Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of bathroom products, in particular to a faucet convenient to install.
Background
Common tap materials in life include copper, stainless steel, zinc, plastics and the like, and copper and stainless steel are common tap materials, are safer, and can not be used for precipitating lead materials. In order to avoid lead precipitation and damage to human health, more and more water passing parts inside the faucet adopt plastic parts, so that lead precipitation can be avoided, and the faucet also has metal appearance texture. For example, as shown in CN 209990945U, referring to fig. 1, the inner water outlet pipe 60 is integrally formed by plastic materials, the water inlet connector 63 at the inner side end of the inner water outlet pipe is inserted into the connecting tube seat 314 of the inner body 30, and the water outlet head 64 at the outer side end of the inner water outlet pipe is fixedly positioned with the outer body 10 by fastening, so that the inner water outlet pipe 60 can be quickly and firmly assembled and positioned between the outer body 10 and the upper shell cover 20, and the outer body 10 and the upper shell cover 20 are assembled by two pieces due to the outward protrusion of the connecting tube seat 314 of the inner body 30, so that the inner body 30 is simply and quickly assembled in. However, the two-piece faucet has a distinct parting line in appearance, affecting the aesthetics of the product.
In view of the above, the present inventors have made intensive studies to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The utility model aims to provide a tap convenient to install, and by means of the split arrangement of a first seat and a second seat, when an integrated body is a universal piece (namely, the inner diameter of an installation hole at the top of the body is fixed), a valve core seat assembly can be installed in a longitudinal pipe part of the body even though the outer wall of the second seat is convexly provided with a connecting pipe seat, and meanwhile, the attractive requirement of a product is met.
The above object is achieved by a faucet convenient to install, comprising:
the inner cavity of the body is hollow, and the body is provided with a longitudinal pipe part and a transverse pipe part which are integrally formed;
the water mixing device comprises a valve core, a valve core seat assembly and a handle; the valve core seat assembly is made of plastic, and comprises a first seat and a second seat which are arranged in a split manner; the first seat is hermetically arranged in the longitudinal pipe part of the body from top to bottom, a containing cavity with an open end at the top is formed on the first seat, a groove is formed on the peripheral wall of one side of the containing cavity facing the transverse pipe part of the body, and a cold water inlet and a hot water inlet communicated with the containing cavity are also formed on the first seat; the second seat is hermetically arranged in the accommodating cavity of the first seat from top to bottom, the second seat is provided with an axial through hole, the outer wall of the second seat is convexly provided with a connecting tube seat at a position corresponding to the groove of the first seat, and the connecting tube seat is provided with a water mixing outlet communicated with the hole of the second seat; the valve core penetrates through the hole of the second seat and is arranged in the containing cavity of the first seat, and the handle is arranged on the longitudinal pipe part of the body and is interlocked with the valve shaft of the valve core to control the flow of the cold water and the hot water from the cold water inlet and the hot water inlet to the mixed water outlet respectively and adjust the mixing proportion of the cold water and the hot water;
the water outlet pipe is integrally formed by plastic materials, the water outlet pipe is arranged in the transverse pipe part of the body, the water inlet end of the water outlet pipe is mutually nested and matched with the connecting pipe seat, and the water outlet end of the water outlet pipe is positioned on the transverse pipe part of the body.
The faucet of the utility model has the following advantages:
firstly, before the second seat is installed, the first seat is placed in the longitudinal pipe part of the body from top to bottom, when the inner diameter D1 of the installation hole at the top of the integrated body is fixed, the inner diameter D1 of the installation hole is slightly larger than the outer diameter D2 of the barrel part of the second seat, and if the second seat is penetrated from top to bottom longitudinally, the engagement pipe seat of the second seat is necessarily interfered with the body because the engagement pipe seat of the second seat is outwards protruded, so that the engagement pipe seat of the second seat can only be downwards inclined to enter the inner cavity of the body, and the second seat is transversely moved for a small distance, so that the engagement pipe seat of the second seat is embedded into the groove of the first seat and outwards protruded, and then the second seat is aligned and longitudinally moved until the second seat is placed in the accommodating cavity of the first seat. Through the split arrangement of the first seat and the second seat, the valve core seat assembly can be installed in the body even though the convex part (the connecting pipe seat) is arranged on the outer wall of the second seat, and the valve core seat assembly is assembled by adopting two pieces relative to the existing outer body and the upper shell cover of the faucet.
Secondly, the valve core seat component and the water outlet pipe are made of plastic materials, so that the situation that water source lead pollution is caused by traditional manufacturing of metal materials such as copper or zinc alloy is avoided, health hazard to a human body can be effectively avoided, and further drinking water safety is ensured.
Thirdly, the water outlet pipe adopts plastic material integrated into one piece, makes the water outlet pipe have the stereoplasm characteristic of material, so, the water inlet end of water outlet pipe and the linking tube seat of second seat mutually nested cooperation to and the water outlet end of water outlet pipe is located on the horizontal pipe portion of body, if the water outlet end of water outlet pipe and the horizontal pipe portion of body pass through the mode of lock fixation, so can effectively ensure that the water outlet pipe can be assembled in the body fast and firmly, and need not to use any fastener.
Further, the top end of the first seat forms an avoidance portion, and the avoidance portion is obliquely arranged downwards along the direction away from the groove.
So set up, can dodge the second seat when making the installation, prevent that first seat and second seat from producing the interference when the assembly.
