arc-shaped sleeve pulling parts are further formed at the inner side end of the pipeline limiting sheet and can be respectively nested with the limiting grooves of the cold water inlet pipe and the hot water inlet pipe after passing through the communication port so as to limit the pipeline limiting sheet to be separated from the inner body along the axial direction.
8. The faucet of claim 7, wherein the outer peripheral wall of the inner body at the water inlet portion is further concavely provided with a slot communicated with the upper part of the limiting slot; the pipeline limiting sheet is provided with a braking hole at a position opposite to the slotted part, so that a prying object can be inserted into the braking hole through the slotted part to apply force outwards to actuate, and the pipeline limiting sheet is pried to be separated from the limiting slotted groove.
9. The faucet of claim 1, wherein a connecting tube seat protrudes from the outer circumferential wall of the valve seat of the inner body, and an insertion hole connected to the mixed water outlet is formed in the connecting tube seat for inserting and positioning the water inlet connector of the inner water outlet pipe.

The faucet of claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the longitudinal pipe groove of the outer body is protruded with a plurality of positioning ribs, and the positioning ribs are respectively formed with a step groove; the bottom end of the inner body can be accommodated and positioned in the stepped groove of the outer body, and two positioning blocks are arranged at the positions, close to the periphery, of the bottom end in a protruding mode, so that a clamping groove is defined between the positioning blocks, the positioning ribs are mutually embedded and clamped and positioned, and the inner body is limited to rotate.
11. The bowl faucet of claim 1, further comprising an adjustment ring threadably secured to the top end of the inner body to retain the mixing water valve within the mounting valve spool.
12. The bowl tap as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first limit groove is concavely formed at the top end of the inner wall of the longitudinal tube groove of the outer body; a section of second limiting groove is concavely arranged at the top end of the inner wall of the longitudinal shell cover groove of the upper shell cover, and can form a complete limiting ring groove together with the first limiting groove; the decorative ring cover is provided with a plurality of flexible clamping hooks at the bottom end along the annular direction, and a flange is respectively formed on the outer side of each clamping hook and can be elastically embedded into the limiting ring groove.
13. The bowl faucet of claim 1, further comprising a handle having a fixed base and a shank extending from a peripheral wall of the fixed base; the fixed base is internally provided with a caulking groove for being embedded and combined with the valve core of the mixed water valve.

The faucet of claim 1, wherein the inner outlet conduit is formed by inserting a hose into the inlet fitting and the outlet head, and a portion of the inlet fitting is adapted to be inserted into the mixed water outlet of the inner body; a hook block is convexly arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the water inlet part of the inner body, which is close to the bottom end; the hose limiting piece is provided with a plate body part, a limiting insertion piece formed by extending and bending the front end of the plate body part and a positioning hook part formed by extending and bending the rear end of the plate body part; a hook hole is formed on the positioning hook part and used for positioning the hook buckle on the hook block; two sets of pulling grooves are formed on the plate body part and can be respectively positioned on the opposite outer peripheral walls of the cold water inlet pipe and the hot water inlet pipe of the water inlet pipe group in an embedded mode; the limiting insertion piece is provided with a limiting groove, can be nested in the outer peripheral wall of the water inlet joint close to the hose, and meanwhile supports against the outer side wall of the water inlet joint to prevent the water inlet joint from being separated from the mixed water outlet.
15. The faucet of claim 14, wherein the inner wall of the slot at the junction of the longitudinal housing cover and the upper housing half is provided with two protruding columns, each of the protruding columns is provided with a screw hole; two tightening bolts can be screwed with the screw holes of the convex columns respectively and can be pressed against the opposite parts of the edges of the plate body part respectively by virtue of parts of the heads of the tightening bolts so as to prevent the hose limiting sheet from separating from the bottom of the inner body.
